International Public Notice: Dear Mr. Putin, Yet Again
As you know, our country, The United States, has never been a member of NATO. We have, instead, been misrepresented by our Federal Subcontractors who have engaged in NATO and many other such alliances “in our names” and have formed sea-treaties that mock the real thing.
The core of our common problem resides in London, in the Inner City of London, in Rome and Vatican City, in Geneva, in the Dutch enclave, and regrettably, Washington, DC, which is, again, an international enclave that is set apart from our country as a whole and operating as a rogue independent city-state. Likewise, the specific enclave of the United Nations and Municipality of New York designated NYC, are perched on our land without any permission from us.
These corporations, both commercial and municipal, have been the source of over 300 years of criminality, war-mongering for profit, fraud, piracy, coercion, racketeering, and unlawful conversion.
In our case, all wars since and including The American Civil War, are directly linked to these corporations and their operators and chief supporters. We have been their victims along with the rest of the world.
Our people have been left dumbed down and ignorant of their own history, much less world history. They have been illegally and immorally conscripted under false pretenses and lied to copiously by these same lawless corporations and their CEOs.
Most American Service Members don’t even realize that they have been hired as cheap mercenaries and misapplied as such. They go into battle firmly believing that it is to save their country from whatever False Flag has been used to inflame their emotions— and whatever lies have been told to them.
We, the actual government, have never been incorporated. For the sake of your accords with China and with us, please take counsel as to what means we all have to handle crimes and criminals for what they are— and not let the current situation boil over into war.
It seems to us that the banks are the key to putting a stop to this, as these banks are the ones handing out our credit to these corporations under False Pretenses, and then illegally taxing us on a private basis for “services” we never ordered and “security contracts” we never knowingly and willingly signed.
Without our money to spend and our resources to pillage, these corporations are de-fanged and left with no means to foment war. They are reduced to their only honest role, which is to defend this country.
Please join with us in the international effort to force these banks into compliance with international and global law prohibiting the sorts of fraud schemes these Players have engaged in against what would appear to be their own people, but are actually an illegally occupied civilian population.
Put the pressure on the banks, because without money and acquiescence none of this evil can happen; it’s our credit they are spending and we have said, no, they have no contract and no authority to provide all these “services” such as NATO, and we object to their continued war-mongering against Russia.
So there is no acquiescence and no contract for them to do what they are doing. The banks are loaning our credit to these cretins under False Pretenses and illegally war-profiteering in the process.
It all comes back to the banks, Mr. Putin— not the average people who are the victims of the banks and these “governmental services corporations”.
This is already well-known to you and to the members of the BRICS Alliance, and you can understand why our country has recently announced its new gold-backed American Federation Dollar, and developed its own independent global Prosperity Alliance.
We recognize the precious nature of life on this planet and the sacred potential of each one of us. What we are doing isn’t even called “banking” anymore. We’re not bankers. We are Prosperitors, a new name for a new economic and financial system, with a completely different set of values.

International Public Notice: Red Herrings Swimming Upstream
A recent rash of purportedly “patriot” writers have been spawning Red Herring explanations for the current circumstance.
Like the claim that all this corruption began with the Act of 1871 —which was repealed in 1874.
Like the claim that the Government of the District of Columbia was ever anything but a foreign Municipal Corporation right from the start — it wasn’t. Look it up for yourselves.
Like the claim that the City of Washington, DC, was replaced by the Municipality of Washington, DC. Find proof of that. We double-dog-dare you. These entities co-exist.
Like the claim that The Constitution for the united States of America (the first Federal Constitution issued in 1787) was replaced by THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. It wasn’t.
The 1787 Constitution has been dormant and the American Federal Republic it created and governed has been vacant since 1861.
Like the claim that the Constitutions replaced The Articles of Confederation. They didn’t. The Articles of Confederation went dormant once the members of the Confederation walked out and deprived it of a quorum to conduct business— which also happened in April of 1861.
Like the claim that the Federal Reserve Act applies to us. It doesn’t. We were entrapped and ensnared in it, because we had to deal with and exchange goods and services with the Federal Government Employees who reside among us. They are the ones who were targeted by this legal tender legislation —-that technically never applied to us.
Like the claim that the Sixteenth Amendment (Internal Revenue) to the Corporate Constitution applies to us. It doesn’t. It applies to federal franchise corporations named after British Territorial Persons who just happen to be named after us, all of which we were never told about and never knowingly agreed to.
Like the claim that the Sheppard-Towner Act which is routinely used to unlawfully convert and register American babies as foreigners in their own country applies to us. It doesn’t. It is secretly misapplied to us, but technically, this registration activity is only supposed to apply to the U.S. Citizens, who are British Territorial citizens living in this country under the provisions of the Residence Act.
In these prime examples and many, many others, undisclosed contracts and citizenship obligations of our Federal Employees have been palmed off onto us, and we have been “mistaken” for one of them, based on unconscionable registrations and coerced enrollments that were never supposed to be applied to us at all, but which have been misapplied to us, accidentally-on-purpose, just the same.
When asked about this and their failure to disclose the nature of their registration and enrollment activities —-and exactly who these laws and processes apply to —- the Perpetrators arch their eyebrows and ask why there should be a need to disclose these facts to Americans who are supposed to know that the only Federal obligations we have must be published in the Congressional Record?
Since when has the Federal Reserve Act, the Sheppard-Towner Act, the Patriot Act, the Emergency Banking Act, the War Powers Act, or any of these other oppressive “Acts” been published in the Congressional Record? Please show us where the Sixteenth Amendment to The Constitution of the United States of America, Incorporated, was passed into Positive Law and read into the Congressional Record?
The current miasma isn’t about these Acts, it’s about the deliberate misapplication of these Acts to Americans.
It’s about our foreign federal employees latching onto us and falsely claiming that we are one of them, or that we are stateless and in need of “salvage”, when in fact, they are, themselves, residing in our States of the Union.
It’s about usurpations against our lawful Government by these same foreign corporations and their personnel, usurpations which have been undertaken and enforced under color of law and conditions of constructive fraud for six generations.
Think of it as being secretly press-ganged, even though press-ganging has been outlawed for 200 years.
One would think that The War of Independence and The War of 1812 would suffice to settle the issue of American Independence, but like unwanted suitors, the gluttonous progeny of King George have continued their amorous assaults.
What they could not win by force of arms, they have proposed to take by fraud instead, and we all know the rules governing fraud.
It has no statute of limitation. It vitiates everything. It renders everything touched by it as tainted, null and void— which blows us all back to the moment when William Stadtholder, a common Dutch soldier, pretending to be the Steward of the French Belle Chers who moved to America in 1608— entered the House of Nassau, and created the House of Orange.
Everything after that, the merger of the Dutch East India Company with the British East India Company — the entire British Empire, the Territorial British Raj, the French and Indian (Seven Year) War, the creation of Equity Law, the rise of the French Empire under Napoleon, the British signatures on all peace treaties, covenants, concords, conventions, and contracts ever since, The War of Independence, the enfranchisement of the English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh people as British Persons, the creation and plundering of the National Trusts, the real estate title system, the redefinition of the Commonwealth, the legalization of private insurance, the obstruction of trade and Bills of Exchange, the securitization of living flesh, the direct taxation of “citizens” by private banks, the impersonation of living people as corporations, monopolization of bank transfer systems, rigging of commodity markets worldwide —- the All of it, is rendered null and void.
What is built on sand and fraud, collapses as fraud and sand.
The French Belle Chers are alive and well and living in Boston since 1608, with offices in Philadelphia and points west. Our interests in The United States and in Europe, for that matter, are not abandoned.
William Stadtholder was never our Steward, much less our kin, just as America was named after the Amorican people of Normandy, not an Italian mapmaker.
The discovery of these egregious lies and their distortion of history has to be dealt with along with all the corruption and war-mongering and illegal mercenary activity that has scarred the last three centuries.
It’s time to lay the British Empire and the Holy Roman Empire and all other Empires to their final rest.
International Public Notice: States and Impersonated Confederate States (of States)
It appears that the level of ignorance in this world has approached critical mass, when young people in college don’t know the difference between a State and a State of State.
They aren’t the only ones. Middle-aged teachers, doctors, law enforcement officials and bureaucrats are equally befuddled and confused. Even people who declare themselves and join our State Assemblies are confused — initially.
When we say, “State”, we are talking about the actual State of the Union, a physically-defined parcel of land and soil enclosed within certain borders, together with its physical features and attributes, shorelines, flora, fauna, and living population.
When the “State of State” says “State” they mean either: (1) the State Trust they created in our names, or (2) they are referring to themselves as a “Confederate State” — which they really aren’t.
Think of it this way — their State of State is not a match for our State, therefore, not a Confederate State of ours.
Example: Maine matches up with The State of Maine, which is its own Confederate State; Maine does not match up with “the” State of Maine, a British Territorial look-alike, sound-alike franchise corporation substituting itself for The State of Maine.
It’s the American State of State that has the right to be called a Confederate State, but it’s not currently in operation.
The usurping British Territorial State of State organizations are not our “States” and not our “Confederate States”, either one.
The two things called “States” — actual States that are physically-defined and substantial, and “Confederate States” (also known as States of States) that are inchoate and insubstantial business entities, are supposed to match up like Salt and Pepper: an American State should be coupled with an American State of State, but instead, we have American States being unequally yoked with British Territorial State of State organizations.
At the moment there are no American Confederate States present in this country and there haven’t been since the 1860s. We don’t actually need our Confederate States (of States) to conduct business, but it is necessary to know that we are being impersonated and misrepresented by British Territorial Knock-Off Artists.
This is part of the Great Fraud: Americans are being impersonated as British Territorial U.S. Citizens. British Territorial State Trusts are being used to impersonate the American States. British Territorial States-of States organizations are used to impersonate our Confederate States (of States).
We have already seen how these False Friends have contrived to unlawfully and secretly convert the political status of American babies to that of U.S. Citizens, by accidentally-on-purpose seizing upon and registering us along with their own population.
Should it surprise us that they would also unlawfully and secretively impersonate our States and substitute their own State-of-State organizations for ours?
That is precisely what they have done, and gotten away with, until now, when the depths of their perfidy, malice, and deceit have been plumbed. They have done all this to evade their contractual service obligations owed to millions of Americans, and promoted this vast fraud scheme as a means to unjustly enrich themselves at the expense of their actual employers.
The shame that accrues to the British Empire and the Holy Roman Empire and the Inner City of London and the British Monarchy and all their Partners in this Dirty Business, will not be glossed over nor forgotten.
Now the actual Americans have awakened and the American States have stood up and rebutted these cozy and self-interested suppositions by our Federal Subcontractors, Faithless Treaty Partners, and Dishonest Principals.

What a “clairvoyance” capacity he possesses. Not even the East-German Politburo knew what is about to happen in June of 1989, yet here we have “forecaster” Attali in London (city I presume) already all dressed-up and ready for “drang-nach-osten” with “his” “reconstruction” bank.
When reading the chapter about “The End of the American Empire”, and chapters that follow, it became clear to me that I was reading well though out plan by the international mercantile elite (crystallized in rooms of many top mercantilist think tanks around the world) and not a mere predictions about the future by an insightful insider.

“Is a Tenth Mercantile Form Possible? [chapter 3]
During each of the nine previous transformations of the mercantile order, convulsions, lulls, and active resistance gave contemporaries the feeling that the form then in place, no matter how threatened, could never disappear, and that the core of the day would forever remain the capital of the world. Often, in fact, power has long since changed hands without anyone, in the core or around it, truly realizing what had happened. The former masters continued to believe that they dominated the world with their products and their culture, through their diplomacy and their armies — whereas they had in fact entered an irreversible decline, and others had taken their place. So it was with the previous eight [Venice, Genoa, Bruges, Antwerp, Amsterdam, London, Boston, and New York]. So it will be tomorrow in California.
Yet if history has a direction, when this ninth form of the mercantile order fades away in thirty years or less, exhausted by the efforts required to combat its enemies, it will give place to another form, with another core, other technologies, other geopolitical relationships between the continents.”
Here he is subtly misleading reader into thinking that when power changes hands – when ‘core’ shifts its global headquarters – the “new core’s masters class” becomes some before invisible Nouveau riche, when in fact the new masters are cousins from the same families of the old global master-class. This misleading becomes visible in “his” wishful thinking that follows soon:
“Finally, it is rather tempting to think that the migration of cores will continue westward, pursuing the voyage begun three thousand years ago, and moving successively through Japan, China, Australia, and India, finally ending up one day in the Middle East where the mercantile order was conceived. One could even imagine the core stopping in Jerusalem, now capital of all the states in the region, finally at peace with one another. Even a world city — why not? — the planetary capital of all market democracies, or capital of a planetary market democracy. But Jerusalem doesn’t have the other prerequisites for being a core.”
Here he just admitted that the ever shifting mercantile ‘core’ has its actual Phoenician home-base. Although he admits that core’s home-coming parade will have to wait for this “very distant utopia”.
And just to finish with his line of thinking (planning) in the next chapter (4):
“First Wave of the Future: Planetary Empire
Such a scenario will certainly come about. Between 2025 and 2035, while the ninth form [of mercantilism] is fading away, it will give place to a masterless world, tenuously coordinated by a handful of powers. But I do not believe this can last. A completely different world, working in the direct line dictated by history, will then take its place — a market without democracy.”
And here Attali told us that soon after the planned multi-polar ‘masterless’ world emerges, it will be taken over by Phoenicians belonging to a ‘direct line dictated by history’ (indeed some crypted language there, veiling his millennia old Phoenician cousin families).
“In about 2050, harried by the pressure of market demands and thanks to new technological means, the world order will coalesce around a market that has become planetary — and stateless. There will begin what I shall call super-empire, deconstructing public services, then sovereign states, and then the very nations themselves. This global market, unified and stateless, will long remain faithful to the values of the former Californian core. And since London’s cultural values long resembled Amsterdam’s, Boston’s those of London, and those of Los Angeles resembled New York’s, the super-empire will remain partially American. As we shall see, its consumer items will be very largely an extension of nomadic items [everyone but the poorest will everywhere be connected to every high-capacity information grid, everyone will thus be in a state of nomadic ubiquity], just like its culture (hybrid), its way of life (precarious), its values (individualist), and its ideal (narcissistic).
Thus will begin the first phase of the future. Then, as we shall see, may come a series of wars, leading to hyperconflict. The opening image was created by James Grundvig using Dalle-2 Chat GPT4. I think he just asked it to create an image that would express something along the lines of JFK Sr’s desire to “splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the wind” crossed with Babylon. I don’t recall the exact command but this is an AI-generated image.
My developer and I thought it looked like a 1990s “Tramp Stamp” but our British/Hollywood film score musician fell in love with the image, so it became the brand/image of this movie, because he has donated his considerable skills to our project for free – so we gave him that.
