And of course, what I was alluding to is what is happening between Iran and the US and Israel and Lebanon; Lebanon giving away all this territory to Israel, apparently. Blaine?
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Well, first off, let’s just say this.There is a memorandum, there is no understanding. And there’s not going to be, either. The thing that President Trump terms a “deal”: “We have a deal, we’re going to make a deal,” that’s not a deal.
We are offering terms of surrender. They have lost.
But this is the thing. When you don’t do a conventional war – and this is far from conventional – it does involve conventional weapons and conventional military items. But there are multiple adversaries, here. It’s not just Iran. And I’ll talk about that in just a second.
But the thing is, you now have, from the operations that we have done, you’ve got Iran, you could say, “Hey, Blaine, what about what the regime is going to do next?”
What regime? There’s four of them in Iran. So let’s go through them: IRGC, let’s go through the little small handful of civilian hopefuls who would like to have the same type of deal that Delcy Rodriguez has in Venezuela. That would be Pezeshkian, Ghalibaf, Araghchi.
And then you have the legless Ayatollah, who’s probably on his last, dare I say it – legs. And they’re coming off the table.
And then the fourth one, which is rising, as we speak, and has been over the last six days, and that is the revolt of the Iranian people, themselves, which the majority of that population demographically is Zoroastrian and Christian, and they want their country back.
And we know that it’s time for that revolution. And this is what’s interesting to me, because the Kurds are now starting an offensive up in the northern part of the country up on that border.
You have a major event two days ago that went down in Iraq, where the Iraqi prime minister had special forces go in and take out politicians that are not only sympathetic to Iran, but were money-laundering for them, for all of the proxies, Hezbollah, Houthis, Hamas. They recovered, I think, up to 49 billion dinar so far, stuffed away in mattresses.
And so, what you should take that to mean is this is the Final Act.
And all of the things that are coming out of Iran, communication-wise is, “We control the straits,” “No, the United States, we never agreed to inspections!” “But we did in Switzerland!” “But we didn’t!”
The reason is, is because if any of those civilians gets caught being sympathetic to President Trump at all, they’ll simply come home to Teheran, to an IRGC bullet to their head, because all of these factions are fighting each other.
Now, there’s the adversary, and I’ll finish here, the adversary we haven’t even talked about. They’re quite invisible, and they reared their ugly head again, last week, and that would be the City of London, themselves.
They’re the ones who have been on both sides of this war, on all sides of the war. There’s many facets to it. They all have subsidiaries in the region, anchored-in by that beautiful moral-bound organization called Lloyd’s of London, which has never denied coverage for war in its 337 year history, until now because of Trump, and has threatened any country to move a with Trump’s help, “We will never cover you again.” Well, they lost that, Bessent took them out.
And then, you had last week, they rose their ugly heads up again, through their subsidiaries in Oman and Iran to say, “We’re going to control the Straits together! We’re going to administer this and the tolls!”
And then, President Trump said, “No, you’re not doing that, either.”
And so then, Iran got mad at Oman, because Oman stabbed Iran in the back, and now you have a Singaporean ship get flamed and then, we took out 847 more targets.
In other words, we’re getting to the Last Act, and there are more adversaries getting mopped-up, here than just the Islamic Armageddon psychopaths that call themselves the “Republic of Iran”.
Crypto Rich: Blaine, thank you so much for that. My question is, where do you get your information from? Because none of that seems to cross my path, and I want to go –
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): So, I have this really cool Ouija board. And I’ve got these –
Crypto Rich: That’s Mark’s gig!
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): I’ve got some chicken bones and some gunpowder over here.
Mark Attwood: His Ouija board is called “the internet.”
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Yeah, but we also have telephone. Actually, I have the phone is more useful. And no, I’m not giving those phone numbers out. My friends need to stay alive, actually.
Crypto Rich: Of course, Mark.
Mark Attwood: Well, if we’re going to talk about Iran, we can’t do without talking about Stargate and jellyfish in the sky, taking out F-35 pilots.
Crypto Rich: OK, I was with you with “jellyfish”, but they’re “jellyfish in the sky”?
Mark Attwood: OK, this is a pilot that said this, isn’t it?
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Yeah, it was the weapons system officer of the F-15E Strike Eagle. And then, he reported that drones swarm that they thought they saw was taking on the formation of a jellyfish, which normally, because Mark and I are both pilots at the officers club at the end of the week would get you tarred and feathered, and you’d be buying the bar for everybody.
“Hey, tell us more about this jellyfish story. I’d love to. I would actually love to know more.”
Mark Attwood: Yes, it was. So would I. So would I, because there’s things there’s things afoot. And, you know, yes, Blaine used the word “act”. I think it’s extremely important that we understand what we’re what we’re actually going through is something that’s already done, in my opinion.
So we are living through, you know, all the spotlight is here. And why, you know, and for people that don’t think because Blaine’s talked about the fact that the City of London, funding both sides supporting both sides, this is as old as the hills.
And I want people who aren’t aware of it to go back to the Napoleonic Wars, because the City of London was taken over by the Rothschilds in 1815, because they got the information.
They had a better spy network than the British government did. And that network told them that Napoleon had lost, but they put it out that he’d won. And then all the stock market went [down] and then they bought all the stock. And the next day, the truth came out and all the stocks went up.
And that’s when they took over and infiltrated not only all the companies in, you know, that controlled the Empire, but also the Royal Family. So this tactic is as old as the hills.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): They don’t know new playbooks. They really don’t. I mean, look how many times the Opium War has been recycled.
Qing Dynasty falls. “We’re going to flood China with opium. Now we’ve got Hong Kong.”
Wait a minute. Now you’ve got Wild Bill Donovan and Alan Dulles going, “That’s a great business model! Hey, get me General Claire Chennault on the phone. We’re going to do this to keep Chiang Kai-shek in business!”
And then they’re like, “Well, if that works, why don’t we just start having coups all over South America and we’ll put the cartels in business? And at the same time, since we are racists, we really will go take out all the Blacks in California. How about that?”
It’s the same Opium War. It just gets a new flavor.
So these folks actually get quite predictable. If you just understand, in history, you know, read Paul Williams’ book, ‘Operation Gladio’ and go through it, you can go, “Oh, well, that’s exactly what they’re doing right now.”
That’s why, Rich, you saw me on a podcast with, I think it was EM, when I came to my own epiphany, right there on your podcast about my being a commander in 2010 in Central Asia, in Kyrgyzstan, and it went under revolution.
And then, I went back and went, “Wait a minute. I think I was the only guy not read-in on the plan – and I’m the one who had the base there! Damn it!”
And then, I went back and I had another laugh, because it didn’t work. And I was the one who messed up the whole thing. But they never read anything that they were doing.
Because I selected Rosa Odumbayeva to be the interim leader of Kyrgyzstan. She’s the only honest woman in the country.
Crypto Rich: Wow. OK, I want to go back to what Mark said about the jellyfish in the sky and Stargate, because when you said that, I was thinking alien spaceships?
Mark Attwood: Could be. Could be drones.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Yeah. Drones
Crypto Rich: Drones flying in formation. Whose drones?
Mark Attwood: You’ve seen the Chinese with their incredible formations. I mean, it could be that. But it could be – I’ve read two reports: One, it looks like a big jellyfish and it’s drones. Or the other one is that each one of them look like jellyfish as well, which would imply technology way beyond.
Which then asks the question, “Well, where’s this technology from? Whose is it?” Which brings me back to Stargate.
Crypto Rich: Hmm. OK, so how did they how does the Stargate come in all of this? And for those who don’t know, what is a Stargate? I don’t know. I think you’ve told me before.
Mark Attwood: Go and watch the movie Stargate. It’s all in it.
Crypto Rich: OK. I’m not going to be able to do that right now. Can you give us a version?
Mark Attwood: It’s a gate that goes through the stars. (Everybody laughs).
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Wow!

Mark Attwood: I don’t know how better to put it. I mean, you know, you can go through this into another place instantaneously.
And, you know, if you want to control this realm, which has been under enemy occupation for a very long time, then you’d have to control the Stargates, wouldn’t you? If you wanted to control the reality.
It’s very interesting that CERN is being closed down. Is it this week? I haven’t got the exact date.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Yesterday. Actually, it’s today. It was today. It was today.
Crypto Rich: Four years. Why? What’s that got to do with anything?
Mark Attwood: Well, it’s got to do with everything, because CERN has been used to allow fourth dimensional demonic entities into this realm, which is why you’re seeing so many people being completely possessed.
But if they’ve closed it, I’m seeing this as good news. I think it was probably already closed before. But this is this was part of the spiritual war. These are spiritual weapons because we don’t know what they are.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): There’s no accident that the statue of Shiva sits right out front of the Stargate at CERN.
I was talking to Steven Greer about this. And a lot of times, in the study of UAPs or UFOs, everybody wants to lunge to this nonsense, like 3i Atlas. “Oh, yeah, sure. An advanced race is going to get and saddle-up into a spaceship the size of Manhattan and wait for 14,000 light years to get here. And we’ll just watch them on the Hubble telescope come in, blip by blip by blip. Oh, somebody should do something. There’s the aliens, they’re invading.”
Where this really works out is, what Mark is talking about on the Stargate side is interdimensional travel. And and that’s where – and we see this with real UFO reporting, which is the craft or whatever it is seems to flash in and then it flashes out.
And what that would indicate is some sort of Stargate-like capability that is either on that ship or inherent to what they’re doing, where the ship didn’t go anywhere. It’s just no longer in our dimension. It’s just it’s not in our universe. It’s in a parallel universe and it’s flashing in on us and then it’s flashing back out.
And then one of the things that I think he was talking to me about was not extraterrestrials, but subterrestrials. There’s a very good reason also that we’re denied access – you can’t just go book a cruise to Antarctica and get you a backpack and then go steaming across that thing.
I think in a previous conversation we talked about the low threshold that KGB officers had for shooting someone in the head. Well, this is even lower! (Laughs)
So so so there’s a lot going on that is in this realm that’s been denied to us. But now that quantum physics is becoming so mainstream and the quantum plane and knowledge of quantum plane, Solfeggio frequencies, the healing frequencies, that is that’s becoming mainstream. Well, you can’t just have that become mainstream and all the rest of this stuff stays out. That’s impossible.
So things like Zero Point Energy, anti-gravitic travel and those types of things, they’re going to steadily and surely become part of this abundance path that we’re talking about.
But then, I’m getting back to on the Stargate side – or in the CERN side – if they close CERN, look, the bad guys opened up that and the bad guys closed it down. So they either scared the hell out of themselves or they’re sitting at mission complete.
We have seen, in some of their social media posts, that some of them deeply regret ever, ever, ever turning it back on again, that they’re having real struggles with that, because of what they know is going to happen.
But I take the optimist view of all of it, that God has this, well before you little demonic clowns who are essentially playing with universal matches in your little cavern in Switzerland, that you think you’re the ones who are controlling things is really quite humorous. You’re not. You’re not even close to controlling things.
Crypto Rich: OK. Hold on a second. Mark, I got to ask you, what have you done to the General? Who are you? Who are you? What have you done with General hard-nosed, retired Air Force General?
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Extreme Right Wing, Kill a Commie for Your Mommy Guy!
Crypto Rich: Oh, Blaine, there’s so much in there!
Mark Attwood: Well, you know, this is the thing. When you’ve got a rational mind, whether you’re military or not, but you’ve got an open mind as well, and you’ve managed to break free of MKULTRA, right? Which all of us, at some point is going to have to do, whether we like it or not.
You look in an inquisitive mind, looks into these things and comes to the conclusions that I talk about. And it’s great to hear Blaine saying similar kind of things, because I have witnessed an interdimensional ship firsthand, close up, you know, and I have to ask, you know, when it happened, I was like, “Well, everybody’s going to think I’m nuts when I talk about this.”
But then the more I’ve talked about it, the more I’ve seen that there’s lots of other people who’ve been through the same thing and they get called nuts, as well.
But there’s actually more and more and more and more people that are talking about the same thing, like psychic connections with stars, telepathic communication.
What I saw was 100% interdimensional and possibly from a different timeline. And I know this is true, because of what I said to you on a previous show, Blaine, about shamanic journey. We have the ability, we’ve always had the ability to travel in time. We’ve always had the ability to cross dimensions. These dimensions are around us all the time.
And this is something that was taken away from humanity. It’s not we’re discovering something new, at all. The quantum physicists are basically just confirming what shamans have known for tens of thousands of years.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): There’s a brilliant book that you should read, Rich. It’s by Joseph [Selbie] and it’s really the start. It’s a really good basis for – forever, we’ve been told there’s the scientific side and the spiritual side. Never the two shall meet. And it’s those spiritual people, who they’re in Woo-Woo Land and they, for some reason, still believe in fairy tales.
None of that is true. It’s all intermeshed. And the book that I’d commend to you is by Joseph [Selbie] and it’s called ‘The Physics of God’. And it doesn’t matter what your spiritual tradition is. You, it’s a very, very good book.
In fact, I took my brother and his son on a camping trip deep into the woods and the assignment was we’re going to read this book and then discuss it on the trail. And it really blew them away. And I was really happy that it did, because they’re so complimentary.
You hear these things about, well, “God is in you”. Oh, that’s absolutely true. But what the bad guys have done is they’ve calcified your pineal gland. They’ve denied you the knowledge that you are, in fact, a transmitting transceiver-antenna and that you can tap into this anytime you’d like to.
Now, some of us like me, I’m a neophyte. I am having a real struggle trying to, but it’s a learned thing, because it’s a forgotten thing that was taken from us. And actually, I don’t know how Mark feels about this, but I think a Hell of a lot of damage was done at the Council of [Nicaea] in [325] when they determined, “Well, what will be in the Bible and what won’t be in the Bible.”
And I think no matter what your spiritual tradition is, whether you’re Muslim, whether you’re a Christian, Jewish, doesn’t matter. I would also commend to everybody to go in and read the Book of Enoch. I think it’s worth your time.
Mark Attwood: 100%
Crypto Rich: Interesting. I did just say, I suppose just to give some credibility, I did many, many years ago read the ‘Tao of Physics’, where the author looked at the parallels between Hinduism, Taoism and quantum physics. So, I do get it. I absolutely do get it.
I want to go back to something you said, Blaine, earlier, or you alluded to about UAPs, Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. I don’t want you to have any NDAs or whatever. I don’t want you to break them or violate them. But there is more and more information coming out that they are real. And the governments have known, not just the US government, but I imagine the Russian, Chinese, many, many governments have known.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): OK. OK. OK. OK. You’ve broken me! I’ll talk! (Laughter)
Crypto Rich: That’s right. See how hard-nosed I am?
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): How did you do it, Rich? So, again, back to Dr. Greer did something really fun. He told me he’s going to do it before he sent it out.
But he’s very frustrated, because I think he had an understanding that a lot more information was going to be forthcoming on what the government has in UAPs, and what has come out from Disclosure Day on, and then the Spielberg film, which I just think is fish-wrap nonsense.
But the disclosure of what the government really has, Stephen Greer just recently, actually, it was yesterday, he sent it to the White House, a memo that he provided on the for everybody to go read. It’s all over social media.
But it essentially says, “We have the information that you keep not releasing and saying you’re going to release, and now we’re going to release it.”
And a lot of folks would go, “Well, then why is Stephen Greer walking around alive?” And what I would say is, that man has more dead man switches around this world, that if he met his untimely end, I can tell you a lot of stuff would be out there in the ether.
But if you look at the missing scientists, the general that ran off into hiding, it is very clear to me that the reasons that they’ve done those things, the reasons that I know scientists, to this day are doing amazing things, but they’re underground: It is a war. And it’s a war between those who want to preserve at all costs the status quo, who want that pineal gland of yours as calcified as it can be, who want this debt-based slave system to remain intact, that there would be no abundance, versus those people who are discovering this for themselves, all by themselves.
One of the downsides to their technology, which represents our soul cages of the future, is that it’s also an endless, infinite source of information, that many of us can go tap.
And when we go tap that, we find out a lot of neat things, and we can go put these pieces together for ourselves.
And so, you know, to your secrecy point, I was a Full Bird Colonel in New York City, and I remember talking to an advanced chemistry class, and the last question I got was from the teacher.
And she said, “Colonel Holt, we know you know it, as an Air Force pilot. Tell us about Area 51.”
And I looked at the student in the very back row, and I said, “Go close the door.”
And the whole class just went, “Oh boy!”
And she ran to the back, she closed the door, and they just listened to me, and I said, “OK, I’ll say this one time, but that’s it: Area 51 has been closed. But Area 62, Area 107 Alpha, and Area 200 B. Oh-ho-ho! Well, I gotta go!” (Laughter).
Crypto Rich: You are so naughty!
Mark Attwood: This is why nobody knows what the f@ck is going on, because you’ve got smart-ass colonels and general taking the piss out of everybody.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): I think we’re gonna find out a lot, and I think we’re gonna find out a lot very soon.
Mark Attwood: Yeah, that’s why this stuff’s been released now, because it’s to get ahead of any other narrative.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): And there’s gonna be people mad, angry, because we’re gonna look back. After you’re like, “W-o-o-o-w”, then you’re gonna look back, and you’re gonna go, “Wait a minute, wait, whoa, whoa, with this technology, we didn’t have to have any of those wars. Nobody had to be poor. Nobody had to be hungry. Nobody had to be without housing. How dare you?”
That’s when the anger phase of the five stages will clip in. And that’s what I look – I think that “They” – air quotes – will be concerned about that. They should.
Crypto Rich: I think, also it’ll undermine –
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): I’m gonna stay in Northern Idaho. They don’t have to worry about me.
Crypto Rich: I think also it could undermine Abrahamic religions, as well. Not so much Hinduism and the older traditions, but the Abrahamic traditions.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): But does it? I don’t know. Here’s why. Here’s why. I don’t know that there’s an incompatibility with all of the study that I’ve done, at all.
I do know that there are people who are very engaged in psyops and information warfare, who would love nothing more than to separate you from your Creator.
In a big storm, it’s your relationship and your bond to your Creator that will get you through anything. And, and, and Hollywood would love to decimate that, if they could.
And that’s why in advance of Disclosure Day, I think that the public release of the statement that Steven Spielberg made is, “I’m very worried that this is going to really challenge some people’s Christianity, if they’re, if they’re Christians.”
And I thought, what an interesting thing to say. In fact, I think it’s quite the opposite of that. I think, I think that there’ll be a peace and a calm that comes over us. I actually think that we’re at a place now in technology and history and with all the other calamities we have in the world, if I told you, “Oh, ET’s outside, he’d like a little something for the tin for the collection.” You would be like, “I don’t have time for that. My world’s too complicated.”
Mark Attwood: All this stuff’s coming out. Most people are just ignoring it, anyway.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): “It’s ET!” “Yeah. I’ve got bills to pay.”
Mark Attwood: Yeah, exactly. “I’m late for McDonald’s.”
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Are you going with Donald?
Crypto Rich: Mark, any commentary on this, following-up from what Blaine has said?
Mark Attwood: I agree with the vast majority of what the esteemed Brigadier General has said, because, you know, firstly, I’ve witnessed them myself, but also, you know, the key to all of this is our connection to God, or whatever term you want to use. There was one thing very interesting in the Disclosure film that I did find very interesting, was that the nun character in it was asking her former student, she was asking about, you know, the Bible said that Jesus was the Supreme Being, you know, but the nun said to her, “Well, it was Supreme Being of the Earth, not necessarily of everywhere else.” And I thought that was extremely interesting.
So, you know, I think I agree with Blaine that it’s not necessarily not-compatible. It’s, and there’s going to be a lot of people that are, I think, you know, the reason why this spiritual war is taking so long is because I believe we have a Benevolent Creator that’s given us the opportunity – because, a lot of the information that we talk about, everybody’s had access to it the same amount of time as us – it’s just been a question of whether you want to access it, and you want to find out.
And, you know, everybody had access to the information about what a virus really is, and whether the vaccines work. They all had that information. And in fact, you know, if you listened, I’ve mentioned this to you before, but if you listened – I don’t want to go off down a tangent too much – but if you listen to Donald Trump’s press conferences during 2020 about COVID, he was talking about hydroxychloroquine, light therapy, sound therapy, chlorine dioxide, all of the things that I now have in the healing clinic that I opened, based on the information that I learned from that time.
You know, it was all there. It’s just that most people didn’t want to stay up and listen, or didn’t want to hear what he had to say. And that’s the way all of this seems to work in the spiritual war, you get the opportunity. That’s why “The ending is not for everybody.” And I’m quoting Q.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): It’s true. It’s true. It’s very true. The thing is, let’s say, let’s say tomorrow, Scotty beams down the main body force, and you’ve got ETs all over the place. And some are friendly, and some are not.
Some have five heads, some have tentacles, it looks a lot like Tatooine and Star Wars with the bar scene, there. You can, let’s just call that all “noise”. You can sit back, and you can go, “OK, my relationship with God, has anything changed?” Nothing’s changed.
We’ve got some new squiggly people, but there’s, you know, exceedingly valid debates on this planet about whether we’re all really humans.
And I find with some of the atrocious behavior that I see out of these Bad Guys, I’m not altogether convinced.
So how do you know you’re walking around our own tribe? You really don’t. You should just maintain your absolutely wonderful relationship with your Creator and try to improve it. And try to improve it, physically. Eat better, drink better, get rid of the chemicals that they’re trying to feed you.
Start to understand – read a little bit, start to understand how you could resonate as an antenna more.
Mark Attwood: Yeah, that’s what it’s all about. But the second episode of my podcast was filmed on a beach in Ireland in 2020. And it was all about the pineal gland. That was the second thing I spoke about, because I knew that was the key to this war. You know, decalcifying your pineal gland is the most, it’s the Telephone Line to God.
And it’s, it’s the it’s where DMT is created in the body. It’s also where you get visions. It’s funny, you mentioned Star Wars there, because I had a vision at the weekend. And it was like being in a IMAX cinema with me got millions of years in a scene that looks straight out of Star Wars.
It was worth listening to, as well that talk about the fact that you know, humanity, if you look at – and I don’t know how much validity to give to say Stitchen’s analysis of the Sumerian tablets that talk about the Annunaki creating humans to mine gold, which is Michael Tellinger will back, you know, we’ll tell that story and Stitchen’s not around anymore – but people like Alex Collier, who’s a Andromedan contactee, who was talking about this time 30 years ago, talks about the fact that human beings are actually 22 different types of alien species and they consider us as genetic gold, we are extraordinary beings.
But we’ve had, you know, in schools, the kids are taught, and we were taught that we have 97% junk DNA. It’s not junk, is it? It’s just, it’s just deactivated. It’s the same as like, oh, you only use 3% of your brain. Well, what’s the rest doing?
It’s because we’ve just been turned down. And we are in the process of being turned up and being activated, because all these skills that are achieved by, you know, there’s records of Tibetan monks achieving these states of levitation and, you know, psychic abilities and going into their light bodies.
I think there’s 80,000 at least recorded versions, you know, versions of that leave behind a husk of themselves. This none of this is science fiction is real. You know, and talking of Star Wars, the Jedi Knights, they’re basically just shamans that have just tapped into that universal energy that’s always been there.
So, Star Wars is actually a true story. This is more of a documentary than a movie – or until Disney took it over and tried to screw with it all.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): But as a pilot, I really want a damn X-Wing fighter.
Mark Attwood: So do I!
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Actually, I’m an airlift pilot, so I want a Millennium Falcon. That’s fine with me!
Mark Attwood: I don’t know. It was too much like a, I like the wings, the wings. There’s no wings. Yeah. You know, there’s a big dog driving with you, I don’t know.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): I know, you get the big dog driving, but you got the asymmetric turret, which is just sexy! I got to go over here to the left side.
Mark Attwood: And they all make noise in space, which is very interesting.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Yeah, that is.
Crypto Rich: Now, I want to go back to the pineal gland, which is our receptor, our antenna, our receiver of consciousness.
Mark Attwood: Transceiver
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Transceiver.
Crypto Rich: But decalcifying. What does somebody need to do to decalcify? I’m asking for a friend. What does somebody need to do?
Mark Attwood: Stop brushing your teeth with fluoride. Stop drinking the tap water. The tap water, especially in Ireland and all around the world, actually, is full of fluoride. They’ve added fluoride to it for a long time. You’ve got to drink distilled water. There’s a good starting point. There’s a good starting point. Drink distilled water. There you go. Couldn’t be simpler than that, really.
But watch what you’re eating. You know, if you’re eating McDonald’s, you’re in trouble. You’re going to be, you know, you’re in, you’re in big trouble.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): That’s right, Mister. That’s exactly correct.
Crypto Rich: Do not eat McDonald’s.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): You can talk to God whenever you want. But the receiving part is going to be really difficult for you. And I think that’s what a lot of people have to work on when we start to talk about mindfulness and meditation and that type of thing, a lot of people, especially in the Christians, they’ll go, “Oh, meditation. That means you’re completely out there. You’re out of the realm.”
It’s like, “Oh, you might want to read the book of Joshua. You might want to read other books because it’s all in there.”
But the big thing is, is being able to quiet your mind and listen and doing better on food and doing better on water, you’ve got a really good shot at getting that antenna dusted off and getting it back into play.
Mark Attwood: And the other thing is, you know, you’ve got to remove heavy metals out of your body. Things like zeolite will help with that. You know, do your own research. This is part of the fun. All the information is out there.
But back to the shamanic stuff. You know, if you bang a drum four to seven times a second, your brain goes down into Theta very quickly. And once you’re in a Theta state, you are then receptive to being able to traverse the dimensions and hear the information.
Especially, if you have an intention, you can go forward to backwards in time, you can go to the upper world, the lower world. Let’s not talk about the underworld. You can go back and forward in your own timeline and change things.
You know, this is why we have the Mandela Effect, that everybody is pretty much aware of at the time, whether that’s part of a war with powers beyond us. But we are the ones creating all of this, as well.
And for me, it’s like a web of consciousness, where certain people have information earlier on, to hold that frequency to pull everybody up.
Because, if you look at the scale of consciousness, I can’t remember the name of the guy that created it, but it goes between 0 and 1000. Most people are 200 and below.
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): That’s Hawkins, I think.
Mark Attwood: Hawkins. So 200 and below is where most of the people are at. But if you get up to 500, 600 in on that scale of consciousness, which involves unlocking your pineal gland, doing simple things like drinking the right water, eating the right food, grounding yourself, going out in nature, connecting with nature, because –
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Flying an airplane (laughs).
Mark Attwood: We’re all flying and we’re all connected, right? So one person at 500 or above affects the consciousness of hundreds of thousands of people. This is why, what was George Washington’s percentage support in America when he won? It was about 3%, I think. It was really low. It was really low. And it didn’t look like it was possible for him to win, but he did. How?
Because it’s going to be like, it’s like the monkey nut theory. How is that possible? You heard the story about the sheep that rolled over the sheep grid in Wales or New Zealand, and then all the sheep started doing it the next day in New Zealand.
How does that work? Because of consciousness. But we are the creators, because we’re fractals of God. So go figure.

Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): You’re going to go throw away all your toothpaste, aren’t you?
Crypto Rich: I haven’t used toothpaste for many, many years. I use bicarbonate soda
Gen Blaine Holt (Ret): Alright, let’s keep our family secrets together!

Mark Attwood: Hydrogen peroxide.
Crypto Rich: I’ve used hydrogen peroxide, as well. And I don’t have any fillings. And my parents were homeopaths, which was a salvation.
And I know neither of us had those “safe and effective” injections, thank goodness – even though they were very “safe and effective”.
