South Koreans have been protesting daily non-stop since June 3rd chanting, “Hand count paper ballot, counted where cast, stop election fraud!” because, similarly to what happened in Arizona and in other places in the US in 2020, they ran out of ballots on Election Day.
South Koreans are widely tech-savvy and they had already been telling each other not to vote early during the June 3rd local elections, contrary to what the authorities were telling them to do, because they had already suspected that if they were to vote early, their votes would get diluted with fake votes and that the algorithms would distort their will, so they were telling each other vote on Election Day.
On Election Day, these primarily conservative voters went to the vote centers, such as the one in Olympic Park, where they ran out of ballots, so they were unable to cast their votes. The officials told them that the voting was done and that they’d had their chance during Early Voting period and that they were sh¡t out of luck.
Naturally, the long lines of people who hadn’t had a chance to vote were upset and they spontaneously started showing up and protesting – and they haven’t stopped more than two months later.
Juan tells Nino Rodriguez that the protestors believe that they’re going to find that up to a half of the 2.3 million ballots in the boxes at that Olympic Park facility are fake ballots.
They’ve also they figured out that the paper being used on these fake Chinese ballots is different from the real ballots and that if the boxes are opened in public view and if there is a public count, the fake paper ballots will be easily recognized and sorted out from the official vote paper.
Juan says the government could stop the protests, but there are so many people with livestreaming cameras that if the police came in to try and stop it, they’d be violating certain local ordinances that allow citizens to be there.
When Juan’s friend, former Prime Minister Hwang went there, he was detained and pushed back, which created quite a scene.
Furthermore, Juan says:
“As people started looking closer, the police that were brought in, don’t look like any police officers that any of the locals know. They’re all Chinese.
“So, the Chinese government is infiltrating in, with the assent of the local police and government that they have Chinese officers that are in here, specifically just to try and control the vote.
“The politicians voted here recently that they’re going to allow Chinese to come in and live here on a mass scale. They claim to have a hundred million Chinese that want to move into South Korea over the next 10 years.
“They’re going to allow 10 million a year. And there’s only 50 million people in South Korea. The South Korean people are just beside themselves!”

South Korea is further along than the US in the implementation of the Globalists’ “China Model” One World Government plan, per the secret speech of Chi Haotian, who held positions in the Chinese government equivalent to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, the Secretary of Defense and the Vice Chairman of the Democratic Party – simultanously – if you could imagine such a position in an America with a one-party state.
Patrick Byrne has described this as the highest-level leak in Chinese history. It’s about how ‘Two tigers cannot live on one mountain’ and about China’s plan to destroy America and to turn us into a vassal state.
The original plan involved a bioweapon that destabilizes us, followed by civil war, where 90% of Americans die within one year of the supply chain collapse, as essentially foretold by the mysterious Deagel Report.
This was to be followed by a three-year reign of the cartels and the Blue Helmets, where they rape, pillage and burn everything. When there’s nothing left but a husk, the cartels withdraw and millions of Chinese occupy America, which then becomes ‘New China’.

Nino asks Juan about this plan that Patrick’s talking about and he acknowledges that it exists and says that Patrick been major player, at the leading edge of getting to the bottom of the Globalists’ conspiracy against America. Juan says that like many of us, Patrick has has become understandably jaded, believing that we’re beyond the point where anything can be done to save the situation. However, Juan assures Nino that we’re actually in “pretty good shape”.
I think that much of this original Chinese plan to occupy and overrun America has already been averted by the Trump administration – not to minimize the overall threat posed to America by elements of the Globalist proxy that is China. Patrick Byrne, however still preaches this apocalyptic sermon like the Gospel, I guess because he’s not read-in to whatever is informing Juan’s views.
Juan continues:
“A-WEB is run by a team of Chinese military specialists and political operatives to go into elections around the world – 111 countries – and to help to steal the elections in all those locations.
“When we talk about the ‘72 countries, 71 plus the United States’, that the Venezuelan group working out through Serbia used to interfere in the US election, 2020 and other elections, that the hub, the heart, way back at the beginning is A-WEB.
“The other thing that’s interesting is that here, in China, just as I’ve described for all of the audience here on other occasions, there’s literally a group of people who are, you know, for want of a better way of saying it, ‘Luciferian Devil-worshipers’.”
Last January, Juan talked about how many of those directly involved in the global election theft operation are are full-blown Satanists. Several of them carry a particular tattoo on the left forearm of the Screaming Pope. Patrick Byrne reported, after a court hearing in Colorado having directly observed that Dominion Voting System’s Eric Coomer was sporting one of these:

As for the despair expressed by Byrne, Flynn, the “America First” grifters and others, Juan reminds Nino that the Trump administration is gearing up for an ambush, while they observe these people, as they continue to work to seal the 2026 Midterm Elections. He expects mass arrests sometime in late October. So we’ll all know, soon enough if we’ve been fed hopium.
Juan says that if were to go forward with the vote this November, it would seal the fraud, because many of the 2026 candidates won their primaries through fraud and without the voter rolls being cleaned.
Juan notes that the real fight in American elections isn’t on Election Day, anymore, it’s during the primaries, as the candidates get locked into the ballot. Very few people vote during the primaries and those election are being heavily tweaked. In other words, a major part of the 2026 election theft has already occurred.
Juan maintains that the Trump administration doesn’t have to declare a National Emergency, it just has to expand the existing Declaration of a COVID National Security Emergency by President Trump on March 13th of 2020, which wasn’t really about SARS-CoV-2, it was about the vote and foisting drop-boxes and mail-in ballots, with the ultimate intent of switching everybody over to a digital vote on their cell phones, “After the populations were heavily-decimated.”
He says we’re still in that emergency and they just have to identify the parts of it that fit with what they want to do now.
Former Korean Prime Minister Hwang was present at Juan’s Fraud Fighters Summit last June and he will also be present at Juan’s upcoming Storm Summit conference at the Ahern Hotel in Las Vegas on September 10-13, 2026.
Nino: Well, I gotta say, you know, Juanito, there’s a lot of things happening right now. We’re in August, you know, Steve Bannon has talked about a National Security Emergency end of August. You kind of think it’s going to happen in October.
A lot of stuff is playing out right now. A lot of people are wondering what the Hell is going on. A lot of stuff in Japan with the yen. And I remember you were in Japan, you were, you were in Japan. I talked to you while you were in Japan four or five times. So, it seems to me like you’re in the places before things hit.
Juan: Well, um, the situation here in South Korea is very, very interesting. And it’s almost totally unknown in the rest of the world, especially the United States, especially the United States, with the election stuff that you just mentioned and election integrity, the frontline on planet Earth is South Korea. Now let me explain why that is.
Nino: Give me a second before you explain, before you explain, let me something.
Juan: I don’t know why you’d think that because it’s not true.
Nino: No, I mean, I know what’s coming. I, my antennas are up big time. And I know you’re in South Korea because, well, go ahead, Juan, have the floor.
Juan: Well, by the way, you mentioned the yen, of course, uh, uh, both president Trump and secretary percent, uh, comment on the fact that they couldn’t let the Japanese economy and the end collapse. So we stepped in and did some, uh, extraordinary assistance to them and are going continue to do so.
The Japanese yen is in Japan itself as, uh, uh, within the economic side, our closest ally. And so, you know, our FDIC, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for banks also insures all the Japanese banks exclusively in the world. So if they get into a real crisis, it would affect our economy very, very dramatically.
So, uh, from manufacturing and also politically out to Southeast Asia, we’re extremely close with Japan.
All that said, the country that’s on the front lines on election integrity, vote stuff, everything else is South Korea, but it’s not what most people think. It’s not just that they’ve had an attack here, in South Korea, as President Trump described that America was attacked, um, on our vote and engineered the steel in the 2020 election.
By the way, to interfere in other countries, votes, their elections is the equivalent of using a weapon of mass destruction, because you can put people in power who are not the will of the people and it can result in destruction, death when you hijack another country. So it’s technically by international law, a “weapon of mass destruction”.
In South Korea, China has been in the process of literally taking over their elections from the inside out, buying up politicians, all sorts of things, putting in fake ballots, uh, uh, and engineering the digital scam.
Now, what happened is you remember, I had the Prime Minister, former Prime Minister, Hwang at my conference there in Nevada in June, and he and a delegation are coming back to the sort of conference in September.
What happened just prior to his trip over here in June was there was a vote counting center that they ran out of – now, this is going to sound just like what happened in Arizona and other places in the US in 2020, they ran out of ballots on vote day.
They’d been encouraging everybody to vote early, but the people here had decided that they didn’t want to vote early because they were convinced. And there was lots of talk out, you know, across the country about the fact that if they voted early, their votes would get diluted with fake votes, they’f let the algorithms see where they were going. And so they had this thing, everybody vote on election day.
So on election day, they went to their vote centers and in this one particular place in the Olympic Village area, from the former Olympics being held here in this park, they didn’t have enough ballots.
So, and it was conservatives, primarily that wanted to vote. They were very upset because they didn’t get to vote. And the officials came out and said, “Nope, voting’s done.” And he had long lines of people who hadn’t had a chance to vote and were upset about that.
So then the response of the people was – this was June 3rd of this last – you know, a few months ago. And what happened was people spontaneously just started showing up.
And a couple of people, one woman in particular stood in front of the door and said, “You can’t take these ballots to count them until all those people here that wanted to vote, get to vote. Come up with ballots, come up with a way. Otherwise, it will be an imbalance in the vote. These people never got a chance to vote and you knew that we were going to have a lot of people here wanting to vote in person and you don’t have enough ballots.”
Pretty soon, the crowd raised up to 100,000. And ever since that day, protesters have been present in the Olympic stadium area, 24 hours a day, the crowds surging up to near 100,000, they, they diminished down to a couple of thousand sometimes in the morning hours, but continuously, and then chanting, “One day paper ballot, counted where cast.” They are very ticked off.
And so, if it was a particular group behind it, the government could stop the protest, but it is a public area. And there’s so many people with cameras, internet, everything else here protesting that if the police came in to try and stop it, they’d be doing two things:
They’d be violating kind of local ordinances, allow citizens to be here, but they would also be – the public is just on a trigger. The other thing is when they did try to come in and stop it, former Prime Minister Hwang, who’s a friend, they detained him and pushed him back from going into this area – quite a spectacle out of it.
And as people started looking closer, the police that were brought in, don’t look like any police officers that any of the locals know. They’re all Chinese.
So, the Chinese government is infiltrating in, with the assent of the local police and government that they have Chinese officers that are in here, specifically just to try and control the vote.
The politicians voted here recently that they’re going to allow Chinese to come in and live here on a mass scale. They claim to have a hundred million Chinese that want to move into South Korea over the next 10 years.
They’re going to allow 10 million a year. And there’s only 50 million people in South Korea. The South Korean people are just beside themselves!
They thought the war, you know, and the 38th Parallel was drawn, as China was invading, but the politicians under all – who knows, bribery, threat, everything else have agreed to allow this 10 million-a-year to come in. And there’s a hundred million waiting.
The other thing that they’ve had a problem with in the vote stuff is what they call “ghost voters”. They literally have found voter registrations and people that are getting ballots. And they are Chinese; even show an address. They have to show a local address. So they show addresses of people in all these buildings out here, across the city’s apartments.
And when they go to the apartment to see if voter actually lives there, the people that live there go, “We don’t have anybody by that name living here.”
And they have all these IDs; tens and tens and tens of thousands of IDs that have been issued to people’s homes.
And when they go knock on the doors: “Does this person live here?” “No, never seen that person before.”
And, so the people are obviously fairly lit-up about this, what they’re doing at the protest at Olympic village is that two things. Number One, the people that should have been allowed to vote, didn’t get to vote in large measure, a very high number, but then there’s ballots in those boxes that they’re guarding, that they won’t let them take out of that area.
These protesters, because it’s their belief that they’re going to find that significant number of the ballots in the boxes, which is about 2.3 million ballots in that location right now. They suspect that they’re going to find a very high percentage, maybe even up to a half are fake ballots.
And they figured out that the paper is different in these fake ballots who were brought in from China. And so if they open those boxes in public view and start counting, those ballots are going to recognize the fake paper and be able to sort those out as not being official vote paper.
If they were to let the National Election Committee come in, take the ballots and go back and count them at their center, which is what they want to do, they’ll just repeat the number that’s already been put out. They’ve said there’s a certain vote that’s in those ballots. The people want to see those ballots and count them.
Nino: So this is, this is exactly what they were doing in America. Basically, they’re just following the same formula.
Juan: Yes, it is. And this is why – let me put a rope around all of this. The playbook for stealing elections around the world is pretty much the same. And let me tell you why.
Here, in South Korea, all the way back under George Bush II, there was a group that came together and created a corporate entity called “A-WEB”.
A-WEB is an acronym for a voting assistance group to assist in electronic and paper voting systems around the world. And they operate in 111 countries – by the way, the Number of War and very interesting. And the A-WEB group has been helping in elections from the Congo to the United States, all over the world.
And wherever they show up with the vote machines and everything else, that’s where the frauds occur.
They’re way bigger, even than the Venezuelan operation, which president Trump noted, but he talked about, in his presentation that it was China that was engineering the vote fraud work in the United States election. But it’s also across the world.

In the areas that they control here, in South Korea, you go into these areas and they have all sorts of art that’s in public places and on the walls like that, depicting the most grotesque, bizarre things that can only be described as, like the Podesta stuff, “Luciferian”.
And so, for the people here in South Korea, they’ve become very sensitive that, as a Christian nation, they’re under some type of very dark, deep, dark attack that is bizarre. It’s not just a political thing. It’s not even just a power or money thing.
And we find all sorts of – it’s like Eric Coomer from Dominion, having a tattoo of the Screaming Pope. It just is so out of place for what you would otherwise think is just a political contest and challenge.
Nino: Let me ask you this. I just got off a podcast with Patrick Byrne and he gave his story and it was very compelling. It was unbelievable, to be honest with how he bribed Hillary Clinton, the whole thing.
And he said – and I confirmed this with him – that China was on a 100-year plan. I mean, I guess it was to come to into fruition 2049, to completely take over America and enslave Americans.
And basically, it would have been a wrap in 2049 but they had to speed it up in 2020 because of Trump. And when they installed Biden, they sped up everything, even giving people in China deeds to people’s property in America. Is that true?
Juan: Yeah. I mean, Patrick has been right out at the pointy tip of so much of what’s gone on. And when the book is finally written on all of this, he’ll be not just a side note, he’ll be one of the keynotes of people that were involved very heavily in all the different phases of fighting to stop the, the crooked votes in America and the payoffs to the politicians.
When you deal with something so long – and I know a lot of your listeners feel this way – you get a little bit overwhelmed. And if things don’t happen in the time that you think it does, you know, you’re right at the edge of the precipice. You can get
Nino: Battle fatigue.
Juan: Battle fatigue is a good way of putting it. Tough guy. There’s plenty of people that agree with him; that think that we’re past the point where anything can be done to save this. But I’m just going to tell you that we’re actually in pretty good shape.
Nino: That’s what I was gonna ask. That’s what I was gonna ask you next. Where do you think you are in this?
I mean, he, he tends to believe – I get the impression that he still believes this is going to happen. He says there’s two camps. The Chinese believe that they still got a ways to go until 2049 or a little bit or 2030. And some even believe, believe sooner that they’re going to [take over] – I mean, he’s not very positive on a Trump Operation or anything like that.
Juan: Yeah. And, and the reality is that, in a kind of a “Don’t shoot till you see the whites of their eyes,” type of mentality, um, we’re observing that these people continue to work to seal the vote in America for the 2026 midterms.
If we did go forward with the vote, you would seal the deal in the sense that many of the candidates in the primaries are there through a vote fraud that the voter rolls have not been cleaned.
And the real fight in American elections now, isn’t the main election day. It’s actually, uh, as the primaries is the candidates, the candidates get locked into the ballot. And so it’s already occurred by the time most people show up at the ballot box.
There’s only a few people vote on the primary elections and those are being heavily, tweaked.
Nino: Right. You got a choice between Coke and Pepsi.
Juan: Yeah, exactly. And the reality is, is that, uh, I believe Trump’s action is going to happen in late October. Uh, uh, Bannon believes it’ll be late August. We both have reasons why we believe that.
But the one thing that most people don’t have even the beginning concept of, and many of the articles were written after the Fraud Fighter Summit, where a number of the people came forward and said, “Yeah, they believe the President’s going to pause the election, including Peter Ticktin, his friend, who did so on stage with me.
The reality is the President Trump doesn’t have to declare a National Emergency, he just has to widen the existing emergency. The existing emergency is the Declaration of a COVID National Security Emergency by President Trump on March 13th of 2020.
That’s still in play. Nobody could stop it, including Biden and the reason that’s important is because COVID, even that Declaration of the National Emergency, it wasn’t about flu. It wasn’t about SARS-2. It was about the vote.
Remember, when COVID was foisted on the world, then drop boxes and mail-in ballots went to outer space. It was about owning the vote and then switching everybody over to a digital vote on their cell phones, at some point in the future, after the populations were heavily-decimated.
Warp Speed forced them to come forward faster; their plans and open up the world. It blew their COVID plan apart.
But the COVID Election Emergency is still in play. And so Trump doesn’t have to declare a new emergency. He just takes that emergency, expands it and pauses our Midterms.
Nino: But he wouldn’t he have to have a, I guess, a reason? Another pandemic, wouldn’t that, I mean –
Juan: No, no, no, no, no, no. We’re already in the Emergency. You just have to identify the parts of it that fit with what we’re doing right now.
So a lot of these people are saying he can’t declare a new emergency, that Democrats or everybody else would stop it. Not true. We’re already in that zone, where he can just extend it to the rest of this vote stuff and this specific election. And that’s what he’s going to do.
Nino: Alright. So Juanito, you guys, you’re busy right now, right? You got somewhere to hit?
Juan: Well, actually, you know what I’m doing? Uh, I’m going with Mr Hwang and his family. We’re going to go to church this morning, here in South Korea. It’s an amazing place.
They see their situation as being literally in a spiritual battle, here. They understand China has designs to overrun them and they’re right at the precipice.
So, we’ll go have a nice Sunday morning service, which is something I don’t get to do often.
Nino: Prayer required, right, Juanito? Well, Juan, I’ll let you go. You get to church. Alright, Juanito?
Juan: Yes. And then, everybody here should be praying also for the folks out at the Olympic Village. The situation there, it’s very precarious last night. We went all the way around the stadium, walked all the way around the stadium.
And what was really amazing, they literally had churches with prayer groups, various areas, song ministry. They’re not organized. It’s a free-for-all people just showing up there in the Olympic village park and political parties, the whole thing continued the entire time I was there. And it hasn’t stopped since June 3rd.
The people have a chant that they’re all singing and chanting, “One day paper ballot, counted where cast.”
They do not want the machines involved, at all, because they know that they will lose if the machines are involved and they want the ballots that are there to be opened in a public place with observers to see what’s there.
But everybody knows that vote was being stolen, here. And it’s become pervasive in the Korean – across society – that they have a ballot-vote issue.
Nino: And so everyone’s waking up across the planet. I mean, this is huge. This is the, well, and, and,
Juan: And remember the Chinese primary tool out to the rest of the world is A-WEB, which is headquartered back – I visited their headquarters a few days ago. Headquartered here in Seoul, South Korea.
So the, the election plot-and-scheming to steal elections around the world, including, for example – because I’ve had quite a bit, I’ve been doing behind-the-scenes, related to the Congo and President Tshisekedi, who three times wanted to come over to talk with President Trump and three times they tried to do a coup and then to kill him and his wife – so, heavily involved in what’s going on in the Congo, Republic of Congo, starting for right here in, South Korea, Seoul, South Korea.
So this A-WEB operation is the biggest vote-scamming fraud operation on planet Earth. Bigger, even than what the Venezuelans do. The Venezuelan stuff is coordinated from here; in the US case, out to Serbia and then into the United States.
So, the war, the front to China with direct contact with China, trying to take over the whole country is right here in Seoul, South Korea. It’s an unbelievable situation. We’ll hear more about this as it builds out.
But when President Trump says China is behind the stolen elections in 2020: yes. And China’s behind the stolen elections in 111 countries: the Number of War.
