Does anybody remember Project HAMMER?
Last February, Pete Santilli was on The Alex Jones Show claiming that Weaponization Czar, Ed Martin has been fired by then-Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche due to his investigation of the secret mass surveillance operation against the American people being run out of a facility in Fort Washington, Maryland.
This is the location where Pete says John Brennan and Barack Obama had set up a parallel NSA in order to overthrow the United States with “The HAMMER”, an extremely secret signals intelligence program originally developed by CIA/NSA/FBI contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery.
I’ve been following this story about Project HAMMER since 2017, when bits and pieces started leaking out in a David Janda podcast with USAF Lt Gen Thomas McInerney (Ret). Within moments of their podcast going live, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were texting each other about it, as seen in their declassified texts, according to Janda.
Some may also recall that in the weeks prior to the theft of the 2020 election, Sidney Powell and Gen McInerney were talking about The HAMMER on independent podcasts. Sidney Powell said the voting machines were connected to The HAMMER’s encrypted secure network and they were running an application called Scorecard, which flips elections.
On Election Day in 2020, I published this podcast with Gen McInerney with David Janda, in which the General explained the details of The HAMMER and Scorecard, which he said could flip the election that day.

After seeing firsthand how the Obama administration had turned The HAMMER against Americans, Montgomery became a whistleblower. He received two limited immunity agreements in exchange for evidence production and testimony.
Montgomery claimed the Obama White House provided 1,200 preloaded Blackberry devices to trusted Obama insiders, including to Hunter Biden and that the FBI and DOJ are in possession of this body of evidence. This would indicate that they’d long been aware of Hunter and Joe Biden’s espionage activities, such as the sale of a US military technology manufacturer to the CCP via Hunter’s private equity company, Bohai Harvest.
Montgomery said these 1,200 BlackBerry devices communicated over a closed encrypted secure network using PIN-to-PIN messaging that did not traverse the internet, operating directly off The HAMMER network. Each of those devices could access The HAMMER Vault, a secret database of The HAMMER’s illegally-collected data, including corporate and military intellectual property and US Defense secrets, accessible only to Obama team insiders.
Montgomery’s 600 million pages of documents showed that for more than four years before the 2016 election, four contractors working for the Obama Administration’s FBI illegally surveilled American citizens. Moreover, the FISA court was made aware of this and had communicated its findings to the Justice Department.
In July 2023, Pete Santilli reported that a federal judge had compelled Montgomery to testify in August about the data harvested by his software.

Pete explained that Barack Obama and the CIA built their own NSA at this suburban Maryland location in order to circumvent the Constitutional rights of Americans, as the NSA, being part of the US military is restricted from doing so.
Pete reported that they were using encryption through pornographic videos to give al Qaeda and ISIS all of their operational orders. Then, they started pointing The HAMMER towards the American People.
He said that Barack Obama accessed The HAMMER from the White House and that he was surveilling everybody, including the Supreme Court and Chief Justice John Roberts.
Pete followed up with a report in October 2023 that Barack Obama had used this data to blackmail the Israeli government, which culminated in the spectacular failures of October 7th, with Hamas’ penetration of Israel’s Iron Dome and thousands of Hamas troops flooding over their border while Israeli intelligence stood down.
He said Dennis Montgomery had put a bit of code in his software that let him see how they were using it and that he had stored all of that data.
As part of Montgomery’s immunity agreement with the FBI in 2015, he’d handed over 47 disks with 600 million pages of documents to former FBI General Counsel James Baker – who later became Twitter’s Deputy Counsel.
Needless to say, Baker made sure that all Twitter users who discussed The HAMMER were de-platformed – but Pete says Baker also made sure to give all of this data from Dennis Montgomery to China!
As Pete said at the time:
“I have it on the court record, Ladies and Gentlemen, I’ve been verifying everything. The government attorney said all of this data is in the safekeeping of the Central Intelligence Agency. It’s with the OIG.
“Everything I just described to you is not conspiracy theory. Mike Lindell had a copy of it. It was in his safe; all of the disks. The whistleblower has a copy of all the disks. The Government has a copy of all the disks but it’s been kept under secret wraps, because the government asserted their authority and said, ‘You can’t’.
“During the Cyber Symposium, there were threats that they were going to drop in and fast rope down into the building, that if Mike Lindell showed a portion of it – what Mike Lindell had to do, under legal advice was he just had to take the bullets himself…
“He took all the slings and arrows and he filed all the data with the Federal Government and sought whistleblower protection. He doesn’t talk about it a lot but he has whistleblower protection and he’s been fighting in court and last week, a Federal Judge determined that you cannot put a national State Secrets Privilege on crimes perpetrated against the United States of America – and he has compelled [Dennis Montgomery] to testify...
“All of the surveillance that they’ve done and the intrusions into your bank accounts and stealing your money and weakening you and social media influence operations against Barack Obama’s and the CIA’s political opponents. Tens of millions of Americans, surveilled and destroyed. He has all of it…[Dennis Montgomery] has entrusted Mike Lindell, because he’s a godly soul.”
Pete was on Nino’s Corner a couple of days ago with an update about Fort Washington and The HAMMER and I’ll be posting about it as soon as the episode becomes publicly available.
Meanwhile, the clip posted here and transcribed below is teaser of some of the things I think that show will be about; 14 minutes that I cut from two hours of the The Pete Santilli Show yesterday, the full version of which you can see on this page.
Pete says President Trump is talking a lot about election fraud, lately, because he knows everything about it and his administration is about to bring indictments against the cabal of Deep Staters that have overthrown 72 countries with election fraud and he has whistleblowers from Venezuela and Serbia that have provided all of the proof.
We’ve heard Patrick Byrne, Gary Berntsen, Ralph Pazzullo, Juan O Savin discussing this for years but Pete mentions something here that I hadn’t heard before, that he believes other countries are going to be joining in these lawsuits!
He says he’ll be talking about the evidence that he presented to the Florida Grand Jury at the upcoming Fraud Fighters Summit at the Ahern hotel in Las Vegas, which I’m fairly certain relates to The HAMMER and the Fort Washington location from where it was run and that housed the supercomputers.
Pete also brings up a rumor that he’s heard about former US Attorney General Pam Bondi. He reminds us about how everyone was saying that then-Assistant US Attorney Todd Blanche was doing the work in Washington DC and that she barely ever left Florida.
Pete says:
“Well, here’s a theory: She’s been overseeing the grand jury in Florida – two grand juries in Florida. That’s what I’m hearing; that all eyes are going to be on Florida, here in the coming weeks.
“Now, when she stepped-down and Todd Blanche was put in, President Trump immediately said, ‘Oh, she’s done a great job and we’re going to have her assigned to something different,’ right? Do you guys remember that? What was it? What’s she in charge of?
"She’s working out of Florida. Interesting. Two grand juries in Florida. Does it make sense that President Trump has somebody that is trusted, that can guide the process, down there at the two Grand Juries in Florida. Yes or no? Just a question.”

Pete Santilli: So President Trump signing an executive order on mail-in ballots, OK? Local news in California, guess what they’re saying about it?
I mean, President Trump is claiming election fraud, because he knows about the election fraud. He knows everything about it.
He’s about to bring indictments that include a cabal of Deep Staters that have overthrown 72 countries with election fraud and he has whistleblowers from Venezuela and Serbia that have proved it up.
So part of that grand conspiracy was to use election fraud to overthrow countries. I believe other countries are involved and are going to be joining in these lawsuits…

Bass is, can we say that Bass is bad news? She’s hated by a lot of people. The Left and the Right in California, alright? So before I play this, this is what I want to say.
Bass knows she’s damaged goods. She did that. The entire Democrat Party knows Bass is damaged goods. They want to make sure that the person behind her – that if they don’t select Bass, you’re going to get a Communist!
And and that’s why Pratt was bumped-down. Uh, this guy says something different and he presents the numbers. “Numbers”. You guys are idiots. They would rather have Pratt than, what’s her name? Freaking Curry Soup? What’s her name? Freaking Communist Curry Soup? What is it? I don’t even know. Bowallybally. Well, whoever, she’s a freaking Communist.
Deb Santilli: I think they rigged it to be the next mayor.
Pete Santilli: Who?
Deb Santilli: I think they’ve rigged it for her to be the next mayor.
Pete Santilli: The Communist. Yeah, yeah. They’re going full-blown Communism with her.
Deb Santilli: It’s been announced that Pratt is not in the running. People are like, “How?”

John Berman: Alright. This morning, a brand new update on the Los Angeles mayor’s race, as more votes have been counted. Nithya Raman, the councilwoman who is a Democrat has moved into –
Pete Santilli: I knew it was top-something. Top Ramen.
Deb Santilli: But she’s a Communist, though.
Pete Santilli: Oh, yeah. And of course, the other one [Bass] says that she’s a Socialist. So yes, I mean –

John Berman: …of reality star Spencer Pratt, who is a Republican. This means that if it were to end today, which it won’t, but if we’re to end today, the top two people advancing would be Democrats.
Now, when there are Republicans all kinds of upset that this is the way California counts votes, the President says that it’s rigged somehow. It’s not. This is just the way they do it.
But the thing is the person who might be most upset about all this Not a Republican, but the incumbent mayor of Los Angeles, Democrat Karen Bass.
With us now is Chief Data Analyst Harry Enten and what am I talking about here?
Harry Enten: Yeah, this is the dumbest conspiracy theory I have ever heard, because the Democratic establishment and Karen Bass wanted Spencer Pratt in the runoff. They don’t want any part to do with Nithya Raman.
Why is that? Because just take a look here. OK, Mayor Runoff polls: Bass versus opponent versus Pratt. Bass would have crushed Pratt by 18 points That’s what the polling showed.
Look at how she does against Nithya Raman.
Pete Santilli: You know what he doesn’t talk about? How rigged the polling is. He doesn’t talk about that. It’s so phony, OK?
Because they they have to set the polling, so that you accept the results of the election, which is rigged, right? The polling has to match up, because when the polling is skewed, right and let’s say everyone hates Pratt [Bass?] – which they do – OK, and all the polling was showing that and Pratt was rising, because everybody hates…Bass, right?
Pete Santilli: Everyone hates Bass. Hate her.
Deb Santilli: They do –
Pete Santilli: But she won the primary, OK? So, people have a tough time with that. They’re like, “Oh well,” you know, so they’ll accept that Pratt, “He just needs to be in second,” right? “He just needed to be in second to go up against Bass.”
They don’t care about the polling. They don’t care what you say. They would just push Pratt over the finish line. So, it doesn’t matter what the polling is. It doesn’t even matter what the election results are, just as long as Pratt’s there in the second slot.
He gets to go up against Bass and the people will decide, right? Hopefully – unless elections are rigged.
But what this guy does not talk about is that the polling is completely rigged. This is telling me That they want to guarantee themselves that a Communist is going to be in office, guaranteed; that if they do hate Bass that much, guess what? You’re going to get even worse.

Harry Enten: On the other hand, Raman is ahead by four points. Bass has a real race on her hands, if, in fact Raman is the one who advances and of course the democratic establishment is backing Karen Bass. But versus Spencer Pratt, she was crushing him.
She wanted to face Pratt. She wanted nothing to do with Raman That’s why these conspiracy theories, simply put, make no sense, People!
Pete Santilli: Do you think if you’re running around in California, Deb and somebody walks up to you and says, “Are you gonna vote for Pratt?” Do you think anybody’s gonna say anything?
Deb Santilli: No.
Pete Santilli: If they know where you live, right? You wanna keep that really quiet, OK? But obviously, you don’t want to identify yourself.
Deb Santilli: Obviously, a lot of people did vote for him. Obviously.
Pete Santilli: They did. OK, there’s there’s one drop that took place It is and we’re gonna go to PBD podcast. I have to play that
Deb Santilli: You do.
Pete Santilli: Because, it is a statistical impossibility. It’s impossible to take 24,000 ballots, submit them for Raman and not one of them voted for Pratt. Not one!
Deb Santilli: Not one.

John Berman: When we talk about favorability you have more evidence here.
Harry Enten: Yeah, this is more evidence, you know Why is it that Nithya Raman’s doing so much better than Spencer Pratt would against Karen Bass?
It’s, simply put, ramen is actually decently-liked by LA city voters. Look at this. Nithya Raman +5 on the Net Favorability rating. Karen Bass, way underwater, at -22 points You basically just need someone who’s half-decently well-liked, to be favored or at least, have a real shot against the incoming Karen Bass.
Spencer Pratt, on the other hand. Look at that: He’s even less liked than Karen Bass. He’s 32 points underwater. Karen Bass doesn’t want to face Nithya Raman. She would love to face Spencer Pratt, because, simply put, she’s managed to find someone who’s more unpopular than she is and she’s quite unpopular.
John Berman: This is really interesting. You look at these numbers. One of these things is not like the other! She is definitely more liked than the other two.
Now, the President here. Obviously the president is looking at this race He’s all kinds of upset about it. He presumably wanted Pratt here.
Harry Enten: Yes Republican wants a Republican. News at 11.
John Berman: Angelenos, what do they think about the President?
Harry Enten: Yeah, OK. This is the other thing the President of the United States is such a drain on Spencer Pratt. I mean, “Hello?”
Los Angeles City voters: Trump’s Net Approval rating in the City of Los Angeles is about 55 points underwater!
I mean, the idea that a Republican could be the Mayor of [Los Angeles], when the President of the United States has a net approval rating -50.
Pete Santilli: I’ll prove to you that President Trump’s approval rating is not really 55% down. It’s down, OK? I understand that.
There’s a lot of people that only pay attention to the news right before the election, you know? There’s low-information voters. Always been that way. They don’t follow politics and they’re a better man and woman than I am – they’re a better woman than I am, absolutely. But a better man than I am.
But it’s not that bad and I can prove it, because, look at how well he does when he issues an endorsement? Who are they talking to?
The Democrats are just so crazed. They’re gonna be like, “Oh, I hate him! We need to assassinate him!” I mean, they’ve gotten that crazy.

Harry Enten: It’s underwater and then registered as Republican. Just 15% of the voters in the City of Los Angeles are registered as Republican, 55% are Democrats. Spencer Pratt was facing a mountain in order to win and so Karen Bass and the Democratic establishment knew that there’s basically no chance a Republican could be the next Mayor of [Los Angeles].
The only way she could lose is if she goes up against another Democrat and you see it, right here, very simply put, up by four. No wonder and that is where the results right now are moving; Raman versus Bass General Election, which, I said at the top, an absolute nightmare for the Democratic establishment and Karen Bass. They would have much preferred Spencer Pratt!
John Berman: A lot of discomfort, no doubt this morning, in and around the establishment in Los Angeles. Harry Enten and thank you for explaining that so well. Thank you, my friend. You’re an outstanding human being.
Harry Enten: You are even more outstanding!
Pete Santilli: Devin Nunes…he’s, like overseeing a special intel board. He’s got a lot of information from when he conducted the investigation into the Russia Collusion stuff. You may or may not know this. I think I played a portion of it, just at the end of last week. I’m going to play it again. This is important.

Devin Nunes: I’m going to try to get out as much of this information and get it declassified as possible.
Maria Bartiromo: So, you believe that they raided Mar-a-Lago, because they were looking for this. They were looking for the Intelligence Community Assessment, your report on Russia’s influence campaign targeting the 2016 Presidential Election. That’s why they raided.
Devin Nunes: I believe it had to be one of the things that they were looking for. Because, look, that report is pretty damning. If people take the time to read it, it’s 45 pages. We had a dedicated team that spent nearly two years down at the CIA, looking through this. It was blocked from getting out.
And the reason that report is so important, simply put, we went through every single piece of intelligence that existed and if anything, it was clear that if Putin was going to do anything, he probably wanted Hillary Clinton to win.
But in fact, if you just apply a little common sense to it, the fact was is that nobody around the world thought that President Trump was going to win in 2016. Same with Vladimir Putin. He didn’t, either and so, when you go through that, that was the intelligence – every piece of intelligence – that existed. We went through it. It’s in that report.
Pete Santilli: So, lots of information coming. Remember, this is a theory only, OK? Do you remember when they fired Pam Bondi? President Trump fired Pam Bondi, put Todd Blanche, the Assistant [Attorney General]. People were relieved.
But we heard a lot of things about Pam Bondi spending a lot of time in Florida. As a matter of fact, she was stationed and stayed in Florida, they said and Blanche was doing the work in Washington DC. Do you guys remember that?
