This is the important speech of former South Korean Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn given at last week’s Storm Summit at the Ahern Hotel in Las Vegas.
Something that’s not being reported in the news and that’s largely unknown outside of South Korea is that the country has been utterly captured by China since the fraudulent election of Lee Jae Myung in 2025. South Korea is on an express train to hard line Communism, like its sibling to the north.
Hwang tells the audience that since South Korea’s 2020 general election, every subsequent election has been plagued by widespread election fraud. He says that the fraud methods used in South Korea and the US are virtually identical. This is because the same vote theft tactics and technology are being used in both countries, because the same enemy is behind both.
Whereas the Serbian server farms and the Venezuelan technicians are on the operations side of the global election theft cartel, the South Korea-headquartered, China-controlled Association of World Election Bodies, (A-WEB), is on the executive side of coordinating the global vote theft operation, with 111 member countries and 121 different governing bodies throughout those countries.
The Chinese have infiltrated and captured total control of the South Korean government, enacting 2,277 new laws in the past year, alone. The leftist administration is preparing to bring 10 million Chinese settlers into South Korea this year and 100 million over the next decade. This, in a country of only 50 million people. South Korea could disappear forever.
South Korea’s previous president, Yoon Suk-yeol has been imprisoned for legitimately responding to the election fraud in his country, exactly as has happened with former president Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil and what they tried and failed to do with Donald Trump.

Good morning! I am Hwang Kyo-ahn from South Korea. Good morning. It’s a great honor to stand before you today with patriots from across America and from nations around the world.
Under the conservative Park Geun-hye administration, I served as Minister of Justice, as Prime Minister, and then as Acting President of the Republic of Korea.
Then, came the left-wing Moon Jae-in administration. During those years, I stood on the other side of government, serving as leader of Korea’s largest opposition party.
Seventy-five years ago, young Americans fought for and shed their blood to defend Korea. Because of these Americans’ courage and sacrifice, Korea stood free and held the line against Communist North Korea and China. Korea became a frontline defender of freedom in Asia. Korea remembers, and from the bottom of my heart, I say, “Thank you”.
But today, Korea stands at the edge of a cliff. We are dangerously close to becoming a Communist state. Only one step remains, changing our constitution, and South Korea will become Communist. We must stop it.
Since Korea’s 2020 general election, every election has been plagued by widespread election fraud. During the recounts, piles and piles of fake ballots came out. Ballots we could never have imagined.
The US and South Korea’s election fraud look exactly like twins. I believe that election fraud is the best weapon that China can use to unify all countries around the world and seize world power. I believe that election fraud is China’s most powerful weapon. It uses election fraud to turn nations Communist. And if you want to see the evidence, it’s Korea.
To fight against election fraud, I founded Election Justice Army in January 2022. In every single election since then, the members of the Election Justice Army have observed and monitored all the elections, uncovering extensive evidence of election fraud.
We have also taken the fight to the courts, fighting complaints and pursuing legal action against unlawful acts of the National Election Commission. And for years, week after week, we have rallied, demonstrated and marched through the streets to expose election fraud to the Korean people.
Last year, I left the People Power Party, which is Korea’s largest conservative opposition party, a party I once led and I founded a new party, the Freedom and Innovation Party. I founded the Freedom and Innovation Party because the People Power Party dismissed election fraud as a “conspiracy theory” and tried to silence the patriots fighting against election fraud.
Every single member of the Freedom and Innovation Party knows the truth about election fraud. Right now, President Yoon Suk Yeol is in prison after being charged with leading an “insurrection”.
But we know he’s not guilty. He’s a victim of injustice. And that is why we raise our voices. Free Yoon!
In this fight, I was raided for inciting insurrection and I was even arrested. The National Election Commission, the very center of election fraud, filed a complaint against me. Today, I’m facing four separate trials.
But recently, something shocking happened in Korea. In the June 3rd local elections, ballots were still available, but they were not properly distributed and because of that, numerous people could not vote at all. This raised serious questions nationwide in Korea about the fairness of the election. I believe this is the last chance God has given South Korea…
The President of Korea, he sits in that presidential office today because he stole the votes of the Korean people through election fraud.
The Lee Jae-myung regime has destroyed the separation of powers. And then, these legitimate lawmakers elected through election fraud are passing evil law, one after another.
The justice system has also collapsed. Countless lawsuits have been filed to overturn fraudulent elections, but every single one of them was dismissed by courts working hand in glove with the National Election Commission.
And in just 20 days, even the prosecutor’s office will be dismantled. There is a censorship cartel at work. Today, Korea is on a high-speed train headed straight towards Communism.
Now, Lee Jae-myung wants to complete a Communist dictatorship. At every opportunity, he calls for changing the constitution so he can serve another term. We must stop this. We cannot let it happen. Today, I have five proposals for President Trump and the United States Congress:
• First, investigate election fraud in Korea. The United States and Korea are bound by a mutual defense treaty. Today, Korea faces cyber war driven by Chinese interference in our elections. Uncovering election fraud in Korea will also help uncover election fraud here in America.
• Second, investigate Korea’s A-WEB. A-WEB appears to be linked to international election fraud. A-WEB has 111 member countries. Under the banner of “multilateralism”, it exercises influence over elections around the world. And follow the connections between A-WEB, USAID, and American NGOs. Those ties must also be investigated.
• Third, I call on the US Government to impose direct sanctions on Korean judges, freeze their assets. These judges are part of the election fraud cartel. They are dismissing lawsuits that challenge election fraud.
• Fourth, I propose a new international coalition. This is an international coalition built on justice and on truth. I respectfully ask President Trump to lead this international coalition. President Trump is leading the fight to bring election fraud and corrupt forces to justice. Now is the time to stand together. Now is the time to rally behind President Trump and build a new international coalition founded on justice.
• Fifth, and finally, I urge you to help secure the release of President Yoon Suk-yeol. They took a president’s legitimate martial law, branded it “insurrection”, and locked him in prison. This kind of outrage is not Korea’s alone. It could happen anywhere. We have to set it right.
God is with us. In God, we are fighting a battle that has already been won. God bless America. God bless Korea. God bless Brazil and all nations. We go together.
