On March 10th, John Solomon announced the imminent release of declassified documents about foreign interference in US elections. Four months later, this has not happened. Millions of Americans are understandably frustrated.
The reason for the hold-up, according the sources of both Nino Rodriguez and his guest, Maria Zack is that the Trump administration is being threatened with the detonation of a dirty nuke that would wipe out 50% of America, if they release those details.

I’ve been following the claims of Maria Zack since early January 2021. Since then, she has maintained that former Italian Prime Minister, Matteo Renzi and former US President Barack Obama gave orders to the late Italian Army General and European Union Military Committee Chairman Claudio Graziano to give the CIA and the State Department access to an Italian military satellite belonging to Leonaro SpA from the Telespazio Fucino Space Centre in 2020, in order to steal the US general election.
General Graziano was Chairman of the EU Military Committee Between November 2018 - May 2022. The Committee is comprised of all the chiefs of staff of every EU member state. So, if he wasn’t acting on his own accord, this suggests that every EU member state was also complicit in the election fraud that occurred in the 2020 Elections. Graziano committed suicide in 2024.
Former US Deputy Secretary of Defense under Obama, William J Lynn III led the Department’s efforts in cyber security and space strategy. Since 2012, Lynn has been the CEO of Leonardo DRS, a US subsidiary of Leonardo with approximately $2 billion in revenue.
This story broke in Italy on December 1, 2020 in the Italian national newspaper, La Verità, with the headline, “Trump’s lawyers have no doubts: An Italian hand in pro Biden fraud”. The article outlines the alleged operation executed in Rome with the complicity of Italian defense contractor, Leonardo.
US election data was said to have been be forwarded from Frankfurt, Germany to Italy, where members of MI6, CIA, and the Leonardo group built the algorithms to manipulate US election data. When their efforts failed to overcome Trump’s massive turnout, four of the five States were ordered to stop counting.
In the days following the election in November 2020, CIA Analyst, Michael Scheuer, PhD appeared with CBN International News Director and Senior Correspondent Gary Lane, confirming rumors promoted by then-Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert, US Attorney Jeanine Pirro, defamation lawyer, Lin Wood and others of a post-election Special Forces raid on the US Consulate in Frankfurt Germany and the seizure of the servers belonging to Scytl, then contracting with Dominion Voting Systems to tabulate the votes in the 2020 US Presidential Election.
Many of Maria Zack’s claims are corroborated in articles and videos by tech entrepreneur and former Overstock.com CEO, Patrick Byrne, who funded private cyber security teams to monitor the 2020 election.
Many of her claims are also corroborated by those of the late Dr Jon McGreevey, who in his 191-page deposition for attorney Lin Wood talks about how it was NASA Space economist, Molly Macauley who had discovered that satellites were being used to manipulate elections, which was why she was brutally stabbed to death by members of Rod Rosenstein’s “Dirty Tricks Squad” in 2016.
Dr McGreevey also talked about how the Cabal lost control of the 2016 election, allowing Trump to win, so that by 2018 and 2020, a lot of the vote theft operation had already been transferred overseas to Iran, Italy and China, on Page 55 of his testimony, which you can peruse here:
In 2022, Tore Maras made the bombshell announcement that it was she who disabled the 2016 theft operation, which was being run out of a DHS facility in Brunswick, Georgia. Tore was familiar with the equipment and the software, because she had been hired to hijack the elections in foreign countries in the past:
“I admitted to making sure that the closet they had to rig the election was inoperable. And if you remember in Georgia, DHS, Homeland Security, CISA got caught getting in there.
“Who did I tell you runs the f*ing elections? I know their name, I know the unit and I have the evidence – not in my possession – so don’t raid me, because you’re not going to find it...
“Your own government has been rigging the elections. This is why they tormented President Trump, because they didn’t know where it came from. Everyone thought MOSSAD helped. Why would MOSSAD help? They do the same thing [steal elections from their own people].
“DHS got caught. In Georgia, in 2016. Nobody asked, ‘What was Homeland Security doing in the election machines if they’re not connected to the internet? Because they’re the ones that rigged the elections and they got caught, because I set them up from West Brunswick, because they had to use that closet! And that was an unmasked IP, because it was migrated over to the one in Virginia. I set it and I did it!...
“And every single time I go to court so that I could put that evidence in there, I keep getting kicked out of there. And every single time, I keep putting it in, I get kicked out of it. And the thing is, I don’t want to give it to anyone, because no one is going to utilize it and showcase it but I’m going to make sure the f*ing world sees it.
“Me putting it on my podcast or on my website isn’t going to help. I want it on the record. CISA did it. They got caught in 2016. CISA sat on the Halderman Report. CISA, CISA, CISA, CISA!...
“The only duly-elected president you have had in two decades is President Donald J Trump – and they had stolen millions of votes already, by the time that shifted in. Because I knew [laughs] it was so hilarious, when they tried to activate – they couldn’t! It was perfect! It was absolutely perfect!”
Like everyone else challenging the election systems, Maria Zack has been mercilessly sued, de-banked, de-platformed and all the rest. She was sued for defamation by the Italian government, which is 67% owner of Leonardo SpA, the country’s largest defense contractor and the world’s 8th-largest.
In this November 2024 video, Maria Zack declared that she had evidence of a “Global Syndicate” that has been stealing elections for decades, in 55 countries at the time of that recording. She said that Italian Member of Parliament, Andrea Di Giuseppe was aware of this and that Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni was briefed about it shortly after being inaugurated, as was Italy’s Attorney General, Carlo Nordio.
She now tells Nino that Giorgia Meloni has “Gone to the Dark Side. She was a bartender. She was selected. Their elections have been rigged for a very long time. She is no different than the AOC of America.”
Shortly after the 2020 election, Maria was approached by the FBI and she began meeting with them and they opened an FBI 302 witness form related to her 2020 election fraud claims and she provided substantive details discussed in the video below.

Maria says she hadn’t dislcosed her FBI 302 status until earlier this year, because the agents had warned warned her that by doing so, she would be placing her life in danger.
She says that she’d personally briefed former DNI Tulsi Gabbard earlier this year about Leonardo and Kash Patel prior to his becoming FBI Director, as well as many congressional members, including Barry Loudermilk, Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan, and Scott Perry and Mark Meadows, then the White House Chief of Staff – who she learned was later blackmailed.
In late 2020, Maria was about to meet with Lt General Mike Flynn at attorney Lin Wood’s residence near Charleston, SC but the meeting was abruptly canceled amid Wood’s claims that Flynn had sabotaged his airplane.
She says she had negative experiences with former CIA analyst Larry Johnson, who told her he was working with Mike Flynn. She says that on on January 7th, 2021, Larry told her they going to go rescue whistleblower, Arturo D’Elia, former head of the IT department of Leonardo SpA, who’d been charged in December, 2020 for technology data manipulation and implantation of viruses in Leonardo’s main computers. She was later told by a co-defendant that Flynn had sent US military men to beat up Arturo D’Elia in jail.
Maria tells Nino that her case was sealed by Joe Biden’s number two guy at the FBI Field Office in DC, Timothy Thibault and says, “That case must be reopened so we can complete the task. Kash Patel has not opened that case yet, and he needs to open it, now.”
She tells Nino, “I still find it amazing. My team snuck me into Kansas to do a Kansas testimony in 2022, where I actually show pictures of some of the perpetrators and it’s just amazing, because had I been killed, I had to have a place to put the information and they couldn’t delete it, because it’s official public record.”
On March 9th of this year, President Trump re-truthed the courtroom video of Maria Zack’s 2022 Kansas legislative testimony about the 2020 general election.

Nino asks her, “So you said earlier there’s people pretending to be MAGA that are not MAGA. Did you already name the names? Are you comfortable with that? I mean, who are these people? You don’t have to say anything. I’m not trying to ambush you, in any way; people that were pretending to be MAGA that are not, that you feel were blocking it, were those the names you just mentioned?
Maria replies, “I’m very troubled by the actions of Steve Bannon. And I now can see the pathway of involvement of a lot of other people. It’s up to the FBI to determine guilt and innocence and who should be prosecuted.”
Maria continues:
“I sadly fell into the linchpin of how America was stolen. And it’s been for decades that they’ve been working on this, from JFK to 9/11. I have witnesses on those issues, as well.
“And I look forward to meeting with my agents once again. And Kash Patel needs to move and I need the American public to make sure he moves. If he doesn’t move, shame on him and he will harm America forever…
“Let me throw another one at you: Mark Green – not the Congressman from North Carolina, who seems to be a standup guy – sadly, he has the same name as the former head of USAID who helps run that Parallel Government. The disgusting stuff out of USAID that the illegal side of the government was doing, that Parallel Government, needs to be absolutely exposed, so it can never happen again.
We have to implement the Audit Affidavit and Transparency, in the full intent. I’m a policy wonk. I’ve written laws all my life. I’ve been a journalist all my life. I’ve written a gazillion press releases. And I’m telling you, this is the biggest story.
The infrastructure of USAID and using foreign countries to run our billions and trillions of dollars through, especially in Africa, is one of the biggest stories, yet to be told and fully understood by the American People.

Nino: Alright, folks, I got a blockbuster big one for you today. This is going to be good. I got a call from Maria Zack. If you’re not familiar with her, she’s pretty big. This is pretty big news. And she said, “Hey, I want to set the record straight.”
So Peter Santilli was on the General’s Tent. He said some kind of remark, kind of discredited her, a little bit, and I don’t remember what it was. But she says, “Hey, I’m willing to come on your podcast and talk about this.”
Now, if you’re not familiar with Maria Zack – which, I’ve heard about “Italygate”. I’ve heard about the Leonardo satellites switching votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden in 2020. I heard about all this stuff. Didn’t really have much validation on it. But when she called me today, we talked about it privately. And boy, oh, boy, is this big stuff.
And it does need to get out there. So now, so what I’m going to say here is, first of all, first and foremost, Maria, thank you so much for contacting me and having the courage to come on the podcast.
Maria: My pleasure, Nino. And I’m thrilled that you’re allowing me the opportunity to speak, because that’s the only way the citizens will get to know the truth, because I have been shut down by everyone that you could even imagine. I’ve been on the cover of The Washington Post, Rachel Maddow. They have come full force, deplatforming me.
I’m the one who was delivering the affidavits on January 6th to Congress. I was working with congressmen with my extensive government affairs experience. I know who to call.
I called Newt Gingrich immediately. He was trying to get me on Hannity, like, all Hell was breaking loose, Nino. It’s a story that everyone deserves the truth.
Nino: So hold on. So you did you get on Fox or did they were like, “Hell no, we’re not having her on!”
Maria: Actually, we were teed-up. They were all ready to have me produce the show. And they had this stupid “ballots inside of a bus or van” story that ended up not being true. And that’s when the lawyers shut it down.
Now, was it because of the story that they say wasn’t true or was it that it was my story that was next? I’m guessing it was more my story that shut it down.
Nino: I was on Fox four or five times on Jesse Watters. I have a hunch that they were like, “Wait, why are we giving attention to this guy that’s blowing the whistle on absolutely everything?”
And that’s just a hunch. I don’t know for sure. They stopped calling me! Whatever. Look, I’m all about truth. And that’s what this is about. And folks, speaking of truth, I got a little bit of a red light.

Nino: Alright, let’s get into this. So I can’t believe we haven’t touched base earlier. I’ll be honest with you, like this is like kind of stunning to me, because I heard about this a long time ago and I didn’t know you were the one that broke it.
Maria: Well, Nino, I’m not one to go seek media. I’m one to solve a problem. I’m not one to be a grifter. I’m not one to be out there just on stages. Our country’s in trouble and it’s frightening.
I’ve been in government affairs for 42 years. I’ve never seen anything like this. And honestly, it was a huge wake up call for how sophisticated the operation was to take down America.
And now that I know what I know, and through the grace of God, of having unbelievable witnesses, very brave men and women across the world who have come to us at Nations in Action, I’m able to put the pieces together.
And with the skillset I have, I’ve run presidential campaigns, super PACs. I’ve been in lobbying for decades. I’ve worked in the Florida legislature. I’ve had my own column in the Daytona Beach News Journal. I’ve done PR my whole life and this was something I needed to report on.
And as soon as I hit that buzzsaw in 2020, and they came after me and shut down all my bank accounts, all our credit cards, people who worked for me got theirs shutdown. They had to make sure you never knew who I was.
And they underestimated. God gave me an extra dose of tenacity. I think I kept getting in line a few extra times for what I needed to get through this. And I’m not going to stop until the world knows the truth.
Nino: So it’s pretty, this is such a wild story, man, because it was so sophisticated, right? Like when I heard about this, I was like, “Of course! Of course, this is what they do!”
And not only, not only did you crack Italygate, but you also cracked Venezuela and Serbia. Am I correct in that?
Maria: Yes, the intel that came to me, I started to get many sources on the intel side, and some of them global, some of them local, here, in America. And they started to supply shocking information.
I knew about Serbia. I knew that the Bidens had flown over there. They had given me the exact dates on their passports being used in Serbia, with the Bidens going over there. So I think that’s, you’re the first to hear that little tidbit.
And so I can tell you, I have so much information. I was thrilled when the FBI reached out to me. This is not very well-known, mainly because none of my stuff ever gets out. Please have everybody retweet my work, if they really want to know the truth, because I just pulled up one of the most important videos that I posted and discovered they whacked the second half off, where I have the confession from a member of the Italian parliament, who’s a super high-level. He’s not just a member of parliament. He’s one of the 10 higher levels, kind of like a congressman, who confessed to me that not only did Giorgia Meloni know about the theft of the election using Leonardo, she and Nordio, their DOJ, knew and were working on it.
It is evident to us that Giorgia Meloni, and especially after today’s announcement, has gone to the Dark Side. She was a bartender. She was selected. Their elections have been rigged for a very long time. She is no different than the AOC of America.
Nino: So explain to me, what is Leonardo, these satellites that switch the votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden in 2020? Explain to me how this works.
Maria: Leonardo is the eighth largest defense contracting firm in the world. They sued me and my sources immediately, and they’ve been covering up a lot of their actions along the way.
We fund them. We, as Americans fund them. So I’m a little more irate. I have Irish-Italian blood in me. So I’m just horrified and will not stop until the infrastructure is fully exposed. And it goes far beyond Leonardo, which should trouble everyone.
They stole somewhere around 70-something elections, now. The number keeps changing, because they’re still –
Nino: I heard 71, 72.
Maria: Yeah, it’s over 72, I’m sure, by now. I have been given the algorithms and the IP addresses for countries’ elections where leaders came to me. I’ve gotten a chance to get to know Călin Georgescu out of Romania and how they stole his election and took him down. He signed my pledge for the Good Governance Guarantee, which would have prevented this and would absolutely fix all corruption and put in good governance at all levels of government.
And that program is an audit affidavit and transparency program that we gave to Elon Musk’s team, which helped start DOGE. And they only did a small part of it. There’s a lot to the process but he said, “Maria, this will stop World War III.”
What is shocking and most important that everyone understand of what happened today is that Călin’s race was pivotal for stopping the Ukraine-Russia war. And where Romania is located is the pathway for the troops to march through Europe and into Ukraine to help shore-up Ukraine.
There is so much falsehood about Ukraine, because we don’t have the audit affidavit and transparency program enacted. No government should go to war in any country, unless they have enacted that program to ensure the citizens have truth and transparency on what is really happening and why they’re going to war.
Nino: So let’s walk this back. Let’s walk this back a little bit and talk about how you take us back to the beginning. Let’s start from let’s go.
Let’s talk about how you first learned about what became known as a Italygate and who approached you and what made you believe this information was even credible in the first place?
Maria: Sure. I had a friend of mine who worked in DC who reached out to me and she said, “Hey, I have another friend. Can you come meet with us for a drink, here in Palm Beach?” And I said, “Sure.”
And so, we go meet and they start explaining to me what happened and the connectivity that the people have are in the intelligence world and DARPA and so, they and military and the Secretary of Defense, Chris Miller, knew my source and knew the command sergeant major who was protecting me during that period of time and still looks after me, thankfully.
So I can tell you this was at the highest levels inside of people that have people inside government. But it was as our government was collapsing. And as soon as I put a video out and the newspaper started ripping it apart, I had calls from other people who knew it was stolen.
So they had evidence and others. I had Bad Guys coming to infiltrate and I had Good Guys trying to give me more info. So it was a whirlwind.
So I created a diagram for President Trump on December 24th of 2020. I went into Mar-a-Lago thinking I was going to a Christmas party, because a military guy told me I needed to go and that I wasn’t being treated right in the election.
I don’t know what you call them, the people out there investigating the elections and saying all these things on the Internet. And they said, “Maria, they’re not treating you right.”
Nino: Like, the influencers, the podcasters, the what, who?
Maria: Well, it was I had gone to Flynn, Sidney and Patrick Byrne, and it was one of their people who came to me and said, “This is wrong, what they’re doing. And you need to –”
Nino: Hold on, hold on. Wrong? Who’s doing something wrong? Flynn and Byrne and Sidney?
Maria: They were alluding that their process and whatever they were doing was not was not helping me get this done.
Nino: In other words, it’s like they’re putting a lid on it or they were they wanted to themselves or what could you say?
Maria: I was horrified at what I witnessed. I was shoved aside. I was put in a room. I think I was eight to 10 hours, no food or water, just really a nasty attitude with the people. And I can tell you, I was supposed to fly up in November when this first broke.
I had a call from Lin Wood and I knew of Lin’s work and his time as a trial lawyer in Georgia, when I worked in government affairs there. And he had a stellar background, a man of very incredible smarts and certain legal prowess that was superior to none.
And so, when I get a call from Lin Wood and he said, “Hey, I want to get you on the phone with Sidney and General Flynn,” I was like, “OK.”
So I explained to them what happened. And Lin said, “I need you to get on an airplane right now and get to Charleston.” And honestly, Nino, you can’t get from Palm Beach to Charleston very easily unless you go through Atlanta.
And it was too late. So I said, “I’ll take the 6 AM.” Well, in the morning I got to call, “Abort.”
And I’m like, “What the heck? You just made me spend over a thousand dollars for a last-minute ticket!” and I don’t really have the funds to be doing all of the non-essential trips. And so I was stunned.
And then, I learned Lin Wood claimed that Flynn sabotaged his airplane that day. And I learned from someone else in the intel world that there were –
Nino: You’re breaking up. You’re breaking up a little bit. This seems to always happen when really important information comes through. Try again.
Maria: Unbelievable that that is happening. I don’t ever have that happen, so I’m a bit –
Nino: Welcome to the Nino show. That’s the way it works here. The ghetto production. So OK, so hold on. So can you say, with full confidence that – and we’re going to say this is a “theory”, right? We don’t know for sure. But do you feel like Flynn, Sidney Powell, and Patrick Byrne blocked this? They didn’t want this out? Or they want it for themselves?
Maria: I can’t say why their motives were, precisely but I can absolutely tell you that when the FBI called me and said they wanted to meet, I started meeting with them, and I kept it completely confidential. Everything I did for a period of time was all cataloged by our United States FBI and two wonderful heroes.
Nino: Under Biden? Under Biden, though?
Maria: Under Trump and into Biden. And then, when Biden’s people found out, they canceled it. I can’t remember the exact date. I was not sleeping much, at all. But I will tell you, it was a long period of time, and they were validating my work. That’s how I kept going. That’s what motivated me to know that my sources were real, they were true, and things were absolutely correct.
And I still find it amazing. My team snuck me into Kansas to do a Kansas testimony in 2022, where I actually show pictures of some of the perpetrators and it’s just amazing, because had I been killed, I had to have a place to put the information and they couldn’t delete it, because it’s official public record.
So it’s stuck on YouTube, but I’ve got it on our Nations in Action Rumble account with other videos, including the Member of Parliament who confessed. If I can find that, I’m going to re-upload it to make sure everyone gets that.
But I also just did, believe it or not, my testimony to the Italian court, where I am being sued. I was first sued by Leonardo. They had to drop the lawsuit. (Audio drops out).
Nino: Well, we just lost her. You there?
Maria: Yeah, I’m back. Wow, they’re really having a good time with us today.
Nino: I guess, man, I don’t know. I guess that’s the way, whatever. Alright, continue. OK, so the Italian court dropped your lawsuit.
Maria: Yeah, Leonardo dropped the lawsuit first, saying it was stock manipulation by me and three of my sources. And that was just totally fabricated. And they had to forego the lawsuit, because it did not prove valid. Their stock value actually went up, thanks to the American taxpayers. And sadly, because the Biden administration paid them handsomely for helicopters and God knows what – rigging our election, most likely.
And the FBI was involved during that period. I then got sued by the country of Italy with the Biden administration sending their DOJ Marshal to come see me and deliver the paperwork, which at that time I thought, “Oh my gosh, they’re here to arrest me, badge, gun, I’m in trouble.” So gratefully, they just sued me. I’m still in that lawsuit.
I just dropped my testimony and it’s on my X. And I had been dropping information all along, Nino. I dropped the fact that Barack Obama stole the pallets of cash off the Iran deal. That press release is on nationsinaction.org for the world to see. And President Trump just retweeted that five or six weeks ago.
Nino: You dropped that?
Maria: Me, I dropped that.
Nino: Man, you’re a serious f@cking thorn in their side, aren’t you?
Maria: Yeah, they’re not real happy. And I just feel called by God, that all these people have been trying to reach out to people they can trust that will get the truth out, but most importantly, fix the problem.
And with my government affairs experience, I can see the problem. I know how to fix it. And I know where the bodies are buried. And I’m coming for them. I don’t care who it is.
If you steal my country and you steal other countries, it is wrong for humanity. And that’s what we’re enduring, right now in America.
Nino: So obviously, we know my audience, now. If they don’t know, they’re catching up on all this. We know Maduro was involved in Venezuela, and Trump actually went into that country and took him out of there. So it’s serious enough to go in there and extract somebody, right?
Maria: And don’t forget Iran, because Iran, the pallets of cash were flown in to the Sheikh of Dubai for Biden to steal them and put it – you guys are thinking Iran for a different reason. I’m like, “Hey, yeah.”
Nino: So there’s a lot more to the story than what people know, isn’t there?
Maria: Yes, there is. And the Sheik of Dubai landed his helicopter on our US Consulate’s office, which requires CIA and State Department approval. So who would allow that? Where’s Mike Pompeo?
When I got a call from a billionaire saying, “Get to the State Department before the Trump administration was over, and his comment to me was “Mike Pompeo is gone. You won’t be seeing him. He’s on the dark side.”
Nino: You should be on all the big podcasts. I’m calling out all the podcasters, right now: All of you, Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, all of you. Why don’t you have this lady on your show? You won’t, though. You won’t. Shawn Ryan, will you? Shawn, will you do it?
So pretend my audience is the jury, right? What one piece of evidence would you present? What would it be to my audience as the jury?
Maria: Well, number one, the President just retweeted my work of Barack Obama stealing the pallets of cash off the Iran Deal. Number two, I have a Member of Parliament – and many people viewed that video when it first populated, including the President and everyone in Mar-a-Lago the night before his re-election.
So, I have evidence that people did see and the rest of the evidence, Nino, and this is what I need your audience to help me with and the world to help. It is sitting with the FBI. My case was sealed by the number two guy of the DC office, Timothy Thibault, or Thibault, however you say his name, and he was under the Biden administration. He had my case sealed under the Biden administration. That case must be reopened so we can complete the task. Kash Patel has not opened that case yet, and he needs to open it, now.
Nino: How many votes are we looking at, here they stole? I mean, I’m sure it’s well into the millions. Do we know the number of how many votes switched from Trump to Biden?
Maria: I received that number, and off the top of my head, I can’t tell you, but it was tens of millions. But that’s not the troubling part, Nino. The troubling part is that they’ve been rigging races downballot for years.
I ran for the State Senate in Georgia and I talked to a legislator today who’s very, very involved in the election investigations in Georgia and working with the FBI, and he called me and he goes, “I just want you to know, you did not lose your senate race.” And I said, “Thank you. I found that hard to believe, as well.”
And so I just ran here, in Florida. It was the strangest race, and things aren’t right. Well, I know they’re not right, because I’m seeing things and I keep exploring it, so I’m just going to keep hitting them and hitting them and going after the system and who’s controlling it and going to the Head of the Snake. That is where we win. We have to go to the Head of the Snake.
Nino: So you met with Donald Trump personally, correct?
Maria: Oh, my gosh. It was a magic moment. We’re in Mar-a-Lago, and he wished me a Merry Christmas, and I said, “Mr President, Merry Christmas. I have the best Christmas present for you ever, if you’ll permit me, Sir. My husband has an envelope in his tux pocket.”
And so he nods his head, yes, and Steve gently pulls it out. My husband worked for NSA, so he was not going to whip his hand in his pocket with Secret Service hanging out. And he slowly pulls it out and hands it to me. I hand it to President Trump.
And the next morning, 9 AM Christmas morning, I get a phone call, “Maria, Rudy Giuliani!” And I’m like, “Honey, it’s Rudy Giuliani!” It was mind-blowing. I was in something very surreal.
But it was horrifying. His staff around him leaked in under 30 minutes. I brought my sources in for three days, and they leaked, and they weren’t staff. They actually were OANN reporters. And I was like, “Oh, my gosh, like, where’s our government personnel? Where’s the seriousness of this, and how is this being handled? Like, I want FBI agents. I want Secret Service. I want every agency, intel, everything, NSA, bring them to me.”
But instead, Kirk Wiebe was trying to reach me. If nobody has seen, if your listeners have not –
Nino: I’m not even sure who this guy is, Kirk Wiebe. I’m not familiar.
Maria: Kirk Wiebe. You need to know, Ed Loomis, Kirk Wiebe, there are three guys that are national heroes. ThinThread and Trailblazer were the two programs at NSA that were being bantered about, of which one to buy, and it was under one of the generals who was running NSA, Hayden, at the time.
And that movie, ‘A Good American’ is really how they started to take America. And that is one of the most crucial things everybody needs to understand. They’ve been collecting all the data. Ed Snowden’s trying to tell you. Everybody’s been trying to scream about the data collection.
We are not free. We didn’t just celebrate 250-year anniversary. My sixth great-grandfather penned the Declaration of Independence. Colonel Timothy Matlack, the movie, ‘National Treasure’ Nick Cage, that was the clues, in the beginning. He put Benedict Arnold in prison for treason.
And I’m going to put Barack Obama in prison, I’ve been told by a United States senator.
Nino: I’ve seen the truth socials from Trump where he says “All roads lead to Obama.” He’s put that stuff out there.
Maria: Dan Scavino immediately put out the chess board in 2020, end of 2020, chess board of “All roads lead to Italy.”
And it was the chess board with the vines all over it.
Nino: Trump has the information. You gave it to him to his hand. He put it in a suit jacket. He has it. We know Trump has it.
Maria: He actually tapped it and leaned it up against his empty wine glass, staring right at him. I thought, “Oh, that’s interesting.” And the family members were sitting around the table and looking and I just wished everyone a Merry Christmas and went on my way.
Nino: And were you contacted by Trump after that?
Maria: Rudy, the next morning said, yeah.
Nino: And after that, nothing else?
Maria: So actually, there are many times where I saw the President and I gave him a document. And I don’t want to share this completely online, because it’s still some of the intel. But I will tell you that this document and people know when I’m with them one-on-one, I share this document and it is a spider web of who did it. And it’s got names. It’s got all who connects to who and how it happened.
So, yes, it’s something I just have to say to him, “Italy, Sir.” And he’s like, “Give me that.” So I’m happy to keep updating it.
Nino: So you said earlier there’s people pretending to be MAGA that are not MAGA. Did you already name the names? I mean, are you comfortable with that? I mean, who are these people? You don’t have to say anything. I’m not trying to ambush you in any way.
People that were pretending to be MAGA that are not, that you feel were blocking it, were those the names you just mentioned?
Maria: Some of them. And I will tell you, I’m very troubled by the actions of Steve Bannon. And I now can see the pathway of involvement of a lot of other people.
It’s up to the FBI to determine guilt and innocence and should be prosecuted.
Nino: OK. Fair enough. Fair enough. I know Steve pretty well. I like the guy, but maybe I’ll talk to him about this.
Maria: Ask him about Meloni’s startup. I’ll text him. Ask him about Q and QAnons. Ask him about Jeffrey Epstein. Oh, you want me to continue? How about a data point about Iran?
Nino: OK. Oh boy.
Maria: Operation Eagle Claw. And then you should ask him –
Nino: You’re hearing it, Buddy. I still like you, man. But hey, she’s calling you out. She’s calling you out, Dude.
Maria: I’m just saying there’s a lot of things the FBI has to investigate. And Epstein is a huge part of this and his role with Epstein.
Nino: Wow. OK. OK. Fair enough. Well, this is good. This is juicy. I like this. Many people have heard the phrase, OK and I did, too. I mean, I heard about this, the “Leonardo satellites”, but very few people understand what you’re actually alleging happened. It’s kind of hard to grasp.
I heard about this. I heard about this and then, it was just covered up. It was just stopped. Dead. Never heard about it again. So, in real time, these satellites were just switching votes? Is that how this happened?
Maria: Yes. They actually have over 200 telemetry experts that speak all different languages, which should tell you everything you need to know about multiple-country swaps.
So the ability to use the 8th largest defense contracting firm, if what the witnesses have told us and different sources, and even to have a Member of Parliament, like, it’s been astonishing how many witnesses we have. I have over probably 11 or 12 with intimate knowledge, intimate.
So they should be scared to death and rolling over and just telling everything they know and cut a deal, because they’re going to go to jail. It’s, it’s in-process.
Nino: Why isn’t, you know, we’re coming into the Midterms, right? And Trump’s getting ready, from what I’ve heard from certain guests on my show, that he could be signing a National Security Emergency for voting and he could be signing executive orders. I’ve heard all this. I’ve heard it could be done probably by around fall, September, October.
But you know, I don’t put any, what can I say? I mean, I want to believe this is going to happen and my audience does too, but do you think this will happen? Or do you think we’re all being lied to and none of this is going to happen? And because, I mean, we got Maduro. We got Maduro!
Maria: Let me give you a different perspective, you know, and when you understand how far gone we are, who has the ownership and control of weapons? Who’s had access to them? The Biden administration had access to them. Carrying around a suitcase that could destroy half of the United States is very real.
Nino: Are you talking about nuclear?
Maria: Well, I wasn’t going to say that over the lines.
Nino: Well, hold on. I mean, from my understanding, Trump was 45, 46 and 47. Now this goes into conspiracy. He was nuclear and beyond, the entire time Biden was in office, because nuclear and beyond didn’t identify Biden as a President. Now, we’ve had a lot of guests explain this to my audience of how this happened. So my audience might be like, they know this already. So is that what you’re saying?
Maria: So this happened long before Obama. Way long ago. People have had assets and they have them globally and they have the access, because it’s a global criminal syndicate tied to intelligence agencies. So they’re able to move items that are the most horrifying weapons you can ever have happen in your nation.
And so, I can’t say if he was 45, 46, 47. That’s not what I’m here to validate or not validate. What I do have evidence of is horrifying and frightening. So, I don’t have hopium. I have sheer terror, at this stage.
Do I think that he will call a State of Emergency? I think he has no choice but to call a State of Emergency. And we should all support that, until we get the full audits, affidavits and transparency and we get the FBI case reopened, so the world can know the truth about all the countries that were stolen – and the international syndicate that did it. It’s not just Americans that went in there and did that.
Nino: So I’ve heard, right, that these dirty nukes are all around and they’re very dangerous. And you’re right. That’s another reason that I’ve also heard, and I’m not, I only have guests that can validate this and my audience knows this, but that’s why we saw those UAP, those drones that were flying over New Jersey, they were actually nuke sniffers, because that’s how big of a problem this is. I’ve heard we’ve neutralized some of the threats, but there’s still threats out there of dirty nukes that could be used to take down, like what you said, half our country. Are you kind of alluding to that?
Maria: So if the President is told, “If you go after this and you release this information, we’re going to use this.” Yes. That is what I was told.
I was in a meeting recently with a top news organization and the CEO announced that China has one and is going to use it inside. And all of a sudden, my memory and catalog of all the data I had, “Oh, they are going to blame a foreign country, when it’s actually the Americans inside America.”
Nino: That’s what I’ve heard. Well, you said it. You said it, not me. I mean, that’s what I’ve heard. I’ve heard this, that if he releases this 2020 stuff, it’s “Bombs away!”
Maria: Yeah. I sadly fell into the linchpin of how America was stolen. And it’s been for decades that they’ve been working on this, from JFK to 9/11. I have witnesses on those issues, as well.
And I look forward to meeting with my agents once again. And Kash Patel needs to move and I need the American public to make sure he moves. If he doesn’t move, shame on him and he will harm America forever.
Nino: So, “If you expose 2020, we will nuke America.” That’s kind of like what I hear the holdup is, man.
Maria: Yeah. But the truth, as God says, “The truth shall set us free.” We have lost our freedom. We are already being poisoned. We are already in a system where you cannot own your own land.
I’ve been pushing ending property tax since 2017. I formulated the program. Elon Musk retweeted it after we met with his team and pushed the Good Governance Guarantee.com program. You can end property tax, instantly. It’s been a total thievery of all of our money, out of all levels of government. And it is atrocious.
I’ve done this for 42 years. I’ve seen so many of my friends fall into that system and they took the graft or they got stuck, because they took something they shouldn’t have. They had favors and then they couldn’t maneuver outside of it. So they get them by the noose around their neck.
Nino: So that’s the problem. Are you having moments where you feel your personal and professional safety? I mean, are you living in fear?
Maria: Have I had death threats? Yes. But I don’t live in fear because I’ve got God and I’ve got plenty of people who have a lot of the information I have. So I’ve done a lot of redundancy and I can assure you that, you know, God’s good.
And I have been in car wrecks, recently. And I will tell you that the agents told me if I tell anyone that I am the 302 in that case, that they would come and kill me. And I can tell you I’ve had gunshots outside of where I lived.
I was in hiding when this all first started happening. We were in car chases and the agent said, why didn’t you tell us? I was like, “Well, that’s why I’m calling.” They go, “No, you’re supposed to call us during the event.” And I was like, “We handled it.”
Nino: So, you know, it’s one of those things that you don’t get invited on podcasts. I mean, are you, have you been on podcasts talking about this stuff?
Maria: Yes. Stew Peters did a great job with a lot of my sources about the global criminal syndicate and Mary Crowley, who’s a big fan of yours.
Nino: You covered this?
Maria: Yes.
Nino: You should be way bigger. I’m sorry. But like.
Maria: Yeah, I get it. And you know, a lot of people are afraid and you know, Tucker’s not asked me on, he has my cell phone number and he can ask me on, anytime.

Maria: Yeah. I mean, either you want to be truthful, you want to get the FBI investigating. That’s what we’re asking for. I’m not calling anyone out on being “illegal” or whatever. I’m saying these are data points. The FBI’s job is to actually investigate.
As an investigator in my nonprofit, Nations in Action, I have a role and responsibility to “See Something, Say Something” and that is my Godly responsibility and I’m not going to back down from that.
Nino: Man, this is so big. I mean, the one big takeaway I’m getting – and I’ve known this, I just have not said it to my audience – because I bring on the guests that have told me this, they’ll be like, they won’t want to talk about it. And yeah, I’ve heard that, “If you expose 2020, we will nuke America.” And it’s like, do we have any idea where this would happen or is it just a mystery?
Maria: So, I’ve heard different things. I’ve heard about Yellowstone and take out the West Coast, but I don’t want to put fear in people. That’s just hearing of rumor. That’s not a fact. So I don’t want anyone to take what I just said as, “Oh, that’s, that’s a possibility,” or whatever.
I want everyone to know, don’t be in fear, pray and work. It’s works that get us out of this. And the works are sharing those videos on Rumble at Nations in Action. We have whistleblowers on some of the grossest things, the human trafficking.
I have a country whose government officials told me about a boatfull of children that were in containers that Biden personally called one of their top leaders and said, “Let this boat through without checking it, because it needs to come into the Port of New Orleans untouched.” And it was children.
So I, over my dead body, Nino, am I going to keep my mouth shut? Not when we are trafficking children.
And so I’m, when I got to Elon’s guy, the whole reason I needed the Good Governance Guarantee implemented was because I knew about USAID. And let me tell you, I don’t shy away on names.
Let me throw another one at you: Mark Green – not the Congressman from North Carolina, who seems to be a standup guy – sadly, he has the same name as the former head of USAID who helps run that Parallel Government. The disgusting stuff out of USAID that the illegal side of the government was doing, that Parallel Government, needs to be absolutely exposed, so it can never happen again.
We have to implement the Audit Affidavit and Transparency, in the full intent. I’m a policy wonk. I’ve written laws all my life. I’ve been a journalist all my life. I’ve written a gazillion press releases. And I’m telling you, this is the biggest story.
The infrastructure of USAID and using foreign countries to run our billions and trillions of dollars through, especially in Africa, is one of the biggest stories yet to be told and fully understood by the American People.
The reason you can’t own your home is because of graft and corruption. And it is purely demonic. This isn’t Democrat versus Republican. We’re calling on all Democrats to join with Republicans, because election fraud is wrong, stealing your money is wrong, and not doing audits, affidavits and transparency is wrong. And we can all agree on that.
Instead of the divisiveness that the bad guys want us to think and want us to react, “Oh, they’re a Democrat. We can’t work with them!” I have friends on both sides of the aisle and I have people who are neutral. And we all agree on this.
So this is not for the faint of heart, but it’s not that difficult. Start at your school board level and work your way up, city council, county commission. You just need three out of five votes. Come on. How hard is that?
