Blaine Holt and Tom Luongo joined Rich Does Politics to talk about the Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision last week to strike down a Trump administration 2025 executive order to deny birthright citizenship to children of undocumented immigrants and temporary visa holders, ruling that birthright citizenship is Constitutionally protected.
Tom says Chief Justice John Roberts can always be relied upon to create an incoherent decision on anything truly important and that he appears to have been tasked with ensuring that America will be forced to go to a kinetic civil war, in order to get these Globalists off our back, saying:
“They want kinetic war and they want the ability to take this ruling and flood the country with a bunch of people and permanently install Communism and that’s what they’re doing.”

Blaine agrees and he suspects that John Roberts is corrupt but he says the good news is that at least now, people are starting to do a Body Cavity Search on him and they’ve discovered that his wife has hustled $20 million into their family bank account while working at a firm that specializes in getting cases before the Supreme court that he’s going to hear.
At the Fraud Fighter Summit in Las Vegas last month, Pete Santilli announced that
“Chief Justice John Roberts has 11 child porn website URLs attributed to his name. That’s where he gets his marching orders. We have evidence of it. And everything I’m about to tell you right now is documented legally.”
Pete has previously spoken about the facility in Port Washington, Maryland where he said that Barack Obama and his CIA, FBI and NSA directors set up supercomputers to create what he’s called a “parallel NSA” that was used to spy on everyone and that ran the election theft software and where there were servers for 23 child porn websites, the chat rooms of which were used by Black Project operators to communicate with each other.
Another witness with similar claims about John Roberts and his connection to this Fort Washington surveillance operation is the late Dr Jon McGreevey, a Federal whistleblower who gave a video-recorded testimony to defamation superlawyer Lin Wood on January 9th, 2021 under the alias, “Ryan Dark White”.
On January 18th, Lin Wood posted video excerpts of these interviews, in 8 parts, which I pieced together into a 13-minute video and uploaded to Rumble and published it to my subscribers on Joe Biden’s Inauguration Day.
VIDEO: “John Roberts, Jeff Epstein and the Plot to Murder SCOTUS Justices” - Pub Jan 19, 2021 by ForbiddenKnowledgeTV.net
A few of the highlights of this video include the following:
• Chief Justice John Roberts is gay and highly-controlled, in order to keep that a secret. Roberts adopted his children illegally with the help of Jeffrey Epstein through a child sex trafficking network in the British Isles and he then immediately proceeded to use his adopted children to sexually entrap and blackmail powerful people.
Dr McGreevey also says Roberts helped with some logistics in an FBI false flag operation to kill several Supreme Court Justices during Hillary Clinton’s first term, so that she could then pack the Supreme Court with Globalists/Communists.
This plot was foiled when Dr McGreevey was hired by someone at the Office of the Supreme Court to infiltrate the operation. However, those trained and armed by the FBI to commit mass-murder fell back to a Plan B, to execute Justice Anton Scalia, who was considered Hillary’s “greatest threat”.
• Mike Pence is gay and likewise controlled. Prior to becoming Vice President, Pence had two steady lovers who were significantly younger but then he got framed into having sex with a 13-year-old on video. Pence’s wife is totally aware of this and she helps him manage and schedule his homosexual trysts.
• Mike Pence hated Trump and he worked together with Rod Rosenstein, Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney as their mole in the White House. The idea was to get rid of Trump by using the 25th Amendment, then for Pence to become President and for Rod Rosenstein to become Vice President. In other words, Rod Rosenstein was not joking when he talked about wearing a wire to frame Trump. Dr McGreevey said he did wear a wire more than once, attempting to do just that, to no avail.
McGreevey testified that the The Fort Washington operation was:
“For the really illegal stuff, illegal communications, hacking, phone-tapping, you name it… Their main focus all the time: Title III judges, federal judges. But they would go after any political rivals, sitting politicians, anybody they needed to go after, anybody, they were pointed at. They went after family members of judges and compromised people as much as they possibly could.
“They had no problem hacking computers and planting information to compromise people. This is something they had done numerous times. Rod had done this for years and years.”
He says that a “Dirty Tricks Squad” of rogue FBI, Secret Service, DEA and ATF agents working for Rod Rosenstein were the ones who orchestrated the hit on Seth Rich with the MS-13 members. They were also the ones who hacked the computer of journalist, Sharyl Attkisson and planted child porn on her late husband’s computer.
McGreevey testified that Rod Rosenstein and Chief Justice Roberts worked directly with Jeffrey Epstein to traffick children for the purposes of sexual blackmail, saying:
“They were able to get FISA warrants because, of course, Chief Justice Roberts had the FISA Court and helped him prepare them.
“Epstein was an intelligence asset to various agencies around the world. They used his information, they exploited it for their own good. So when he was here or his people were here, it was easy enough to justify a FISA warrant on them.”
Dr McGreevey said, they would enact a warrant, surveil everything and document it, but they would never rescue a child. The leverage they gained over their blackmail victims was the only thing that mattered to them.
The 191-page transcript was released on March 3rd, 2021, which you can download here:
Tom Luongo explains that the Supreme Court’s birthright ruling makes no sense because the Federal Government does not issue birth certificates, these are issued by the States, so this decision sets up a situation where the US Federal Government can recognize a child born in Florida as a US Citizen but the State of Florida may deny the child Florida citizenship and therefore, deny that child all of the other privileges granted by the State, such as a driver’s license.
Tom continues:
“They can’t cross state lines. They… can go to Guam, they can go to DC, they can go to any of the territories that are US Territories, but they can’t actually go to the other states, because they’re not citizens of the State.
“And so, this is one of the wrinkles about our federalism that is lost on a lot of people. This sets up the opportunity for the States to sue the Federal Government… and then, the judiciary, the SCOTUS then has to invoke the Supremacy Clause and then basically, nullify what’s left to federalism. Oh, do we think that John Roberts has the balls to do that? That’s a good question…
“The 17th Amendment is vile, because it destroyed the States’ ability to have a voice in the Legislature. The House of Representatives is supposed to be the People’s House. The Senate is supposed to be the States’ and direct election of the Senators put both of them under the auspice of the People, which destroyed the Balance of Powers…
“The Supreme Court, the Legislature and the Executive Branch, the Presidency are co-equal. So if the Supreme court thinks that they’re going to tell the States and by extension, the Congress [what to do]…
“The Congress turns around and goes, we are defining, subject to the jurisdiction thereof, the phrase on which all of this turns to mean, ‘You get protection if you’re here as anybody here in the country has protection, but you’re still subject to your original jurisdictions, in terms of your citizenship.’
“That’s political versus geographic jurisdiction, OK? What this ruling did was conflate the two of them in the worst way imaginable and try to settle Constitutionally, that neither the Legislative Branch nor the Executive Branch have any way of saying to the Judiciary: ‘You’re full of sh¡t. F@ck off.’
“That literally destroys what’s left of the balance of powers and puts us in the situation where we have an unelected Judiciary running the country as a bunch of unelected Philosopher-Kings. FYI, that is not going to fly…
“It’s not a stretch for us to say the Trump administration has a plan, here. And I think that what I just outlined about the States saying, ‘You don’t get to tell us who gets to be a citizen in our States, Supreme Court.’
“Moreover, this is also a kind of 20th century fiction, that the Supreme Court is the ultimate law of the land, in every way. Because when this country was founded, the state supreme courts had just as much power as the Federal Supreme Court.”
Highlighting the incoherence and inconsistency of the Supreme Court, on June 30th they ruled to disempower the Administrative State by striking down Humphrey’s Executor, the 1935 Supreme Court decision that ruled Congress can restrict the President's authority to dismiss executives of federal agencies.
Last Friday, Acting DNI Bill Pulte duly fired dozens of staff at ODNI for politicizing intelligence, insubordination and gross misconduct.
His predecessor, Tulsi Gabbard recently spoke at the Faith & Freedom Coalition and described some of the insubordinate and petty behavior she encountered from the Seditious Feds who remain legion throughout the bureaucracy.

Tom Luongo says he sees the Humphrey’s Executor ruling as a “horse trade” that would be made moot soon enough by the birthright ruling:
“When they get permanent control through the Democrats and the Communists to just destroy the country in three years. That’s what that reads to me. Like, ‘Thanks a lot. You gave us two years to like destroy the managerial state. That’s nice. But you can just go ahead and run the table on it, after that.’”
Meanwhile, during an appearance last week on the Defending Democracy with Marc Elias podcast, Hillary Clinton said that intelligence officials should resist sharing information with Bill Pulte, accusing President Trump of carrying out a partisan takeover of the nation’s intelligence apparatus.
About this, Blaine Holt says, “This is this is the mark of a woman who is absolutely at the end of her wick. I really want her to face charges before she actually has a heart attack and comas-out.”
And speaking of comas, Mitch McConnell hasn’t been seen in public since June 14th, when he was hospitalized after he was discovered unconscious.
Curiously, McConnell’s wife, Elaine Chao traveled to China only three days after he received CPR following an apparent heart attack.
Blaine Holt says he believes that Mitch McConnell is dead and Tom Luongo agrees that for all intents and purposes, he is dead but what’s more important to understand is that Mitch is the Chair of the Senate Rules Committee – which is why he can’t be declared dead!
Tom continues:
“They’re trying to hold everything back for as long as possible. They don’t want a special election, between now and August and put somebody some some quote unquote MAGAtard in his place and dismantle everything.
“John Thune goes to jail. They all go to jail, at that point. So at some point, this is where you got to say, well…I’m not sure I believe in God but…that’s the kind of unplanned-for, exogenous event that breaks everything down, like Trump surviving Butler, when he wasn’t supposed to…
“We’re all making fun of it on on social media. Like it’s all ‘Weekend at Bernie’s’, right? …But this is how bad it is. They did this with Dianne Feinstein. She was nothing for months. She hadn’t voted in Senate for months, until everybody started questioning. And then they finally had to wheel her out and she had like one eye. And it was and it was elder abuse. It was awful. It was horrible.
“The way they treated Dianne Feinstein – not a woman that I have ever had one moment of sympathy for, because she’s a horrible human being – but no one deserves that. No one deserves what they’re doing to Mitch. Same thing but they’re just pawns on the board, at this point.”
Tom forgets to say that they did the same thing with the late Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
There are also the claims of Juan O Savin and others that Joe Biden died in December of 2020, before he was sworn-in as President and that he’s been played by four actors wearing $40,000 CIA-manufactured rubber masks ever since.
The conversation turns to the looming civil war in America and Blaine says that the Globalists model America on the populations of New York and Los Angeles and that they vastly underestimate the 17 million highly-trained military veterans living throughout Flyover Country, in addition to another 30 or 40 million patriotic American gun owners and that there is no peer to the American warfighter.
Moreover, the veteran population is very pissed off, after being sent off to fight bogus wars for the past 75 years by gaslighting recruits with an Oath to the Constitution.
He says:
“They don’t train you at Quantico to go, ‘You’re going to go off to a bunch of worthless wars, but it’s going to make an incredible amount of money for the right investors. And the world order will be established the right way. And your family won’t do very well in this. But you know what? You’ll be OK. You’ll have a decent living. But really, this isn’t really about your Constitution. This is about the the the City of London. And you should know who they are.’
“They don’t train them that way. What they train them on is ‘Red, white and blue, Baby. This is the ultimate liability clause. You are agreeing to lay down your life for a Constitution and a people in the American Experiment’…
“And they all go off to these wars. And then, they start to go, ‘What the Hell are we doing? And why is this part of that Constitution thing that they were talking about? Why do people come up and say, “Thank you for protecting our freedoms?” I’m not protecting our freedoms. I’m over in some damn sh¡tty country shooting at people. And I don’t know why!’
“And so what happens is, they go to become veterans and then the veterans start to talk amongst themselves. They start to educate themselves. They start to look back and they start to go, ‘Hey, they lied to us!’
“But they they still did not lose their combat skills training, their combat arms training. They didn’t lose their ability to produce strategies, war planning, war planning, documents, nested plans, clandestine operations, 5th Generation Warfare concepts.
“So, with the 17 million veterans Rich, to your point, the Bad Guys who have designs on the United States have a hell of a problem, because the 17 million really can’t stand them. Me being one of them.”
Blaine believes Americans will organize when it becomes clear that nobody is coming and that it will get out of control. He thinks that President Trump can see where things are headed and he says, “If I was an advisor to the President right now, I would be advising him loudly with a megaphone, ‘Declare that the government’s incapacitated, lay out all the evidence. Let’s get this stopped.’"
Blaine frequently talks about declaring the US Government “incapacitated” but there are no laws on the books about this. The only one in the US Government who can be "declared incapacitated" is the US President, via the 25th Amendment.
For years, Juan O Savin has been warning about an imminent National Security Emergency concerning elections, due to US Legislature’s Republican-led failure to pass the SAVE America Act and nothing being done about the vote fraud machines and Trump’s issuance of Executive Order 14248, “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections” proved that an executive order, alone was not adequate to get America’s vote fraud issues under control.
When things go sideways, communications that are not controlled by the Globalists will become extremely important. Blaine encourages you to get a ham radio license, saying that he has an intermediate level General Class License and that a fast way to do this is to go through Glaarg.org, where you can do your exams, remotely.
Blaine says that regular people are making leaps and bounds with mesh net technology, where you can send encrypted peer-to-peer voice-over-mesh, texts and mapping GPS using ATAK on a $25 radio that connects to your smartphone without any licensing requirements.
Crypto Rich: So this week, SCOTUS has ruled that Birthright Citizenship is a thing. So I could go to the United States while heavily pregnant, give birth in the United States, and then my child will have American citizenship.
Tom Luongo: Well, since you’re a man, Rich, we all know that, you know, a middle-aged man, no less, that you could actually bear children.
Blaine Holt: He can do it. He can do it.
Tom Luongo: That’s right.
Blaine Holt: Yes, you can. No one is going to tell you that you can’t.
Crypto Rich: The Supreme Court has ruled that it’s valid.
Tom Luongo: So how do we want to start this process? So for me, the thing that is actually quite a little bothersome is that everybody’s pointing at Amy Coney Barrett on this and I would remind everybody that the bigger problem is John Roberts.
And I was talking to Dexter White about this the other day, and he used the word, you know, the best way to describe the Roberts court is “incoherent”, which is about the worst insult that you can throw at a court.
Like “incomprehensible”, “incoherent”, “inconsistent” is like, and that’s the hallmark of Deep State intelligence, whatever you want to call it. Like, what’s your first rule of intelligence operation? Confusion. If you’re confused, it’s probably because it’s an intelligence op, right?
Crypto Rich: So, Tom, sorry, can I just stop you? You’re saying Chief Justice Roberts is the bigger problem because he’s the Chief Justice.
Tom Luongo: Absolutely. That’s the way I would, I would, I would lay it there. I mean, Barrett is, I’m going to be, like, honest with you. Barrett is a woman. She’s got seven kids and she’s been openly threatened. I’m not making excuses for Amy Coney Barrett. Like, I’m not, OK?
But John Roberts is complicit in all the bad stuff. We know…because his flights on the Lolita Express, we know that they killed Antonin Scalia to put this guy in charge…and he’s always there to create an incoherent decision on anything really, truly important and as far as I’m concerned, that’s the guy who has been tasked with ensuring that we have to go to kinetic war, civil war in order to get out of this.
That’s the way I see it. I mean, I’m happy to get Blaine’s take on this. Obviously.
Crypto Rich: He’s not easily removed.
Tom Luongo: No, he’s 71 and he’s in good health. Right. God forbid he swallows a pill, like Scalia.
Blaine Holt: I think he’s in deep trouble. And I think he’s gone a bridge too far. There is a hubris present in this man. And he seems to believe he’s completely untouchable. And when a guy like this thinks he’s untouchable – because he knows how valuable he is, as a compromised chief justice.
He absolutely knows that the elites, those that play at the high table are so delighted with themselves that they were able to replace Scalia with this clown. That’s a once-in-a generation shot in the world of compromising people, but it gets to the place of the, when this happened with the Birthright now, what’s really good about this is everybody’s looking at John Roberts, up his innards and his background and what they’re finding out is, is that his wife has hustled no less than $20 million into that family’s wealth, because she works at a firm that specializes in getting cases before the Supreme court that he’s going to hear. No conflict there!
He’s got two adopted kids. Very interesting. Because he has got so much background in the Epstein files. He’s got pictures with him and Ghislaine Maxwell looking awfully cozy together.
He’s, he’s got some serious problems. He’s also got very interesting relationships going back with HW Bush. And so, I think what we’re looking at, here is a pile of firewood that’s very dry and it just takes a spark. And I think that this ruling, which is unconscionably Unconstitutional is the spark.
And I agree with what Tom’s saying, that this sets a fuse on what could become an American civil war, unless Trump has a plan in motion to short-circuit the time bomb that is the civil war. He may have a plan to defuse that by going into what you’ve heard – you’ve both heard me talk about – this season of accountability.
And if we are on the eve of a very big roundup that includes him, because the President has declared that the entire government is incapacitated, he’s sitting on the evidence.
Does he then show the judiciary is also incapacitated? Whether it’s Amy Coney Barrett being threatened within an inch of her life and her kids, if she doesn’t play a ball all the way up to Roberts, who’s in on the deal?
So, if he does that, I think that’s what averts civil war.
What I’m hoping for that this is going to come to pass is that the President understands – the president personally, this is the man inside the title – he personally eschews blood. He doesn’t like it. He don’t like people getting killed, doesn’t want to see millions dead. He’s not up for any of that.
So I think that he’s always going to be guided towards a decision set that takes him down a path of least amount of lives lost. And then, least amount of property loss.
But we’re here on our 250th anniversary in the United States and we are at a Y in the road, here. And it is a very definitive, we’re going to go one way or we’re going to go to the other way, but there’s no middle ground, here.
And Roberts is really emblematic of what that crossroads looks like. And it’s fascinating. It’s a great time to be alive and watch all this stuff play out.
But I also believe that this Birthright thing, President Trump probably knew how it was going to go. And it gives him a great opportunity to expose the absolute kompromat inside the judiciary, itself. And so I think we’re going to dig deeper on that.
I think there’s going to be more to come from that. But if the government of the United States is incapacitated, that puts us into a whole different world that this nation’s never seen before.
Tom Luongo: Yeah, I’m going to concur. And what I’m going to also say is that we were doing some thinking about this, because this decision makes no sense, Constitutionally… for those of you in the audience who are not American – actually, Hell, for most of you who are American – US citizenship and state citizenship are two radically different things, OK?
The states issue birth certificates in the United States, OK? Like, the Federal Government does not issue birth certificates, the Federal Government.
So let me put it to you this way: Texas, or more appropriately, Florida, someone comes in as an Anchor Baby and drops a kid on the ground. Like in ‘Monty Python and the Holy Grail’. “Oh, would you get that there?” And then they go to get it.
They got to get a birth certificate in the State of Florida and Ron DeSantis and company say, “No.”
Well, this decision sets up that they can be a US Citizen, but they can’t be a Florida Citizen! So, they can’t get a driver’s license. They can’t get this – there’s no path to them being able to do anything, OK?
They can’t leave the state, because they can’t cross state lines. They can’t do any of that stuff. Or they can leave – they can go to Guam, they can go to DC – they can go to any of the territories that are US Territories, but they can’t actually go to the other states, because they’re not citizens of the State.
And so, this is one of the wrinkles about our federalism that is lost on a lot of people. This sets up the opportunity for the States to sue the Federal Government –
Blaine Holt: Right. 10th Amendment issue
Tom Luongo: And then, and then the judiciary, the SCOTUS then has to invoke the Supremacy Clause and then basically, nullify what’s left to federalism. Oh, do we think that John Roberts has the balls to do that? That’s a good question.
Blaine Holt: It is a food question.
Tom Luongo: I don’t know. It’s a good question. We’ve been bandying this about, back and forth, me and a couple of friends for the last couple of days. And that, I think is probably the crux of the matter.
Blaine Holt: But you know, Tom, what that brings up is the whole ball of wax on the Enumerated Powers. Are we going to go there? Because that wipes out the entire Federal Government, except for the Defense Department, basically.
Tom Luongo: Yeah. It does. Well, what it says is that the judiciary is literally an unelected –
Blaine Holt: And for Rich and everybody, we’re speaking in Chinese – but the enumerated powers was, was the Founders’ idea, that we’re not going to start with the Federal Government getting all the power.
What we’re going to do is, we’re going to say, “We, the States grant you, the Feds a very limited amount of power, because we are very suspicious people. And so, if it’s in matters of defense, matters of the Commonwealth, well, then we can give you some power, but everything else, no, we, the States have it.”
And, and obviously, that changed over time because we’ve got everything from, you know, Alphabet Soup, Department of Education, Department of empty Frats, Al’s department – nobody knows Al – every department and there’s millions of them. And they’ve just taken over everything like a kudzu vine. And we’ve all come to just accept that.
Just like 40 years after the 16th and 17th Amendment – I know, I’m nerding-out again, one of those things enslaves us with taxation – and one of those things changes the way we pick our senators. So critical!
And then, 40 years later, we just numb-out on it. We’re like, “Wow, that’s the way it is. We’re just – I guess that’s just the way it is, in this country. But I’ve got a TV, now. Would you look at this? It’s amazing. You should check the channels out.”
Tom Luongo: Well but here’s the other thing about this. And I, and this is important. Rich, let the two Americans like go through all the –
Crypto Rich: It’s not for me. I understand completely! It’s for the Americans who don’t know.
Tom Luongo: Yeah, it’s even worse. So the 17th amendment is vile, because it destroyed the States’ ability to have a voice in the Legislature. The House of Representatives is supposed to be the People’s House. The Senate is supposed to be the States. And direct election of the Senators put both of them under the auspice of the People, which destroyed the Balance of Powers.
You have enumerated powers. I also remind you that the Supreme Court, the Legislature and the Executive Branch, the Presidency are co-equal.
So if the Supreme court thinks that they’re going to tell the States and by extension, the Congress – because here’s what happens next, right?
The Congress turns around and goes, “We are defining, subject to the jurisdiction thereof, the phrase on which all of this turns to mean, “You get protection if you’re here as anybody here in the country has protection, but you’re still subject to your original jurisdictions, in terms of your citizenship.” That’s political versus geographic jurisdiction, OK?
What this ruling did was conflate the two of them in the worst way imaginable and try to settle Constitutionally, that neither, neither the Legislative Branch nor the Executive Branch have any way of saying to the Judiciary: “You’re full of sh¡t. F@ck off.”
That literally destroys what’s left of the balance of powers and puts us in the situation where we have an unelected Judiciary running the country as a bunch of unelected Philosopher-Kings, FYI, that is not going to fly.
And we have enough governors and enough states and we have enough people in the, I think in the Trump administration understands the situation.
If you don’t think they understand the way the text of the Constitution reads, then I remind you what’s happening to the Federal Reserve, with the Treasury taking back the power to print and effectively coin money. And that’s what Stable Coins are, right?
So they understand all these niggling points of Constitutionality, which is how we get back to where we need to go. Right?
So it’s not a stretch for us to say the Trump administration has a plan, here. And I think that what I just outlined about the States saying, “You don’t get to tell us who gets to be a citizen in our States, Supreme Court.”
Moreover, this is also a kind of 20th century fiction, that the Supreme Court is the ultimate law of the land, in every way. Because when this country was founded, the state supreme courts had just as much power as the Federal Supreme Court.
Because at the end of the day, the Constitution of the United States was in the Enumerated Powers, for all intents and purposes said the Federal Government gets to arbitrate between the States on matters of interstate commerce and things along those lines, set foreign policy and provide for common defense. Foreign policy is basically make treaties, right?
The President can negotiate a treaty, but the Congress has to ratify it, right? And the Supreme Court doesn’t really have any say in the matter. Everybody has their rules and everything beyond that is fundamentally Unconstitutional, reserved to the States and/or the people by exception, but by the 9th and 10th Amendments.
And this is very important. And these issues are going to start showing up. So that’s the way I see it. It’s incredibly important that we at least outline these things.
Now, the truth is, I will be honest with you. I don’t know that it matters, right, in practical terms, but we’re going to fight it out and we’re going to try and fight it out legally.
And I do agree with Blaine completely that the President would rather fight this legally with as little damage to the institutions as possible, because that’s how you save your civilization.
Otherwise you go – and of course, our enemies; and Davos city of London, High Table, whatever you want to call them, I don’t give a shit – they want kinetic war and they want the ability to take this ruling and flood the country with a bunch of people and, you know, permanently install Communism and that’s what they’re doing.
And no, that’s not good. I don’t know that that’s going to happen, but that’s where that is.
One last point to come out of this, of course, is on the same day they do that, they disempower the Administrative State by getting rid of Humphrey’s Executor.
So, I said, “Sorry, getting rid of Humphrey’s Executor, which was the ruling a hundred years ago, which said that the President can not fire department heads without cause, – which is nonsense – he’s the boss. He can fire whoever he wants, whenever he wants. And they upheld that.
That’s what I mean by “incoherent, inconsistent court”. You got rid of Humphrey’s Executor and you gave us Birthright Citizenship. Now, as far as I’m concerned, that just looked like a horse trade, right? But it’s a horse trade, in such a way that you actually empowered the President when they get permanent control through the Democrats and the Communists to just destroy the country in three years.
That’s what that reads to me. Like, “Thanks a lot. You gave us two years to like destroy the managerial state. That’s nice. But you can just go ahead and run the table on it, after that,” which is the way they’re thinking.
Blaine Holt: Yeah. Tom, I agree with you completely. But I also think that, because they have, they have puppet masters that don’t live in the United States that are trying to affect – I mean, these are the people that are trying to control everything.
And I will tell you that the people at the high table are desperate right now. And they act, I mean, they, they show their hand globally. Oh, “The United States can’t use your bases in Europe.” Does that make sense? “Oh, United States. We’re not going to help you in the Strait.” Sorry, does that make sense?
In other words, we’re seeing actions globally and in domestic politics here, in the United States that make no sense, whatsoever, but they show the hand of the, not just the Deep State, but these Globalists, that have been issuing edicts and orders to the script-readers, like Keir Starmer and the others. Well, John Roberts is no different. He gets his script.
So they take an interest in the things that are there. Basically, of their flaming dumpster. “This is our flaming dumpster, today. It is birthright citizenship. John Roberts, make sure this happens.”
“Okay, fine.”
“Do you want to do something about President Trump being able to fire people?”
“No, no, no. We don’t have time for that. Just make sure that the Birthright thing goes.”
So I can see desperation from an enemy. I can see that. It doesn’t mean we won. It doesn’t mean that they’re not going to win. It just means, in a pitched battle – and this is a 5th generation warfare in a pitched battle – we see an enemy that’s getting more and more frustrated and desperate that they have to move to close.
And when I say “move to close”, look no further than what’s happening with New York City, Mamdami, the Islamo-Communists now on the rise, getting traditional politicians to convert to their side, paying them off, essentially like Landers and these other people. But, but then you see this movement stretching as far West as Colorado, with that idiot.
But basically, what they’re trying to do is recreate the Bolsheviks and the Russian Revolution and I think that that’s what their plan is. And it is about Communism.
Here’s, here’s the problem that it, yes, the enemy gets a vote, but they don’t really, but the enemy really hasn’t considered this: American culture is a, is a separate and distinct culture.
I, I can’t tell you, I’ve lived in Europe for 12 years and I have no, I have been lectured so many times that “America has no culture.” You, you, “It’s crass culture. It’s commercial culture. It’s hamburgers. It’s hot dogs –”
Crypto Rich: It’s Elvis, for crying out!
Blaine Holt: I know it is. But what you’re misunderstanding is our culture, including Elvis, including – I know that our viewers can’t see it, but you know, my big eight-inch lift kit pickup truck behind me, that looks like a battle wagon out of ‘Mad Max’ – our culture is separate and distinct from the world.
So what I would say is if our enemies, meaning the Globalist High Table, judge American culture by New York City or Washington DC or Los Angeles – and I know that they do this, because I was a Military Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations and I can tell you that that’s how they gauge America – oh, they’re sorely mistaken.
So, when you try to land a Mamdani through a Deep State intel center, that’s run by Herbert Walker Bush, from the early days and it all gets up to this Communism point, there is a Tipping Point, where we, the American People outside of those cities will just go, “No, we’re not going to do that.”
In fact, we’re not going to do that. We’re not giving up our guns and we’re going to say “No”. And if anybody gets in our way, we’re going to stop them, by one way or another. And this is the big miscalculation that the enemy has.
The enemy does not understand or respect American culture, that when it comes together tightly. And I mean, what I call “ROTC”, the “Rest of the Country”, then these Globalists, I mean, they’re playing with absolute fire.
When America throws away her hot dogs and stops attending Friday night, high school football games, Buddy, it is on and it is resounding and we get back to where the Founders wanted us in the first place.
Tom Luongo: Yeah, I feel it. I live in quote unquote – I know you do too, Blaine – I live in quote unquote, the “Rest of the Country” and I’ve talked with so many people over the years about this. And I’ve related the story before. And I’ll relate the story, again.
Every time I have somebody out here or down in Florida to do some work around the house or whatever, because I don’t do that stuff, anymore because I’m getting old and I don’t care and they hear what I have to say about anything, because I always found them out.
No, I don’t just shut up. I don’t need to hear anything else. I just need to know when do we start shooting? When did we get to shoot them?
Like, they don’t understand. They think numbers matter. They think that these seven and a half or 9 million people or whatever it is that live in the Greater New York Area are America, that those are numbers that they can work with. They don’t understand.
Like, there are a million deer hunters in Michigan, OK? A million. You want an army? OK, guys who can shoot the eye out of a bird flying. There’s a couple of hundred thousand of them.
Blaine Holt: And it just gets so brutal so quickly, because
Tom Luongo: You have no idea.
Blaine Holt: America – I mean, I do respect what EM says. EM’s like, “Most people won’t do anything.”
No, they’ll do stuff. They’ll just – it looks so deeply unorganized, but I would take you all the way back to Lexington and Concord and what was the ink, the nucleus, the nascent Continental Army at the time, right there on Lexington and Concord did not look sharp. It did not look spiffy, OK? It did not look really, what I would say formidable.
What I would say is the culture and the spirit and the drive, when it builds on itself, it’s the Zeitgeist that matters more than any, than any musket, anybody’s gun, anybody’s deer hunting. It’s the Zeitgeist that enraptures Americans when they go, “There is a threat. We see it. And nobody’s coming, because the government is incapacitated. So I guess we better get busy.”
When Americans truly believe that no one’s coming, they’re not going to go into the cellar. They’re actually going to go out of the house. It’s not pretty.
Tom Luongo: Yeah. It’s funny. I was watching something on YouTube the other day. There was a little short video about a story [about how]… the Revolutionary War was won in the South. The war was won in South Carolina and Georgia and the Carolinas and whatnot, because all Washington really had to do was just like stay alive, basically. And Washington didn’t win the Revolutionary War. He just was the guy who, you know, refused to give up, basically.
But down South, there was this story. I don’t remember the name of the British general, but he had a thousand troops in South Carolina and they were winning. Everything was going great and then, he made the mistake of going to the Mountain People up in the Southern Appalachians going, “OK, if you come down out of the mountains, if you get involved in this, we’ll kill you all.”
And they’re like, “Oh, really?” And they all stood up and they picked up the guns and they crossed the frigging river at night on horseback. And they killed all of the British, including the general. Like, 200 of them walked in, killed a thousand of them. They don’t care. You don’t understand Mountain People. You don’t understand America.
You know, Yamamoto was correct. You can’t invade America. There’s a gun behind every tree. And I’m not just like talking to my ass, here or anything.
We don’t move until roused. I’m correct about, you know, the English Culture and whatnot. And then, one day we’re going to snap and then, that’s going to be the end of that.
And what they’ve done is gaslight us into believing this version of, I hate to say this, this version of Christianity, which is “Peace at all costs. Turn the other cheek.”
It’s all nonsense. No, no, no, no, no. When the time comes, it is time to fight the Just War and and that’s why –
Blaine Holt: Trump is trying to avoid that. And Trump is trying to avoid this.
Tom Luongo: Well, I know. And moreover, it’s why Trump hasn’t lost any real support with his base over Iran, because it’s been it’s been sold rightly as a just war. And that bothers people of a fundamentally pacifist nature.
But it is. Like, everything has just been gaslighting. Like, what we’ve learned about all this. We were gaslit about what the Iranians intentions were. We’re gaslit about this, gaslit about that. But you know what? At the end of the day, “No, sorry.”
Somebody finally validated my original analysis and I said, “Would you ask the average American to put a thousand dollars in your credit card in order to ensure that Iran never has a nuclear weapon?” Every American worth a sh¡t would go, “Absolutely.”
Crypto Rich: Tom.
Tom Luongo: And they did. And that’s what it costs us.
Crypto Rich: Tom, Blaine, let me say something about what I’ve picked up, how it seems to me. You know, the last few months talking to both of you, talking to EM, Susan, Barbara, learning about American history.
There there is this ferocious anti-imperialist streak within the United States. And I think it’s something that I’ve never recognized before, right? I’m from Wokistan. I did a social work degree, for crying out.
Tom Luongo: Right. I know. Yeah. And I’ve said to you many times, your humanity is much to your credit. But then, there comes the day when I’m like, “Dude, like, I’m not enlightened enough to be a pacifist.
Crypto Rich: No, no, I get it –
Tom Luongo: I’ve said this my entire life. I’m like –
Crypto Rich: I wish we had the Second Amendment! “You’re coming to me to give me that ‘Safe and Effective’ injection. I don’t think so!”
So, [America] has this this anti-imperialist streak and against British imperialism, in particular, which I think Trump is is rousing an awakening, which is really good, plus a real it’s more than anti-imperialist. It’s like “You shall not rule over me.” Anybody: “You shall not rule over me.”
Blaine Holt: And that’s all just Phase One. That’s all phase one. So, here’s how those things work. You get the culture, the culture knows, inherently that we are supposed to be under the American ideal of free people.
We see it being eroded, every day. The culture, then sees there’s no way out of this. The government’s completely compromised. Then, then you get violence. Then, you get the unchecked migration. You get overbearing police state-type stuff going on, when you get to the violence, where people say, “We’re not going to take it anymore.”
The problem is, that’s only Phase One. Phase Two is people not understanding how hard that task was going to be. People going, “I knew I didn’t want the tyranny and I knew I wanted my freedom, but I didn’t know what this was going to be like!”
And then, you get a period of chaos. And in the chaos and the fog, you get a lot of organization, meaning, that’s when Americans come together and go, “Wait a minute, you’re really committed to this?”
“Yes, I am, at all costs.”
And then, you start to see a separation of the population. And that’s what starts to then create the organizations across the country of, “OK, these are the people who are absolutely committed.”
The others, they’re with it in their hearts, but they also know that they didn’t have what it takes and they didn’t sign up for this stuff.
And so, when you look at the sheer numbers of Americans, you would say, “OK, well, then they’re just going to pacify America, again, because the people will then go, ‘This isn’t what I signed up for.’”
It’s like, yeah, but the problem is, all that will separate itself out nicely. And now, you have a very clean unity-of-effort, chain-of-command. These are all wartime precepts. These are combat precepts. And and then, the table is set and now, you’ve got a really bad problem, like we faced in 1859.
And so, where Trump is trying to go is, I think Trump can see this heading to that place. He can see it and if I was an advisor to the President right now, I would be advising him loudly with a megaphone, “Declare that the government’s incapacitated, lay out all the evidence. Let’s get this stopped.”
Otherwise, Americans will go, “No one’s coming. It’s up to us.”
Tom Luongo: Yeah, you’re correct. Because, what you want to do is you want to get us directly to Phase Two. You want to get us to that point where we’re like, “Alright, we’re organized, now.”
No. Because if you leave it to us, it’s going to get ugly. And then, we’re going to have to self-organize and it’s going to be in a way that no one’s going to be able to control.
And I think we keep seeing bits and pieces of that. And the question, then is going to become “What is going to be the ultimate trigger?”
He said to Bill Pulte the other day, “Bill, you’ve got six weeks or whatever before Jay Clayton comes in, declassify it all.” When we know that the SAVE Act, for example, and everything –
Blaine Holt: Did you see what Hillary said today? Did you see what Hillary said today?
Tom Luongo: Yeah, I did. That’s a big tell.
Crypto Rich: What did she say?
Tom Luongo: She said, “Resist it. Don’t don’t give them the information that they want.”
Blaine Holt: She is encouraging bureaucrats in the United States Government to not cooperate with Bill Pulte, whatsoever. “Do not give him any information. Do not give him anything.”
This is this is the mark of a woman who is absolutely at the end of her wick. I really want her to face charges before she actually has a heart attack and comas-out.
Tom Luongo: It’s funny. Speaking of coma. So, Mitch McConnell, I was just getting to, McConnell is either dead or completely incapacitated. And why everything has stopped –
Blaine Holt: I think he’s dead. Staff is just holding on for dear life, trying to do whatever they can do.
Tom Luongo: I agree. Blaine, I was trying to like, you know, a little plausible deniability.
Blaine Holt: This is the Fourth of July, my friend.
Tom Luongo: I tweeted out the other day, I’m like, “Mitch is dead.” What are you guys kidding me? Come on.
Crypto Rich: How can people know? I mean, if an MP dies, they don’t – it’s not hidden, as far as I know.
Blaine Holt: Rich, are you are you are you going to choir practice, later on today?
Tom Luongo: And then, the Sadie Hawkins dance. Like, what the f@ck? Like, you know, come on!
Blaine Holt: What are you new? Come on, man. There’s gambling in the casino! People are drinking. There’s girls dancing.
Tom Luongo: So, I know Mitch is, for all intents and purposes, he’s dead, right? “He’s dead, Jim.” What’s important, here is to understand that Mitch is the chair of the Senate Rules Committee. That’s why he can’t be declared dead.
They’re trying to hold everything back for as long as possible. They don’t want a special election, between now and August and put somebody some some quote unquote MADAtard in his place and dismantle everything.
John Thune goes to jail. They all go to jail, at that point. So at some point, you know, this is where you got to say, well, you know, I don’t know for me personally, “I’m not sure I believe in God but, you know, thanks for the for the 911 call the other day, Dude, like, I appreciate it.” That’s the kind of unplanned-for, exogenous event that breaks everything down, like Trump surviving Butler, when he wasn’t supposed to.
Mitch could have easily, you know, taken months before he stroked-out, right? It could have happened, in any time. Could have happened six months ago. Could have happened six months from now. And it’s happened now, at this moment. And that’s big and that is fortuitous – but again, everybody’s, they’re all just kind of going through the process.
We’re all making fun of it on on social media. Like it’s all ‘Weekend at Bernie’s’, right? The whole nine yards. But this is how bad it is. They did this with Dianne Feinstein. She was nothing for months. She hadn’t voted in Senate for months, until everybody started questioning. And then they finally had to wheel her out and she had like one eye. And it was and it was elder abuse. It was awful. It was horrible.
And the way they treated Dianne Feinstein, not a woman that I have ever had one moment of sympathy for, because she’s a horrible human being. But no one deserves that. No one deserves what they’re doing to Mitch. Same thing, you know. And but they’re just pawns on the board, at this point.
They refuse. We’ve taken the pawn and they refuse to remove the piece from the board.
Blaine Holt: That’s right. That’s right. But that’s why I feel like we’re coming to a head. Tom, I look at the shot clock is very clear. It’s one hundred and twenty three days left to the Midterms. We’re there. It’s going to have to happen within days.
Tom Luongo: I think so. I’m I’m really hoping so. But, you know, it’s like everything else, I’ll believe it when I see it.
Blaine Holt: Like, otherwise, it’s us!
Tom Luongo: Yeah. Otherwise, it’s those of us with, you know, the average American has like 14 guns, 10,000 rounds of air.
Blaine Holt: And I got a bad back.
Crypto Rich: How many how many veterans are there?
Blaine Holt: 17 million. Million. And most of them are very irritated, because they were sent to war for no apparent reason.
Tom Luongo: It’s interesting, you know, as we’re discussing this, right. I am flashing back to an old conversation I had with a friend of mine ages ago, Cuban immigrant became a citizen. Good friend. It was a good friend of mine for a long time. Sadly, a Communist, but was a huge civil war [buff]. The Civil War was his thing. He knew more about the Civil War than I did.
But I remember we were talking about World War II and he said, “I don’t know what it is that Americans do,” but whatever our training is, “You people fight like demons!”
And it was never more obvious than it was in World War II. And he was speaking specifically, at that moment in time about World War II and about the way that only comes from what Blaine was talking about earlier, which is that it’s a part of our physical and psychological makeup, as Americans, that you then build on that. I think that that’s part of the process, here.
No one else has soldiers like ours. And, you know, and then you give us you give us the ability to you give us a war that’s worth fighting, especially after all the friggin bush wars where they weren’t worth fighting. And those people are going to go crazy. And it’s not going to –
Blaine Holt: You know what the critical error is? The critical error for the Bad Guys, the Enemy. And I don’t know that they have a remedy. I don’t think they can fix it. But when we bring on a brand new soldier or airman or sailor marine, we send them to basic training. And one of the first training items, when they’re panting and they’re breathing hard and they’re like, “Oh, my God, we’re going for academic training. We’re going to get into a nice air-conditioned classroom and they’re going to just teach us stuff.”
Well, one of the things they teach them is: “This is what your Oath to the Constitution is all about.”
And so, the problem is, this is where you’ve already pre-awakened the guy that you’re going to send off to do your ‘Starship Trooper’ bullsh¡t.
They don’t they don’t train you at Quantico to go, “You’re going to go off to a bunch of worthless wars, but it’s going to make an incredible amount of money for the right investors. And the world order will be established the right way. And your family won’t do very well in this. But you know what? You’ll be OK. You’ll have a decent living. But really, this isn’t really about your Constitution. This is about the the the City of London. And you should know who they are.”
They don’t train them that way. What they train them on is “Red, white and blue, Baby. This is the ultimate liability clause. You are agreeing to lay down your life for a Constitution and a people in the American Experiment.”
Well, into the Valley of Death rode the 600, as it were. And they all go off to these wars. And then, they start to go, “What the Hell are we doing? And why is this part of that Constitution thing that they were talking about? Why do people come up and say, ‘Thank you for protecting our freedoms?’ I’m not protecting our freedoms. I’m over in some damn sh¡tty country shooting at people. And I and I don’t know why!”
And so what happens is, they go to become veterans and then the veterans start to talk amongst themselves. They start to educate themselves. They start to look back and they start to go, “Hey, they lied to us!”
But they they still did not lose their combat skills training, their combat arms training. They didn’t lose their ability to produce strategies, war planning, war planning, documents, nested plans, clandestine operations, 5th Generation Warfare concepts.
So, with the 17 million veterans Rich, to your point, the Bad Guys who have designs on the United States have a hell of a problem, because the 17 million really can’t stand them.
Crypto Rich: That’s right.
Blaine Holt: Me being one of them.
Tom Luongo: And there’s about another 30 or 40 million that really do get it, as well. And that’s enough.
Crypto Rich: Yeah, it’s more than enough. And they’re not going to give up their guns. Can’t see it happening in the US, like it’s happening in Germany.
Blaine Holt: Do you understand what the situation would be in the United States if you gave up your guns?
“You gave up your what?”
“Yeah, the sheriff came by. He said that I flagged on some mental health thing and that I had to give him my guns.”
“And you gave them to him?”
“Yeah, yeah. I gave them to him.”
Oh, that’s the Town Jester. That’s the one that they would ostracize, in perpetuity.
Tom Luongo: Did you never learn the phrase “tragic boating accident?” Like, I don’t understand.
Blaine Holt: Tragic boat, yeah. That’s right. “Oh, you’re a big boy and your gun’s drowned. Oh, all my guns have to be cleaned on a boat. Yeah, always. Like, it’s just the thing, you know.
Tom Luongo: Just ready access to water. What am I going to do?
Blaine Holt: I hope a wave doesn’t come.
Tom Luongo: That’s right.
Crypto Rich: As well as your Bitcoin, they drowned as well on the same boat.
Tom Luongo: Yeah, exactly. The same boat. My Bitcoin, my gold, my guns. I don’t know. Tragic boat.
Blaine Holt: You know what? I’m going back to the future. I’m buying tulips. I know it sounds crazy. But I’m going for tulips. There’s a market there.
Crypto Rich: They float when they fall in a boat.
Blaine Holt: Well, I watched my two dogs dig up some tulip bulbs and I went, you know what? That’s the answer right there.
Tom Luongo: There it is. No, you have to realize that there’s that side. There’s that side of it. And there’s the other side of it, which is that, you know, Folks, you really can cure Type 2 diabetes with a whole lot of exercise and a whole lot of meat and no bad diet for about eight weeks. And we can all get in shape real goddamn fast. It doesn’t take.
Blaine Holt: Oh, yeah. Intermittent fasting works, kids. Ivermectin. Miracle drug. Take it every damn day!
Tom Luongo: I’ll give these good. I’ll give these up if I need to (pointing to his cigar). I’m not that worried about it.
Blaine Holt: Go get a ham radio license while you’re at it. It’s helpful.
Tom Luongo: It is kind of kind of important.
Blaine Holt: I have my general [Ham Radio license]. I’m very proud of that.
Tom Luongo: I just have my GMRS license, at this point. I was about this close to actually taking the operator’s test.
Blaine Holt: No, take the exams. I’ll give you the gouge on how to get that done, really fast. The other thing is there’s Glaarg. Glaarg.org is the LA group, and then, they’ll do your they’ll do your exams, remote.
But what I would also say about communications, that’s the one thing that they really don’t like it. They don’t like it when we communicate.
And so there’s this really kind of brilliant technology that’s moving by leaps and bounds, and it’s being developed by people. Just people. No tech nerds. No tech oligarchs. And it’s mesh net technology.
And mesh radios are peer-to-peer net. You can send text. You can encrypt. You can buy a radio, yourself for like there’s no licensing requirements. You can buy the radio for like 25 bucks. It connects to your smartphone. And now, all of a sudden you’re on.
But they just had a breakthrough two weeks ago. You can now do voice over mesh. And then the other thing that you can do over mesh is mapping, GPS. And that’s called ATAK. And and these are the tools that are getting into the hands of the plebs rather fast.
And so, when the Globalists and those who sit on high and breathe the rarefied air, when they sit back and look at how they’re going to control the Ponderosa, they should know that the ants are really quite innovative. And they’re moving about. And now, they’re talking in very different ways on different networks, things that don’t require their technology.
Tom Luongo: It’s funny. I when I was I did the the ham radio thing. As a matter of fact, I’m like sitting here with one of my GMRS radios. It’s always right here just in case. Anyway, it’s always right here. I listen to NOAA radio.
I get weather reports off it all the time. But the DMR, Digital Mobile Radio. It’s another way of dealing with all of this.
Blaine Holt: DMR is awesome. DMR is so illegal, so deeply illegal, but it’s so awesome. Rich, it’s one radio that can do everything. And our Federal Government’s like, “I don’t understand how we manage a radio that does everything. I don’t understand that!”
Tom Luongo: And and DRM radios have dropped from about 250 bucks a piece to about 75 bucks a piece. Because –
Blaine Holt: I know, I know. Yeah, that’s beautiful.
So what are we really talking about? What we’re talking about is that ordinary or Starlink – I’m I’m talking to you on Starlink right now, here at my northern Idaho location.
But what I would say is, is that this is indicative that not only do the plebs know there’s a problem, not only do we sense it, in a Collective Consciousness way, but we’re taking these types of actions.
And it is so far below the radar, that if you went to some snot-nosed 28-year-old staffer in DC who works for congressmen, “I’m-too-old-to-do-this”, then what you would find is they don’t even know what’s going on out here, in the country.
But what what’s going on out here in the country is people are canning their own food. They’re preserving their own seeds. They’re developing new ways of communication. They’re finding new ways to transact and barter with each other.
And so, this is the thing that the superstructure that the Globalists would hate to see is actually been in construction, now for five, six years, since COVID.
Crypto Rich: OK, Tom Blaine, absolute pleasure and an education talking to you both. Thank you so much. I’ll have the links in the description below where people can find them and look forward to having you both on again at some point, soon. This is Rich Blaine and Tom signing out. All the best. Bye bye.
