Sabrina Wallace: Scalar Nextgen Healthcare

This post is going to have to be broken up into multiple posts, because there is so much valuable information that does not fit into one Substack post.

In this video, Sabrina Wallace explains the history and technology and the white papers that show how, since 1995, everybody’s biofield has already been tethered to the Cloud (aka Global Information Grid) and that autonomous killer robots, drones and/or augmented killer humans, that are “faster than us” have already been assigned to every US Citizen; that our guns are “useless”, as they can find you and kill you with Directed Energy Weapons, wherever you are, by homing-in on your frequency.

She repeats several times that there’s “no way we’re getting out” of this Skynet scenario and of the 6G hijacking of our bodies, that is transforming us all into automatons.

Sabrina Wallace’s videos are Earth-shattering and she may be the most important podcaster in the world right now but it’s important for the viewer not to take what she says personally. This can be a challenge, because her trademark is to speak angrily at “you” and to accuse “you” of things you’ve never even heard about.

She does not mean you – unless you are a sadistic scientist who has sold-out the human race by hijacking the human biofield or who has otherwise withheld information about the implementation of these technologies via the 6G Wireless Communications Network.

If you’re a Deep State scientist, like those who she says experimented on her as a child or if you’re currently getting paid by the DoD or by other Globalists in the EU, etc for the deployment of these Brain-Computer Interface, millimeter wave 6G technologies, that have connected our individual human biofields to the Global Information Grid as “nodes” and/or “devices” on the Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN), then she absolutely does mean you.

For example, if you’re working at Nokia, Ericsson and Bell Labs, on projects associated with the Hexa-X Project, she means you.

If you are a scientist cited in any of the white papers linked below (and on related projects not cited here); if you are a scientist talking about this technology in a video linked below, she means you.

She complains, here about viewers who tell her that she isn’t being “nice” but that’s not the actual problem. Her persistent misuse of the word “you” is the problem.

She does not articulate to her viewers “who” she means by “you” – thereby implicating hapless viewers in diabolical crimes of which they are totally unaware.

She’s been doing this due to her PTSD and for her own personal catharsis. She started making these videos to address her perpetrators but now she’s gathered a following who don’t deserve to be endlessly berated.

Masochists may enjoy being blamed for things that they’ve never heard about but this comes off as just more 5th Generation Warfare that the beleaguered public does not need. I feel that she is sabotaging her own message and perpetuating the cycle of abuse and defeating her otherwise extremely valuable work.

Sabrina says she has an IQ of 200, so she’s capable of directing her complaints more precisely and coherently.

Sabrina Wallace: …There are videos loaded on the Channel about machine symbiosis, that explain this white paper and people are not watching it. And I understand you don’t want to hear it – but you got to.

You’re going to have to get over it, because pretty soon, your friends and family are going to be changing even more than they have been. It’s market share.

I’m really sorry to a lot of you that are late, because everyone was lying. You know, I understand. I do. But you have to understand that the reason I read it to you the way I did eight years ago, is because of how many of these narrative-drivers have been putting you under.

You need to be able to feel your own skin. If you can’t, you’re going to turn into an Augmented Human. It’s all there is to it.

Those of us who fought this system, pretty much lifelong, we’re in a position of trying different things to look for the way they may need to restrict telepathy, empathy, precognition, telekinetics, and the rest of it, because we’ve been fighting, lifelong.

But those of you who are just getting caught-up, you’re nowhere near ready for that. You’re just not. You’re waiting on somebody outside of yourself. You can’t do that. This is all about you, inside of you.

They have a plan and it’s rational. There’s no “conspiracy theory”, here. And from what I’m seeing out there, there’s no slowdown, which makes complete sense, with the business and the market share.

So, I wish that I could tell you something different. I can’t. This has all been planned and it’s gone off without a hitch, because too many of them were willing to lie to you for money.

And your “alien species” and “Jesus coming” – who’s going to want to “save” a species that can’t even talk to its own friends and neighbors about what they went to college for? Think it through.

Sabrina chides viewers who think they can get out of this by growing their own food or by thinking that the DoD somehow overlooked them or who think, “They can’t do it”. “It’s impossible”. “They don’t know what they’re doing”.

Sabrina Wallace: So we have radar cubes. Yes, we do. And we have a Global Information Grid with Discrete Global Grid systems. Yes, we do. And that’s harnessed by things like GPS.

Sabrina Wallace: Another big arena that you all lied your little asses off, because you damn well know all those coordinates he’s citing in that video. Well, that’s you and your Kill Box – since ’95 – at least.

The world, itself is divided into appropriate grid systems for magnetics, as well as millimeter wave radar cubes. This comes in with your human activity recognition radar.

This is ‘Hunger Games’, for real. Everybody I know; Booma, Juxtaposition, Rumble Dad – we’ve been trying to tell you, you’re not going to escape these autonomous drones!

They’re faster than humans – and augmented humans are faster than you with your gun. You said nothing.

These last two sequential sentences are a good example of how Sabrina seamlessly conflates the hapless online viewer with the perpetrators of a Skynet genocide. A Skynet genocide is bad enough, without being blamed for it, WTF are you doing, Sabrina?.

Sabrina Wallace: The millimeter wave radar cubes for human activity recognition, human, are part of 802.15.4, what I started with.

Boom. This 802.15.4 is 1995-forward, commercially. Now you’re going to tell me GPS doesn’t exist, the Earth is not magnetic and the DoD left you out, because your heart’s not electrical, you sh¡t ham sandwiches.

This is why returning that anatomy to humans full-on, straight-out, in whatever way they can understand is pretty important.

Sabrina refers to the work of Dr Robert O Becker and book, ‘The Body Electric: Electromagnetism and the Foundation of Life’ and about how DARPA buried Dr Beckers work, because we would find our how easy it is for to biomedical engineers to simply login to your body. She warns:

Sabrina Wallace: If you cannot feel your own biofield, the AI walks right in – and so do they, with their advanced signal processing. Clicking your heels will not save you. It’s not going to happen!

Charles Morgan. We’ve talked about him very briefly. Apparently, somebody named Spartacus wrote-up on the Substack that this AI and synthetic biology is a nightmare.

Sabrina Wallace: The cyber physical backbone with the IEEE was already in place in 2017. And Alison McDowell told you to write letters to the stakeholders, the people who pay their bills.

You don’t pay their bills. So what do they care about your letters?

Yeah, human bodies make great antennas and the most powerful quantum computer is between your ears, said Our Divine Lady of the Red Phone.

DNA computers, lipid-based logic gates, chemical computation through receptor-ligand interactions, etc. 2006 paper entitled, “Towards Computing with Proteins”. That’s molecular communication, right now, today, and since 2014, commercially.

Sabrina Wallace: To quote the abstract: “We discuss how to design protein molecules that would serve as the best computational element by functioning as a nanological gate, utilizing DNA tags for recognition, phosphorylation, exonuclease reactions for information processing. A solution to these elements could carry out effective computation.”

You’re a walking hard drive. DNA steganography. That’s what I said.

When Charles Morgan went up on stage at West Point, he described how they could mind control someone by injecting neurons into their brains with synthetic designer receptors that responded to certain small molecule drugs.

Is that a nanomachine, in the way that one would ordinarily expect? No, that’s a living cell, but it has been recruited to perform tasks, on-command like a nanomachine would. So it is for all intents and purposes, a nanomachine.

And I told you, they don’t need the nanonetworks. They’re there for redundancy. They’ve been using light and sound the whole time. Molecules, epigenetics, your environment.

The human body is full of non-human cells. At any given moment, you have a couple pounds of microorganisms in you. They actually outnumber your own cells 10-to-1, but your cells outweigh theirs, because your somatic cells are significantly larger and heavier. Can you account for every single symbiotic microorganism in your body and what it does? Welcome back to those symbiosis papers.

So, I just want you all out there to have an appreciation for how hard they’ve been busy lying to you!

Let’s go back to 2021 and watch who you told everybody to go watch. You said, “Oh, she’s so much nicer than you!” She’s really good at lying to people!

Alison McDowell: If we understand a Settler Colonial Construct is to erase that which is before. Not to simply dominate and incorporate it into the system, to make it go away.

That it’s inconsistent. The old system is antithetical to the new system and therefore, must be made gone…They were sensing, like the insects sense, you know, like they, you know, or snakes, like the atmosphere, it was a sensory thing. And we’re not even aware that we’re doing it.

So all of the isolation that is happening and the sanitization and the elimination of our natural communication systems is happening. And we only have a small sense of just how much is going on, here.

She also did another piece that was really important on Febreze and the use of starch particles to make sense unavailable. So it didn’t make the scent go away. It just encapsulated it in like a pillow that said, “Now, you can’t smell this thing anymore.” And then it turns out that this particle is now used in medical systems that cross the blood brain barrier.

Now, and I’ve heard too, that now Bill Gates has a smell-canceling perfume. So, they’re taking both our chemical sensing, our energetic sensing, our means of communication, in ways that we are not yet fully aware of how powerful our communication systems are in community and trying to disable and jam these signals, because this is about Signals Intelligence.

Sabrina Wallace: Trying to jam those signals? This is in 2021, where she’s talking to her own academic friends in New York. “This is about Signals Intelligence, trying to jam those signals”? There’s no trying, here. Listen to the verbiage this academic sells you!

She’s going to use many words in the military way of “Envisioning”, “It’s not here yet”, “They’re trying.”

Signals Intelligence doesn’t “try” to do anything McDowell. It either gets done or it doesn’t. And you knew that, and you know that.

Alison McDowell: And so, what I’m saying is like, we have – there’s a book, I’m trying to remember ‘The Secret Life of Trees’. But when you talk about electromagnetics, there’s the natural version, like the trees, the Maple Nation; they talk to one another, they transmit danger through bacteria and mycelia. And the electrical signals. If one tree is in trouble, they can signal the others to protect themselves, and then to send nutrients to the other trees.

And this is the natural energetic connection that we have had for ages. It’s our connection to the Creator, our connection to one another, and our connection to nature.

Sabrina Wallace: Now, she’s going to go on about being, “Oh-so-worried” about that – but she couldn’t be bothered to tell you that this is from 1995!

If she was so worried about all of that, she couldn’t be bothered to tell you that that cyberphysical backbone about they’re trying to jam your senses since 1995.

Alison McDowell: What they’re trying to do is they’re trying to build these smart networks.

Sabrina Wallace: Trying? Here we are again. It’s 2021 at the Viral Panopticon Public Health’s Prison Planet Conference in July 10th, 2021.

“They’re trying to build these smart networks!” They’re already there with the Internet of Things, the Internet of Everything – and as I just showed you, the molecular communication with the mycelial networks and the bacterium, fully running, commercially in 2014.

So here she is, seven years later, telling you that signals intelligence is “trying”. That’s hilarious. Isn’t it? You know, to the military, a regular warfare technical support directorate.

Sabrina Wallace: And we’re always supposed to just assume that everybody’s dumb as a post in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. “Hey, what are they using?” Well, they’re using cyber and convergent smart technologies with the electromagnetic spectrum and the Internet of Things, with their Signature Management and Reduction Force. And their technical collection is to develop and enhance multi-intelligent collection sensors with SIGINT.

This ain’t new. 2011, for the WBAN at Wiley and Oxford. And there she is, using verbiage like that with her academic friends, as if she doesn’t know!

Juxtaposition describes this type of obfuscation as military-trained, so that you use verbiage to keep people pacified, thinking “It’s not here”, “They haven’t done it”, “It’s not there. yet”. “It’s so far away”.

This is what we watched with every single academic that people were looking to with trust.

Alison McDowell: So the smart networks that are tracked on blockchain, that are tracked with sensor network systems that are tracked and that isolate us, so we no longer are part of a web. We are an individual node that is being acted-upon by outside forces.

But we’re going to keep natural life. They would like to turn us, turn the world into a planetary computer. Now, some people might think that “That’s great to be a planetary computer!” but if you imagine that they want to be the Top Coder and replace God, then I don’t really want that planetary computer, right?

They’re trying to barcode life. Again, this is them trying to decode what is life, not so that they can make us all superheroes, but so they can make us chronically-ill and manage us, as data assets to mine our life and spirit with biosensors.

Sabrina Wallace: Wow. What a succinct explanation of what’s already going on with molecular communication since 2014 with the IEEE communication society.

Alison McDowell: And feed that to the AI and the robots – which again, I often say like, “Get me off this movie!” How is it that I have to stand up here and say this? But based on the information I’m seeing, I feel very much obligated to say, I think that this is what the plan is, Guys. Like we don’t want to be in a planetary computer, you know, run by a global military force.

Sabrina Wallace: This is what the plan is? Again, 2021, right? 2023. Hey, Mickey Mouse, we’ve been doing this for 20 years. You want to talk about being disrespectful, disingenuous and unprofessional?

Sabrina Wallace: How is it that you people don’t translate this as unprofessional? “Well, she’s an academic!”

That’s fraud. In her own IEEE communication society industry, that is straight-up fraud.

Cyberphysical Backbone or fraud? Why would you do that? This is what I mean by “Everybody’s been played.”

Alison McDowell: This is a report from the Air Force from 1996, actually, and they’re projecting at 2025.

So right now, we are living under the tyranny of datasets and predictive profiling and modeling. So computer modeling and we.

Sabrina Wallace: Let me go back to my other page. Just want to make sure if you’re new or if you don’t know, here, on the Channel, this is what we pointed out. Hey, you got biology wrapped up in this. It’s anatomical and they’re using these predictive algorithms with prediction models on your body.

“Well, I’m in a Faraday bag.” You can’t. The only way that you could get away from the system is to die. “That’s terrible!” I know!

You have air molecules on your skin. Go hop in your Faraday Box. Stop breathing. Drain all the blood from your body and can’t have any air molecules touching your skin or they walk right in.

Scalar and vector really quick:

Sabrina Wallace: So, I want to get this out of the way, too. They always spook everybody: “Scalar!” And I’m like, what they usually mean by that – because they don’t know any better – is that it’s at-scale. They can get to the teeny-tiny and all the way back out again.

However, a scalar quantity has magnitude-only, whereas a vector has both magnitude and direction.

Scalar: mass, length, distance, speed, power, energy, and work.

Vector: displacement, velocity, acceleration, force, weight, friction, and momentum.

But when they tell you, “Oh! it’s scalar!” this does not help you. This does not tell you where your anatomy went. This does not help you understand that you’re tethered to the Cloud, for real.

This continues to allow you to sit there and think that they’re smarter than you, while their market share, eight years ago – eight years ago – with the IEEE is already there, with all these sensor systems:
