Major Jeffery Prather’s latest episode of the Prather Brief on AMP is an absolute bombshell, with his guest, computer programmer and advanced robotics developer, Steve Favis, who provides not only stunning evidence that indicates Chinese satellites caused the Maui fires but also a simple and reproducible method for others to confirm his findings and to then apply his method to investigate some of the other, suspicious fires of the past, such as the NorCal “wildfires” of 2017 and 2018.
Steve demonstrates how there were two satellites that corresponded to the initial reports of three separate fires on Maui. One satellite’s pass corresponded with the Lahaina fire and the other satellite’s pass set off the Olinda fire and then orbited back around along the same path 24 hours later, giving it time to “reload”, that corresponded to the Kula Fire. This was no accident.
When he pointed to all of this on Twitter/X, Steve was de-platformed.
At the 7 minute mark, Jeffery begins to address the Maui DEW attack last month. Jeffery agrees with Greg Reese, who recently pointed out that the green lasers seen over Hawaii last January were likely Chinese LIDAR scans for geospatial mapping of terrain, which they both think was necessary in order to carry out the Directed Energy attack in Maui last month.
Jeffery says:
“The question then becomes, with the green lasers from China in the first part of the year [January] and the LIDAR-ing, through DoD and DOJ in the second part of the year [in April and May], who is likely responsible for the DEW weaponry?
“Now, I think we have an answer to that with my very special guest, here – and we’ll be showing you some remarkable, breaking footage, in a second – but that is my special guest, today, Steve Favis.”
Steve recounts that when people started claiming that Maui had been attacked by DEWs, he wanted to determine if there had been something above Maui at the time of the fires. He used a very common science and engineering program called Mathworks MATLAB and he backdated publicly-available telemetry data from NORAD.
Steve says:
“Remember, all this stuff in space is tracked by NORAD for safety reasons, obviously. They don’t want a satellite hitting the ISS or other really expensive space equipment, so they have to track it. So, what I did was, I said, ‘If there’s a possibility there was a Directed Energy Weapon, what kind of powers can it have? and how many capacitors or batteries would it take to power these things? and how much strength would I need?’
“I did the math and it lines up with China’s March line of rockets that can launch a 44-ton payload in space. And to have a 44-ton [payload] in space, you could power up to a 70-gigawatt laser and the labs in China right now, they’re powering petawatt lasers in short bursts.
“So, the math and the physics lined up and so I said, ‘OK, well, let’s see if something was flying above it,’ and sure enough, I ran the program and I found three candidates with large payloads and NORAD classifies these objects as ‘Unknown’…These are unknown payloads, they’re unknown satellites with large payloads, NORAD is tracking this stuff publicly, it’s all publicly-available data…
“I’m using something called SGP4 orbit propagator, which is an extremely accurate orbital propagator and we could back-propagate the fires – and sure enough, I found two objects that were above Maui.
“One object passed twice and caused two fires, I believe the Olinda Fire and the Kula Fires. So, one object – I have the NORAD ID – and I ran a simulation. It lines up almost exactly when the fires were reported.
“And you know, one satellite being above is one thing. But when there’s two satellites, three fires and they’re always above when these fires happen, it’s not an accident…It’s too much of a coincidence for it to not be a DEW.”
As a former DEA Special Agent of 19 years, Jeffery says that Steve’s evidence shows an intent to harm, an intent to mass-murder, an intent to cause arson, which is a pillar of deadly force to burn people alive – which is exactly what happened.
Steve then says that he open-sourced his source code on his website and he says, “I encourage people with MATLAB, if you’re in a university, a lot of universities use MATLAB. Just run the code – it’s 25 lines of code – and you can validate that the telemetry data is exactly what NORAD posts on their SpaceTrack website.
Steve says once you get the telemetry data and you input the data into the program and you Convert the UTC Time to local Hawaii Time, they line up exactly at the same time that fires were reported. He encourages people who are programmers to try this. He says you just need the aerospace toolbox and aerospace plugins and navigation plugin and you can just literally cut and copy his code.
Steve runs his MATLAB orbit propagator video and it is jaw-dropping, how these satellites were directly over Maui at the time the fires started. He says the satellites had a 45-minute window during each pass to aim and fire. Steve also addresses the phenomenon of the blue objects not burning and says he calculated that the lasers were in the near-infrared spectrum and that’s why it wasn’t damaging the blue-colored objects.
Jeffery says this is overwhelming evidence that should be admissible in a court of law, certainly for civil suits, although he believes that this should be deemed evidence of an overt Act of War, saying, “It looks like the execution of the DEWs was done by the Chinese but that a lot of the preparation [the LIDAR geospatial mapping] was done by the the DoD and the DOJ – the FBI doing both, which is nothing new, because the FBI/DOJ has been covering for the Chinese for a long time, so then that leads to the Global Cabal. It’s kind of an array of enemies.”
Steve says he can try to look into the Chinese satellite/s that performed the green laser scans last January but he says it looks like the US Government doesn’t want people to know that such weapons can zap you from space and they’re treating Lahaina like a crime scene.
Steve says the DEWs were in the infrared range and therefore, invisible. The green lasers, he suspects are Low-Earth Orbit satellites with smaller payloads.
Jeffery then notes that there’s a mid-range between these two that appears to be occupied by the Chinese balloons and Steve says it’s a possibility, similarly to how the popular drone manufacturer, DJI was found to be sending all of their data to Chinese servers, providing the CCP with free intelligence being uploaded perpetually by millions of users.
Jeffery says there were rumors that the Chinese balloons released swarm drones and he asks Steve if that sounds plausible. Steve replies a balloon would be an ideal platform to launch small drones. He says he’s very worried about swarm technology, where you can control hundreds of drones with one controller and the DoD is developing swarm technology to counter other swarm technologies.
“We’re in an AI war, is what’s happening now. It’s nerd warfare, basically. The only way to fight a foreign, evil AI is to make a better AI, so we can’t put a hold on our AI development.”
