In 2011 Dr. Sam Semir Osmanagich wrote of his travels to Visoko, Bosnia — 20 miles from Sarajevo. Two hills soon caught his attention — hills that he would later the name Pyramid of the Moon and the Pyramid of the Sun. Having investigated pyramids in China, Mexico, Guatemala and El Salvador for a long time, he immediately recognized similar types of soil and vegetation at the new sites. His discovery included a remarkable tomb complex.

It was in this way that he became the first to discover European pyramids. The Pyramid of the Sun proved to be higher than the Great Pyramid at Giza. That pyramid also had the most exact solar orientation of any archaeological pyramid yet discovered.

It was then that he wrote of these other staggering observations:

“The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun is completely covered by rectangular concrete blocks. Properties of the concrete, such as extreme hardness and low water absorption, are, according to the scientific institutions in Bosnia, Italy and France, much superior to the modern concrete materials.”

“The pyramids are covered by soil which is, according to the state Institute for Agro-pedology, over 12,000 years old. This finding confirms the Bosnian pyramids are the oldest pyramids on the planet.”

“Below the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids is the most-extensive underground tunnel and chamber network which runs for more than ten miles.”

“Ceramic sculptures have been discovered in underground labyrinth with a mass of up to 20,000 pounds which makes them the largest so far found from the ancient world.”
