Occupy Wall Street has been compared to the Tea Party. There are many similarities between the two. Both movements started as protests against the banks and the bailouts. Later the Tea Party was co-opted – but will Occupy Wall Street suffer a similar fate? Karl Denninger from The Market Ticker (and one of the founders of the Tea Party movement) looks further into the similarities and differences.
