ThirdPhaseofMoon is widely considered to be a hoax site and it’s often confused with SecureTeam10, which is less hoax-y, whose video I ran yesterday. The former is claiming that the Unidentified Flying Object videoed by several witnesses on the morning of August 28th was actually a floating balloon billboard for a legal cannabis dispensary in California called Brass Knuckles.
Why this balloon didn’t sway in the backwash of the police helicopter remains a mystery.
