Patrick Byrne: Why hello team, Patrick Byrne here. It has been a long time coming. It has been a long time coming.
Sorry, maybe you folks understand now a little bit better why I laid low for about two and a half years doing very minimal locals. I appreciate all those who stayed part, all those who stayed true, all those who stayed paying your five dollars a month or whatever it is. You know, I've gone through a hundred million dollars, more my bookkeeper tells me in the last six years, on all aspects of this fight.
You can tell, I'm in the Venetian in Las Vegas. I'll do this. You can tell I'm in the Venetian.
We have a lot of questions. Go ahead and put them down below in the comments. I don't want to have to be studying this chat as we go, because it's got chat and questions and comments.
So if you actually have actual comments, put them down in the leave comment field below. So now you know, I mean, so much has come out. You know why I wasn't doing, what was I going to do with my live streams, just lie to you? I wasn't going to tell you that we were in the middle of hacking Venezuela and things like that.
So I felt like if as I did live streams, there were just too many questions I had to dodge. So once I left the country in 2022, after the election, I really just really backed off on all the locals and wasn't fair to you in a way. But I couldn't really tell you the truth about what I was doing.
I was in Switzerland. I was in Brazil. I'm in Argentina.
I'm in Chile. I'm in various Caribbean islands. I'm in Liechtenstein.
I'm in, you know, I was all over, then Qatar and Dubai. I couldn't really explain any of it. And so I didn't really want to do AMAs.
So hey, Tennessee, see a whole bunch of new names. Happy to go on Viva Frey. I think if you get me on, let me know.
I mean, I don't I don't spend time reaching out to people if you know those kind of people. Yeah, so again, down with MSM, good question, but put them down in the comments. So I don't have to be studying this chat anyway.
So that's why I laid low on locals. I think the right thing to do is do my AMAs on locals and for supporters only, probably at some point. And so you're really getting something for your $5 a month and we can interact and we can talk.
But I'll start this for everybody today. OK, questions, did anything come of the USPS lawsuit? You know what's weird? When you try to help the government, and we spent a million and a half dollars on that. When you try to help the government, and I had this when I fought Wall Street, you say, look, here's this problem.
Here's this problem. And they look around and they say, well, what do you explain it about three different times and three different people, all the politics get involved. And finally, they take it up.
When they take it up, they often say, you know what? Okay, this is ours. Sure. Thank you very much.
Goodbye. And you say, okay, well, when you try to check in, how's it going? Did you get to the bottom of this? They're like, well, no, it's a government investigation. I can't talk to you.
So they go from, and you feel like shouting at them, fuck you. You're the guys that had to rub your nose in it until you got it. It was my investigation.
And now you finally have it. You're like, oh, no, no, I can't tell you anything. That's kind of what it's been like since Trump came back in.
And some of it is embarrassment on their part. And some of them is, you know, but this happened when I fought Wall Street. We would find issues and we'd bring to the government.
We'd take about four meetings before they finally got it. They're like, you're right. You're right.
There is something. There is something. Okay, we got it under investigation.
But then if you try to collaborate and say, well, you know, they're always asking you questions and you spoon feed to them. And then you say, but how's it going on this and that? They say, well, it's an investigation. We can't tell you anything.
And you really feel like saying, fella, it's my investigation. I brought you into it. How about you collaborate a bit? If you were a little more collaborative, you could be so much better.
You could be so far down the road. So anyway, that's what it's been like with the USPS. I can tell you what's going on is a massive.
Yeah, there's been this release. I love what they release. I love what they released.
There's a huge investigation going on. Within the government. But it's all political now.
What's being revealed to you, the public. There's all kinds of stuff they have that they're not revealing yet. And some of it is maybe they're playing a game where they're going to be laying out one card after another.
10, Jack, Queen, King, Ace. And what do you know? It's all spades. Some of it is that.
But some of it is a bunch of politics about what they can reveal and what they can't. In particular, the deep state and the CIA is fighting teeth, toes and fingernails against Trump talking about the machines being corrupt. And why Trump is going along with that? I'd say it's anybody's guess.
But it's not a guess. I know exactly why so far he's gone along with that. I hope he comes through in the end.
Don't forget that somebody like his ex-wife, somebody said, Donald Trump, at the end of the day, never fails to disappoint people. He took a big step the other day. But even in the documents they released, even in the documents they released, they say, look, OK, we now know, we now acknowledge the CIA news since 06 that Venezuela was building technology to hack their elections.
The CIA knew that they were attempting to use that technology to hack their own elections. They don't say, we know that the CIA knew that they did use it to hack their, steal their own elections, which they do know. They've had the witnesses.
They've had the people who freaking did it, under oath, testifying, giving them, teaching them and all of them. They know all that, but they're not telling you that. They're saying, well, we do know that.
Forget what Trump said on Thursday night. Look at the documents they released. They say, which goes much farther than Trump could have spoken in 28 minutes.
They say, the CIA did know since 06 Venezuela was building technology to rig elections. We knew that they were at least trying to rig their own elections. They don't say that they successfully did it, even though they know that.
They say, we knew by January, 2020, that the CIA knew that Russia or the intelligence community knew that Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea all had the capability to rig the US election. And it is true that China got into 220 million voter rolls, but they've, they successfully did that for the 2020 election, voter records. But they don't say, and we know that the 2020 election was rigged.
Just like they don't say, and we know that they rigged a bunch of, the Venezuelans rigged a bunch of their own elections. That's all political. There are political forces pushing against Trump saying he can't say that.
And so far, Trump is abiding by them. Who knows what his strategy is, but that's all political. It's not about the truth.
It's about political decisions are being made. And the reason is the deep state and the CIA, as I've said on Alex and Emeril, the deep state and the CIA want to protect these machines. They want to, they don't want to say the machines were used to rig elections in Venezuela.
And they, they might have to give that up. They certainly don't want to say the machines were used to rig elections in 2020 or previously in the US. They certainly don't want to say that the CIA was in on it.
And they certainly don't want to give up the machines. That's why you may hear some bullshit that we, the NSA have developed a patch and the patch has been installed on these new machines and we can keep on using them. You may hear that.
Trump has been fighting to get rid of the machines, but there's this big political fight, or I should say tug of war going on. There's a big political, you know what, just, just to be belt and suspenders. I'm going to, even though I've got a full charge, I won't bother.
I have a full charge. So that's what's going on. John Solomon talking about installing patches in the voting system.
It's not possible. They're fundamentally flawed. Trump has the message.
It's not a problem of having the message. It's a problem of, it's a problem that I just described. The political forces in DC at work, Trump wanted to get rid of the machines.
There are forces saying, no, you can't, you can't. And so far Trump is it, and they know that you're highly skeptical of the machines. The public is.
So they're going to come out with some bullshit that says, well, oh, a patch has been created by the NSA and this and that. And now the machine, you install on the machines and now they're safe. It's a flat lie.
Okay. It's a flat lie. Anyway, that was so a long answer to what happened to the USPS lawsuit.
What happened is it all got taken over by the feds. And they went from being non-believers to total believers to, well, no, this is all an investigation. We can't talk to you any more about it, Patrick.
The same fucking people that had to rub their nose in it like a grapefruit to get them to, oh, that's why I will never work with the government again. And it has been a long time. Many questions.
A Arizona pink lady, many questions. My number one question is, how are you? Looks like you're getting your color back, but you're struggling with a cough. Yeah, I had surgery four weeks ago yesterday.
Four weeks ago and three days ago, 30 days ago. And they took half my lung. They took a bunch of other shit out of me.
I've had since 2013 a problem with pain, pain, neuropathy, all kinds of problems. And there's been all kinds of tumors on my spinal cord as well. And in my brachial plexus and this and that and the other thing.
Sorry, hate to sound like I'm kvetching, but that's been going on forever. And they got a whole bunch of stuff out. And it's actually been life changing.
It's been life changing because for the first time in 13 years, I'm not waking up at the night with my legs sort of doing ballet dances that I'm not in control of or doing. I thought I had MS, really. It got so bad.
But it just turned out to be schwannomas as well as malignant tumors that are now gone as of a month ago. So it's been a tough month. My lung was good.
The tissue was good, except for this one significant tumor, malignant tumor. I've stopped smoking pot, although they said it was not caused by the pot. Like the lung didn't show damage like a smoker's lung.
But there was a significant malignant tumor in it. Same place I had. I've had rib taken out 40 years ago.
No, it's 35 years ago and tumors up here and stuff before back in my 20s. It's actually the same spot. But then they just barely saved it, my lung 35 years ago, 38 years ago.
But then I took half of it. So I lost 18% of my lung tissue. So I'm up to walking 1.3 miles today.
At a blistering 27 minute pace. Second question. The information is sitting in DOD since 2020.
Yeah, the government has this stuff. The government has all this stuff now. The government has surfaced.
There's a big political fight going on within DC about how much can be revealed to the public. Because they don't want to shake. They don't want to tell you the machines were rigged in 2020.
Because people are going to start asking, well, who did it? Answer is CIA. They're going to ask, people are going to ask, well, how long has this been going on? Answer is at least since 2010. We've had election rigging, lower level moving up.
But Obama's 2008 primary in Illinois. That's the thing I previously said to highways. Illinois was rigged.
Cook County has been rigged, etc. They don't want people going back. It's such an egg, they can't be unscrambled.
But if people did understand, they would understand this crazy shift left in our country. It's all been engineered. And the thing of it is the front line where Cuba and Venezuela, where it's a joint venture of Cuba and Venezuela.
But that joint venture has some shareholders, some silent shareholders or distant shareholders. They're Iran, China, to some extent, Russia. It's looking to me, well, Serbia is now a Chinese, the westernmost edge of the Chinese empire.
But back before the Soviet Union collapsed, it was Soviet. Serbian intelligence was a branch of, well, it was all. And there's a fellow there who has been a fellow in Serbia.
His name has been, he's been, may go back to 1974, which tells me this was a long term KGB project that got handed off to the Chinese. I'd be my guess at this point. Will we ever learn what Trump did before he left office in 2021 to protect and preserve the constitution and to continue investigations? Yes.
The answer is he did nothing. The answer is he did nothing. Don't believe any of the bullshit that, well, there was some secret government, this and that.
None of that was true. None of it was true, okay? We came within a hair of losing the republic. And Trump surrendered.
Do you think if he was in charge, he would have gone through all that he went through in those crazy four years? That was all lies to comfort people, I guess. But it was all lies. There was no secret military group.
I can tell you that there was a group that reached out to me, a group within the government, I guess I can say now, in early 2022 that said, you have the support of well over 50% of the people in the federal government, Patrick. And eventually, I think I was told it was 85%. And they're ready to back a coup.
Will you lead it? And I regret to this day I didn't ask more. A, it was somebody who was a real patriot. But even there, I thought, am I being set up? Is this going to be, is this all being recorded? Is this a set up? Secondly, I can tell you that if they had lost the, if the election had been rigged again in 2024, I would have gotten back in touch with them and said, okay, I'm ready to go.
We're not going to surrender the country. But there were feds who reached out to me in early 2022 that said, we're ready to conduct a coup. And most of the people in government are ready to go along with it.
We need somebody. And it can't be a politician and this and that and the other thing. And will you lead it? And my answer, and I was thinking, I mean, I thought of how I, they would have to explain how to do it.
I was thinking that, you know, if I did it, what I would say is I'm going to stay in charge long enough to organize a clean election, to clean up a bunch of horseshit and organize a clean election and then get out. And I thought that was what I would do if I did it. But I thought about it for a minute and said, no, I'm not, I'm here to, I'll be a peacekeeper, but I can't start a war.
I can't be, I can't start a war. I've often looked back wondering whether that was the right decision. That it was not somebody who would have been setting me up.
And I was ready to get back in touch with them. If 2024 had gone the wrong way, I would have gotten back in touch and said, yippee-ki-yay, what did you have in mind? Fourth question, was the military in control of the investigations? No, the military was not in control of the investigations. They weren't monitoring, protecting, you know, there are people who definitely monitored and protected and got data below.
But what we're learning is everything that was pushed up, it's this chick at the FBI, this slut who said this stuff about, I'm running the secret government now, a secret parallel government. She sent out orders that everything on elections had to flow through her office at the FBI. The military was not ready to act.
There were, but there were elements, everything that got discovered and was pushed up was diverted. And if you've been following me, you know what really happened in 2024 is there was an, is that the Belgrade operation got hacked this time. And it got hacked by the DOD cyber command.
But even there, it got the people who did it, it was an outlying office. It got taken up and pushed out to this outlying office. So that got pushed out to this outlying office because they knew if it floated too high, it would be come to the attention of the actual Biden administration and it would have had the kibosh put on it.
So even cyber command had to shove it to an outlier office. Do we get justice before the election? Well, not full justice. Big progress Friday night.
The big progress Friday night is the DC appellate court said Trump can go ahead with his planning at least for not letting the postal service carry mail-in ballots from states that don't turn over the voter rolls. That's huge. That would eliminate about 25 million mail-in ballots, which is probably about 30% of the Democratic vote.
I think it's turning out that 30% of the Democratic vote is fake in one way or another. That's a big thing if they can eliminate that. It's not perfect.
It's not perfect. We still need voter ID. We need count the votes where they're cast.
We need a whole bunch of things. You know, why the voter rolls are so important is that before you stuff the ballot box, you need to stuff the voter rolls. And that's because the way these machines are built, you can't just feed a ballot into it.
You feed a ballot in and it checks off. Okay, it goes over to the live voter roll and checks off and says, okay, one person's been checked off and that hasn't voted yet. And we can accept that ballot.
That's why it's so important to learn that China hacked 220 million voter rolls. You know, the people are still in denial. Ask them, why do you think China did that? Was it to send Christmas cards? Did they want everyone's name and address to send Christmas cards? Did Xi Jinping send you a Christmas card? No, it's because they need access to the live voter rolls as they stuff ballots.
And it's not perfect. It's not a perfect science, which is why many people had these events. Like they go on election day to try to vote and they get told, no, no, no, you already voted.
It's checked off that you did a mail-in vote. That happened because the system, boy, the real scientists behind this, the Venezuelans, they're very sophisticated guys. They do analysis going back multiple elections in a county and they try to predict who isn't going to vote.
And then based on that, that's the first people they send the vote that the stuffing occurs for. But if one of those people does show up and vote, they find out, oh, you can't vote because we already got the ballot from you. Okay, I see there's a whole bunch of questions over in the live chat.
Instead of putting them here, please go to the comments. Please go to the comments below. Leave a comment as your question.
Okay, I'll refresh. Okay, here I am. Great, there's a bunch of questions there.
Do we get justice before the election? Man, it's been a long time. I might've missed it. Did anything come out of the USPS lawsuit? I already answered.
Okay, so now I'm scrolling up the comments. So again, if you have questions for me, leave them in the comments so I don't have to keep looking at the chat. Can you discuss whether the Venezuela hacked our elections narrative is just a modified limited hangout to cover the CIA's involvement in rigging our own elections? And if so, is there any hope that Trump will display more fortitude and publicly address the CIA's culpability in the future? No, the Venezuela hacked our elections narrative is not a modified limited hangout which I've learned people mean like a soft break or spinning of the truth.
It's Venezuela built the architecture and the system and the technology to be hacked. And then that system got promulgated through the world. That's all true.
It's also true that the CIA was involved in our 2020 election through a guy named Frank Holder, who I was told a year and a half ago, don't mention his name again, Bern. We're getting to the bottom and this and that. And the other thing is don't mention his name.
I waited a year and now I'm saying, fuck you. Frank Holder, Frank Holder, Frank Holder is a CIA double agent. He was recruited in 1980.
He's a Mormon that went to the Colorado Springs Air Force Academy. I think he's about my age. Got thrown out probably for something gay.
He in 1993, he was working in our embassy in Argentina in Buenos Aires. He got recruited by the Cubans. And he's been a Cuban asset ever since a double agent.
He's gone on and been a billionaire, became a billionaire with the Venezuelans backing. In fact, what he does, if you open a business and you go to get a bank account, the bank does, what's it called? KYC, Know Your Customer, on you or on your business. Well, suppose a business comes in from Panama and wants to open in the U.S. And it's a cartel business.
Well, first thing there is, there's really like three companies that do that work. So it isn't like Bank of America does its own investigation. They outsource it.
They say there's this company from Panama that wants to open an account with us. Can we take it or not? And one of those companies is Kroll. One of them is BRG, Berkeley Research Group.
I won't mention the third. And Frank had a role at both Kroll and at BRG where he ran the Latin American division, may have had some ownership or something. And what he would do is he would keep a whitelist.
And so if the cartel wanted him to get a Panamanian company to get a banking, calls BRG and says, hey, research this Panamanian company. If it was a bad company, he would say so. But if it was a cartel company and they gave him the name, it's on a whitelist.
He would go back and tell the American bank, yeah, it's OK. Go ahead and open the account. And in that way, the cartels have opened hundreds of bank accounts within the United States.
So he got very rich doing this. One of the things I was doing for three years was chasing him around the world and people who knew him. He's gay.
Not that anything wrong with that. Other than I do have to mention how many people we've been fighting are fucking gay. How many people we've been fighting and I don't have anything against.
I'm like super tolerant on that kind of stuff. I don't care. And it's like the cartel itself, believe it or not, the Venezuelan cartel, the generals, the capos, most of them are gay.
They have wives. But like Hugo Chavez used to come over regularly to their homes and rape their wives in front of them as a way of sort of macho, keeping them in line. And they have wives to have children and stuff, but they're gay.
Frank Holder's gay. He's got butt boys stashed in Israel and does his banking in Israel. I spent a month there tracking down the banking connections.
That's where he keeps his money, is Israel. Anyway, so and when the CIA needed to hack 2020, they used him as the go-between to Venezuela and set it up. So that's what really happened.
Now, so Venezuela is involved. The CIA is involved. It's Chinese.
The deep state of the CIA, FBI are clearly in bed with China. Will Trump have any more fortitude? Well, maybe it's not a question of fortitude. Maybe he has pressure points that the CIA is able to pressure him and that have so far prevented him.
But the big fight is to keep Trump from coming out and saying the machines themselves are junk. Well, he's saying that they're able to disclose that the machines have vulnerabilities, but he's not yet able to disclose that the machines were rigged in 2020. And that's because there's a bunch of, there's a tug of war where the deep state is telling him, you're not allowed to say that, or we're going to put pressure on you about something.
Any chance of the Viva Fray broadcast? Live free? I'd love to. I don't spend time going and lobbying these people. If they want to get me on, they know how to reach me, I'm sure.
John Solomon, is he working for the deep state? It has to be on the CIA payroll. Well, I'll tell you what, get a copy of my book. Get a copy of my book and look at the postscript.
There's a two-page postscript. That postscript, I don't name who it's about, but I named something that a well-known DC person told me. I don't identify him, but I'll tell you now, it was John Solomon.
So if you get my book and you look at the two-page afterward, I think it's called, at the end, that tells a story about somebody in DC and that I did not identify him in the book, but it was John Solomon. Any chance of getting on Rogan? Well, now that Rogan has taken the step of saying, look, everyone knows the 2020 election was hacked, maybe there is. I was sort of soft scheduled to go on Rogan around November 10, 2020, and Spotify did whatever they did, and I got a call saying, you're not going on Rogan.
It's a shame because I used to do jujitsu. I'd like to black belt in Taekwondo. I might make one of the rare guests who would spar with Joe and roll with him.
I'm sure he would kick my ass now, but I'd love to be on with him. You guys let him know. You guys let him know.
Thank you for all you do. Would you be interested in interviewing on the Sean Ryan show? He has one of the biggest podcasts in the world. Might be a really good platform to get the word out.
He has a monthly live Zoom call for his Patreon community coming up August 5th. See if I can connect you. Great.
Love you, too. Go ahead. Go ahead.
Go ahead and connect me if you want. I like Sean Ryan. I think he's good.
He's a SEAL, I believe. I'd love to go on a show. I'd fly.
Listen, I've been invited. I'll be on Alex in studio this week, as well as Roseanne. But Roseanne tapes hers.
It won't be on for a few days. But I'll be in Texas this week doing live shows from their places. I'd love to go on Rogan.
I'll be in the same. I'll be in Austin. Can you hear when I breathe in my voice? It's different.
But I don't go around knocking on these people's doors. If you like them, write them and have them reach out. It's good to see you.
Can't wait to get caught up. Texas Patriot, I feel the same way. How is the 2024 election saved? Well, I believe that the strategy on the other side was to do a bunch of the same stuff.
But this time, citizens were much more prepared than 2020. There were truckloads of ballots brought in in Olympia, Washington. They were being tracked by Patriots.
And they turned around. There were all kinds of different things going on. But they were counting at the end on just banging it through from Belgrade.
And what really happened, as I've revealed before, is Belgrade, Serbia, the information got to the information that we had. We had everything figured out. And by August, my partner, Martine, was in Congress, briefing Congress.
The Freedom Caucus turned out to be a bunch of nobodies. The only guy who had even my, well, Jim Jordan. They even had a special meeting about it in Annapolis.
They all had gotten the briefing, hour-long, multiple hours of briefing. All the proof was laid out to them. They called a special meeting out in Annapolis.
They went. They came back. And they said, this is too radioactive.
We can't touch it till after the election. Well, that's the stupidest thing ever. If that had been, if they'd held, that was stupid.
The only guy who was a little bit of a man, I'm told, was Scott Kelly, the retired Army Reserve General. But on the Senate side, there were two, Ron Johnson and especially Mark Wayne Mullen. And they got my partner, Martine, in to Mar-a-Lago.
And he briefed for three days. He never briefed Trump, but he briefed others. And I'm told he, he briefed everybody else.
I'm told that Trump, when he, when they got up briefed, Trump's answer was, I want to know three things. Is this true? Is there a way to defeat it? And goddamn, I knew it. I knew it.
And I knew Byrne was right. And I knew you, I'm a businessman too. I knew that the numbers didn't add up.
You all told me this was nonsense. So Martine was sent out to Austin, Texas, where he met with Elon. And he spent a day with Elon.
He said, Elon's even stranger than you, Patrick, or about as strange as you is what he said. I'm trying to get behind credit. He said, he said, I got out there.
And Elon said, do you have any documentation of this? Martine said, yeah, I got 1.7 million pages. And he said, well, do you have a PowerPoint? And Martine says, yes, I've got a PowerPoint. The full PowerPoint is about seven hours to get through.
And, and Elon said, well, don't give me the PowerPoint. Give me your 1.7 million documents, not 1.7 million pages, 1.7 million documents. And Martine turned it over to him on a thumb drive.
Elon went and typed into his AI, into Grok, read this and come back and write me a one-page summary and tell me if it's true. And the machine turned away for 45 minutes and came back with a one-page summary of this story that I've been telling you and said, this is true. And here's the one-page summary and it's true.
At which point Elon said, now give me your PowerPoint. But don't, don't present it to me. Just give it to me.
And this full PowerPoint, I've seen Martine do it. Dozens of times. And depending on what the people were talking to were interested in, he takes various slices of it and makes it, you know, addresses that.
He can make it, he can condense things to 30 minutes. He can expand it, whatever. Elon took it and Martine says, he just click, click, and just went through like a seven hour PowerPoint in about 15 or 20 minutes.
And when he was done, started asking questions, totally familiar. And then there was a meeting set up, a Zoom call set up between Elon's technicians and our guys, our Venezuelans, who were then hiding out in a ski hostel in Gstaad, Switzerland. Like not in a, not a terribly nice place, but it was Gstaad.
And said, they did a hour long call with the Venezuelans, interviewed them. I'm told when it was over, and they briefed Elon, Elon turned to Senator Mark Wayne Mullen and said, tell the president this is all true. And secondly, we're fucked.
I don't see any way to stop this. And, and Mark Wayne Mullen and Martine was in the room, reported all this to me that night. Mark Wayne Mullen said, though, if you vouch for this to Trump, it can be, it's jet ready and Zooms up to Butler PA.
You might remember that around October 20th or 24th, somewhere in there, Elon Musk flew up to Pennsylvania and began campaigning with Trump and saying it was Trump's reappearance in Butler PA. And Elon was saying, you, we gotta, Trump has to win or civilization is over and blah, blah, blah. It was the afternoon he became convinced by Martine that he did that.
And then phone calls were made. Trump, phone calls were made. Martine was sent into the Pentagon, to the Cyber Command.
All the information was taken. And 10 days later on the morning of the election in Belgrade, Serbia, the, the data center of Dominion came under a massive professional cyber attack and smoked it. I heard they actually melted some of the computers down.
I actually, so that's how close we came to losing the country. And I would say Western civilization. That's how close we came.
I had a backup plan that I've let people know that I, that actually had a conversation with Albanian mafia. And for a million bucks, they were ready to fire bomb the place. But I got a phone call, well, first we're going to try a graphite attack.
You can have graphite dust and feed it into ventilation systems. And it will short out computers in an office building. The problem is a data center is going to have air scrubbers and stuff probably wouldn't work.
So the backup plan was just to blow it up. That would have exceeded the, the Senate Judiciary Committee who gave me my famous tasking in 2006 specifically said, you can't kill anybody. So that would have exceeded the orders, but I, I would have thought it was worth it.
Five days before the election, I got a phone call in Qatar saying, nope, Patrick, stand down. We have, the DOD is going to take care of this. We have the government, Uncle Sam's going to take care of this.
So thankfully we didn't have to go blow up a data center in Belgrade. Okay. Phil Scarborough, go on the Why We Vote podcast.
They're smart folks. I'd love to. Get me on and I'll go.
Well, I don't, I don't remember pulling out of any podcasts, although maybe there are some. Look, between my health issues and the bouncing around that was going on over the last couple of years, Phil, I'm sorry, there were a couple of times I was supposed to go on something and had to write them and last minute canceled. So I'm sorry.
If it's alive, I do understand that it was someone who was kind of controversial, who I was going to sandbag me. I remember some story about that. I don't know if that was Why We Vote, but go ahead and get, have them get in touch with me.
Hello, Wynn, trying to stay optimistic. I've wondered if he held back on going hard about the machines because they'll come out in the Maduro trial. Look, a guy like Trump has his own skeletons in his closet, which gives him vulnerabilities.
Fox News paying all that money to Dominion was part of the coverup. Listen, Paul Ryan and Mike Pompeo were on the advisory board of Fox. They got briefed on all this two or three years ago.
I was told Gary Bernson and Martine briefed them. They say that Pompeo went white. And initially, the read was like, God, he went white from the information.
We later came to understand he knew all about this already. He went white because he was thinking these sons of bitches figured it out. That's why he went white.
I believe the money that came weeks before they did this $787 billion judgment with Dominion, between Fox and Dominion, they got a billion dollar loan from somebody at super cheap, like 1% interest rates. Somebody could look that up, track that down for me. I forgot the details.
And I understand the CIA and China had something to do with that loan, but I don't know the details. But that $787 million payment was just so people would say, the press could say, look, even Rupert Murdoch paid $787 million to Dominion. Must be wrong.
You'll notice that Dominion just folded its cards against Mike Lindell. That's because we have the goods on them. We have the goods on them.
It's stupid. It's stupid for them to be persisting. We have the goods on them.
They folded on Mike Lindell. They got a problem with me. How do they fold? How do they get me out of the picture? Do we have any support in Congress? Congress are weak sisters, with the exception of the few people I mentioned.
God, Jim Jordan is probably compromised in some way. Such a woof-woof guys like Trey Gowdy. They think they're just, they talk woof-woof, I'm a bad dog, but they are little, little church mice.
The Ralph Pazullo book, I don't know if it has any deliberate inaccuracies. I'm sure it left a lot out. It's not a CIA op, Phil.
This is Phil Scarborough. It's not a CIA op. Gary was my partner for all these years.
Gary Martino and I. There's a lot of things it doesn't go into, but one of the things we learned. Did we learn this before, after that book was written? After. We learned this after the book was written.
There's a group that in July 09, Brennan and Obama caused to be started a Alexandria, Virginia NGO called CEPS. That's Charlie, Echo, Papa, Papa, Sierra, CEPS. Staffed by George Soros, funded $5.9 billion from USAID, which means CIA, which means us, taxpayers.
And they spread this to 32 nations. And it's not just South America. It's all over.
Truth is the South America spread of this technology mostly was the cartel flipping everything, the China cartel flipping South America. We spread it through 32 countries around the world from Ghana and Indonesia, Philippines to Netherlands. We did.
The CIA and CEPS did. And we and Obama and Brennan, and we flipped countries left all under the eyes of we're going to modernize. We're going to pay to modernize your election equipment.
We're going to install this smartmatic Venezuelan technology. We need, we need more than circumstantial evidence of vote manipulation. We need people to admit they manipulated votes and can prove what they did with documents.
It's all proven. You're just not being, it's not being released to you. Stephanie Lambert has a whole bunch of it.
And we're going to prove it in court in Washington, DC, which presents something of a problem for the other side. But I mean, we have testimony. We've got the facts.
We've got the data. Do you think anyone will be arrested and held accountable? It depends on if Trump stands up and does what's right for the company, country, or does he do what's right for the Trump family? At the top of the list, well, the true top is China, Xi Jinping. But the top of the list within the USA are Brennan and Obama and Comey.
Will the FBI woman who ran the secret government be arrested? She should be arrested for treason. She should be arrested for treason. Flynn put that out.
It is understandable why you can tell us in this format only so much. Can you tell us if there are any plans beyond DJT? Well, like I say, somebody like DJT's ex-wife said, don't forget in the end, Donald Trump always fails to disappoint the people around him. So I'm sorry if you're counting on him to do the right thing.
You know, I thought Trump would come in and understand that he had the potential to be on Mount Rushmore, not in his lifetime, but give a few decades, and he would have been seen as the savior of Western civilization. Instead, DJT came in Venezuela, $43 trillion in assets. You know that $43 trillion? And now that Elon's a trillionaire, he wants to be a trillionaire.
And his family's doing all kinds of crazy dealmaking. They're giving, they have given such hostages to fortune. His sons are in the middle of all kinds of dealmaking.
It's, and that's what I think he's focused on. Look, I've never been a big fan of Donald Trump as I've, you know, I didn't vote for him the first two elections. I did this third election.
But I can't understand the guy. He should be thinking about his, you know, even if he was purely about the monetary wealth of his family, think what it'd be worth to the Trump brand to have your face on Mount Rushmore. That is worth more to your descendants than what you can make right now, you know, building a new hotel in, in Gaza.
But boy, Jared Kushner and Don Jr. and Eric, it's so shortsighted and so deplorable, frankly, in my view. What they should have just been focused on, we're not going to do any business, we're going to fix this and we're going to be on Mount, the Trump phase is going to be on Mount Rushmore up there, bookends with, you know, Washington as the guy who saved America. I don't think that's going to happen.
He's given too many hostages to fortune. So shortsighted. So I know that you guys all love him.
And I, I'm grateful to him because he has an uncanny ability to motivate people that, that were, you know, the deplorables, of which I include myself, but people who are sitting out, sitting out the election process. And because nobody really spoke to him, he's, he's got uncanny abilities in some way, but boy, he makes some decisions that are so questionable. And instead of coming in and doing the right thing, he came in and his children are doing all this deal making.
And, you know, if, if the Democrats win the House or the Senate, there will be investigations and it's going to take about a week to get to the bottom of the stuff they've been doing. So he's really given a hostage of fortune. It just wasn't very intelligent, if you don't mind me saying, just what some days, I think, you know, five days a week, I think six days a week, I think the guy's a genius.
One day, one or two days a week, he may, as they say in Queens, make me want to stick a fucking fork in my head. He should be thinking, he had come back and played this straight, hired Flynn, gotten stuff done in 30 to 60 days, moved on. I mean, his work on the economy's been great.
His work on the economy's been great. His work on this other stuff has been really lacking in my mind. Okay, I'm going to try this again where I see, stand by a second.
I'm going to go, I'm going to do it in a different thread, though. So if I, so if I see if there's more, yeah, Trump's not perfect, but thank God he's President Kamala's not. Yeah, seconded, seconded, sister.
Skipper, right. Jay Ballon, what happened to the story of the U.S. Post Office moving ballots? I answered that at the beginning of this talk. What do you think is going to come from DeGeneva activity in Florida? A lot.
That's what I feel really good about. I feel really good about that. I feel really good that Kurt Olson, there's a big hero whose name isn't known to many of you, Kurt Olson.
Kurt Olson's been on the front, he's a Navy SEAL. He's been on the front line of this for, he got, he's now on the front line, moved from the White House to DeGeneva down in Miami, and he's part of that big investigation. And it's big, it's big.
Again, it's another time that you go to the government and say, well, now that you're investigating something, let me turn, and they freak out and they say, what? And they dig, they suck it all up, they suck it all up. Then once it's all sucked up, you start trying to continue to talk to them as the weeks or months go by. And they go, no, no, no, it's a federal investigation, we can't talk to you about it.
It's like, fella, the only reason you have a federal investigation is because I taught you all, I showed you all this stuff. Sometimes I showed it and showed it and showed it, and it took three times before it clicked. But now they're like, oh, no, we can't let you inside, Bernd, it's a federal investigation.
I really, I don't ever want to work with the feds again. Yeah, I'm on ivermectin and fembendazole. Don't worry, I'm doing all that too.
Elon, Elon didn't even believe this stuff until about October 24th. He's not the whistleblower. You know, Elon was, once he became convinced, was on the tip of sending a film team over to Gstaad, Switzerland to interview all the Venezuelans, do a little mini documentary in a week and put it up on X. But certain things happened that turned him off, and he didn't go through with it.
Yeah, it's a good thing, Mark Wayne Mullen. And what I love about the Mark Wayne Mullen story is Mark Wayne Mullen is a Cherokee Indian. Our country was saved by a Cherokee brave.
He's an MMA fighter, plumber, inherited his dad's plumbing company, built it up to $10 million, small businessman, good for him, great man. And that guy, he and to a somewhat smaller degree, Ron Johnson, were the only senators. Whole bunch of the Republicans got briefed.
The only people who would lift a finger. Everyone was scared of their own shadow in 2024. It was Mark Wayne Mullen.
Our country was saved by a Cherokee Indian. Phil, thanks. I should do more of these.
You're right. But I hope people now understand why I've been, you know, what was I going to do, sit in Qatar and just lie through my teeth to you about what I was really up to. And I didn't really have a good explanation.
So for that two and a half years, I was abroad essentially the whole time doing the stuff I was doing. I couldn't really even explain where I was. I was dodging Cuban intelligence.
Cuban intelligence was looking for us in South America at one point and the Caribbean. We had to bounce around among islands. There may have been some.
Well, yeah, there've been a lot of ops in the past 10 years. All I can tell you is what I tell you is the truth. I don't always tell you all the truth.
There are sometimes reasons I've kept things guarded. But what I've told you is the truth. Well, anyone who says that I'm causing chaos and confusion is either confused themselves or they're the op.
That's all I can say. All I can do is tell you the truth. You believe what you want.
Donald Trump does know what I speak of, although he does know. I'll tell you something I never revealed before. I don't think I ever revealed publicly.
Trump's a funny guy. In that famous December 18th meeting, as I was leaving, Trump turned so no one could see. It was when we were leaving the Oval Office.
He said something like, don't worry, I got your back. And he did this, like he was signing something. I don't know if he was feigning signing a pardon or he was feigning signing a check, like you got an open checkbook to do what needs to be done.
I spent $98 million at least. Now, I know our efforts are the only reason he's not in a jail cell right now with Bolsonaro. If that were Warren Buffett, I can tell you the day he got back into office, there'd be a billion dollars deposited in my bank account.
If it were my dad, who was a wealthy insurance guy, the day he got back in office, there'd be $100 million in my bank account. A little $2 million tip because my father was a cheap bastard. But, I mean, it was great.
Trump got back in office. I've never heard from the guy. He knows everything I did.
He knows everything I did. It's all been reported. It's been reported through the DNI.
All the Venezuelans explained. To be honest, they see this as my operation. All the Venezuelans who came in and never even heard from the guy.
Remember, this is a guy who pays his plumbers as an electrician $0.60 on the dollar. He thinks that's shrewd. Maybe he thinks it's shrewd that he told me, basically, I'll back your play.
I never got a pardon. I never got a check. Now, the fact that he did that is something I almost forgot about.
It was maybe 0.1% of why I did what I did. But I thought of it later. It was kind of interesting.
Never heard from the guy. Jovan's Maricopa audit, I kind of lost track of. Jovan has been extraordinarily valuable to our movement.
He's been a fantastic communicator. I think he's right that the paper, you know, this is like that old Indian tale about six blind men feeling an elephant. And they're standing around the elephant feeling.
And one guy's feeling the tusks. He's saying, well, an elephant is this long, hard, shiny thing. And another guy's feeling the tail.
I said, well, an elephant is this sort of bristly rope. And the guy is feeling the sides. He's saying, well, the elephant is like a big wall.
And Jovan has always focused on the paper. And that's as good a place as any to focus as there is. I think he probably is a little jealous about the machines.
You got to focus on the paper. The paper is the choke point. The voter roll is the choke point.
But Jovan has done enormous service, both as a communicator and digging in on things. In my view, Jovan has not been able to take his grand knowledge and turn it into actionable forensic reports, such as professionals like other forensic professionals can do. A three-page report that summarizes it, you turn it into a court, and you can use it as a research of Jovan that did that.
Maybe he got better. And maybe he ended up being able to do that. I never saw.
What I saw were a dozen volumes of stuff. So at the end of the day, we paid hundreds of thousands to support Jovan and his people. Whatever that was.
And although he was digging in on the right things and finding things, I saw there was being a gap between what he was finding and talking about and able to create court-worthy affidavits that could be filed in a case and do something constructive. And then there's always this who struck John about, well, I didn't deliver this on time, but that's because Doug Logan didn't give me this. And Doug Logan saying, we gave him this as soon as we had this.
It was because this other guy did this. There's all these different stories. But at the end of the day, I just kind of stopped following Jovan.
But I would never deny that he was extremely valuable to us, both on his ability to communicate to the public. And his research about the paper and things like that is correct. Like, he found a bunch of stuff.
I think it took other forensic experts to be looking at that stuff and turning it into, from when I stopped following him three or four years ago, you couldn't count on him to develop reports that you could turn into a court that laid out in a clear scientific way in three pages. We investigated it like a forensic expert would do. There were sort of long essays, long essays about stuff.
No, the Venezuelans excuse, it's not an excuse to reward accountability. It really isn't. It's just what the truth is.
None of my stuff is about motivating or spinning anything. I'm just telling what the truth is. This is a system that the Venezuelans created when the mafia took over.
They took over 500 billion barrels of oil, the world's biggest oil reserves. And they said, we're going to loot it. And so that we don't get dislodged.
We're going to create a system that lets us steal, the computerized election system that lets us rig elections. And then that, through this corporate process, ended up as the core of the U.S. technology and 72 other nations, 71 other nations. Now, that to me is the baseline thing.
And they are a bunch of experts. I mean, these Venezuelans I was living with are like PhDs in how you steal elections. By the way, they know you have to be able to rig the election.
And secondly, you got to do it in a way that it survives any audit. They're very sophisticated that way. So that's the core foundation to understand.
Now, the other things, there's a lot. The story doesn't stop there. The story then stops there.
How was that implemented in the United States? And yes, it took the United States, they implemented to use these different techniques. And it took cooperation from people in the United States, working in the counties. And it took cooperation from people in authority, and, and, and.
Those are layers and layers and layers. But the first layer to understand is this technology was designed so sophisticated players could beat it and beat it in a way that survived audits. Okay, is my audio video gone? No, I think I'm still broadcasting.
No, okay. Listen, I'm not in the business. I see people doing what, giving comments on the chat.
Like I said, I don't want to be reading the chat while I'm trying to answer. So I see more people over here trying to say, well, we hope you're not a CIA distraction. I'm not in the business trying to convince people.
I'm in the business just laying out the truth. You guys decide what you want. Yeah, the thing to know is all these people have different hearts.
There's somebody once in the intelligence community told me, look, Patrick, everybody has stuff they're embarrassed about. Everybody has stuff they wouldn't want the public to know. Everyone, you look at any divorce, and that's why I hate when people go into divorce files and pull it up.
Because, you know, everyone can say trash about each other. I caught my wife blowing the pool boy once. Or she can say, I caught my husband wearing my underwear.
Every husband and wife have dirty stuff on each other. Somebody in the national security community said to me once that everybody has stuff. But these politicians and people you're counting on, they're all compromised.
With the exception of Mike Flynn. Mike Flynn's the only, like, freaking Boy Scout I know. Okay, go ahead, Warren, Donald Solomon.
Just go ahead and read the last two pages of my book, Danger Close. And I'm disclosing now that was actually Don Solomon that that story's about. What are the chances we can get rid of the machines before the midterms? This is my last answer.
We could. Trump could sign a national emergency national security executive order. There's a 1983 SCOTUS decision that if they look, the truth is when it comes to national security, SCOTUS is actually in Congress, really all the powers with the president.
Because he's the only guy who swears an oath to that he's not just protect and defend, but preserve the Constitution. If the republic falls on his watch, it's his problem. He's it's his fault.
And he's the only one who swears that oath. And SCOTUS has historically been say, look, if somebody's national security, we're very timid about getting involved. And in 1983, it was established that if the president signs a national security order, it takes a two thirds vote of both the House and the Senate to defeat it.
That at this point, he could do he get rid of the machines with a stroke of a pen. And we could run an election using Tim Meisberger, old fashioned principles. Tim Meisberger, who I've been pushing.
Tim Meisberger, funded by the State Department, worked in these NGOs, ran 55 elections in over 23 years all over the world. Trump, he's a Trump appointee. Trump made him head of the USAID.
He was part of the team that disassembled USAID, then disassembled the Peace Corps. He knows more about this than anyone on earth. My fear in the decision making circles in the White House is you have lawyers who are familiar with election law at this point, trying to decide how we could run a clean election.
Well, it's something to know about election law. You also need to know about election processes. And they're all kind of newcomers to election processes.
I wish they brought Tim Meisberger in. I've been feeding that information, that suggestion to Trump through every direction I could. If you're listening to this, the biggest thing that is missing is to get Tim Meisberger.
The two biggest things is to get Tim Meisberger in the loop on designing 2026. And the other is to get Stephanie Lambert in the loop on taking care of what happened in 2020. Okay, I don't want to talk too much.
I'm already starting to get scratchy. It's been an honor. I'll do more of these.
I'll do more of these.
