“ Climate engineering researcher Dane Wigington says the extreme drought conditions in the U.S. are caused by man-made weather modification called geoengineering. Yes. All engineered. Quite obviously so. You will notice however, if you observe, that as soon as the spraying stops, so does the heat. That is why the must spray constantly and consistently. That is also why the temperature varies within a day many times.
