This is the presentation by Martín Rodil and Gary Berntsen at the Storm Summit last week, where they demonstrated that our National Security apparatus lied about the 2020 election because it is penetrated by foreign actors and by people hostile to the Republic.
Martín begins by saying that when they started this investigation, they thought foreign enemies of the United States were attacking the United States. By the time they finished, they realized that it was Americans attacking the United States with the help of foreigners, which was heartbreaking.
Martín refers to President Trump’s July 16th speech and his declassification of documents that show how, between 2004-2010, the CIA had been submitting a report within the Intelligence Community, stating that they knew the Venezuelans owned a Delaware Corporation operating in the US an an election company that can change election results without being detected.
When President Obama took over in 2009, the CIA started to whitewash their own report saying, they “couldn’t prove it”. They couldn’t prove it, because the software was designed to erase all the proof.
Martín shows how his team of Venezuelan engineers were able to replicate the various programs of these voting machines at the lab they set up in Switzerland, proving how the votes were switched and how the evidence was deleted to defy detection.
They used a forensic copy of exactly what happened in the January 2021 runoff election between Senator David Perdue and Jon Ossoff obtained from the Coffee County Court in Georgia. They’d been unable to get the forensic copy of the November 2020 election, because Dominion had deleted that database, in violation of Georgia State law.
Martín walks us through a September 2020 CIA report, from three months before the election that shows the CIA had known these thefts had occurred for over 20 years but they didn’t do or say anything.
He says President Trump was aware of this problem when he got back into office and he ordered the declassification of about 2% the documents, which were released last July, with the help of former DNI Tulsi Gabbard. The rest are currently being worked on by the DOJ.
Martín reads part of a declassified document:
“The intelligence sources between 2004 and 2020 reported that the Venezuelan president, Hugo Chávez and his successor, Nicolás Maduro, demonstrated a sustained interest in manipulating electoral outcomes through electronic voting systems.
“In April 2004, intelligence reporting indicated Chávez stated his objective was to prevent the reelection of a sitting US President.”
Martín explains that in 2005, the Venezuelans, intent on executing their plan bought Sequoia Voting Systems in Denver, Colorado.
Martín continues:
“So, here are some lines from the reporting that was declassified by the President of the United States. So you can see that it starts by saying that the 2006 assessment: The Smartmatic-Sequoia deal was a National Security Threat. That was the assessment! It was a National Security Threat to the United States.
“In 2018, Smartmatic got a contract to run the elections in Los Angeles County. So we have a company that we know is trying to overthrow the democracy of the United States, but no one – the Intel Community and the National Security apparatus, who are supposed to do that – are not alerting the President of the United States, because some presidents actually knew about this [Obama], others didn’t.”
The CIA reported in September 2020 the detailed technical plans of how virtual machines switched data in Venezuela’s National Assembly elections. Martín asks why did Venezuela decide to do a “practice run” of these virtual machines in their elections and why was the CIA aware of this?
In this document, the CIA said:
“The 2006 Intelligence Community Assessment that Smartmatic’s ties to Venezuela pose a National Security Threat was based on solid intelligence regarding Venezuelan government intent to influence US politics and evidence of Venezuelan manipulation of their own electoral system.”
In 2007, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) ordered Smartmatic to sell Sequoia, which it did to its own managers with US citizenship.
Yet the public has been told over and over that the 2020 election was the “Most secure in American history”.
Martín reads an important passage in that report about the test thy were running in the 2020 Venezuela elections:
“September 2020 intelligence reporting on [REDACTED] plans provided the most detailed description of a specific technical approach to election manipulation.”
Martín’s team of Venezuelan engineers were able to replicate these election manipulation methods at their lab in Switzerland, based on the technical details revealed in the declassified CIA document:
• [REDACTED] Replicates digital hash files sent to the central vote counting database.
• [REDACTED] Mimic real voting machines that favor the ruling party.
• [REDACTED] Overwrite hash file of voting machine that favor the opposition, and
• [REDACTED] Make altered votes appear to originate from legitimate voting machines.
In short, virtual machines can impersonate any real voting machine and these fictitious machines are controlled from the headquarters of the voting companies.
During their 5-year investigation, they traced those involved all over the world and recruited over a dozen of their engineers.
Continuing from from the declassified CIA document:
“This technique will, in theory, allow the Venezuelan government to monitor and adjust results in real time during and after the election. The report indicated that virtual machine technology will be employed to accomplish this manipulation while evading detection through a standard audit procedures.”
Think of all the cases that were overthrown by judges, because the plaintiffs couldn’t prove it. The program was designed to be unprovable and the CIA knew this.
Martín’s team of engineers were able to demonstrate how the system is designed to be entered through back doors to manipulate the results and to clean the digital evidence that anyone was in there and to leave no trace of what they’d accomplished, so that the flip could not be proven.
The reason why they need mail-in ballots is because these allow them to compensate their digital modifications, in case someone decides to perform an audit.
This is why mail-in ballots should only be for soldiers who are abroad and for people who are in the hospital, etc who cannot go to vote. This is why everyone else has to go to the voting booth on Election Day.
Martín directs our attention to Ronald Morales, who was born in Venezuela, who worked at the same company the CIA said stole elections in Venezuela. Morales was in charge of moving this software to Denver, Colorado. Then, he was in charge of moving the software to Dominion and again, he was in charge of moving the software to Liberty Voting, where he is currently a Senior Manager.
Martín says, “This individual, I want you to remember this name, because at the end of the presentation, you will see what was his real role. And the Agency and the Intelligence Community knew about each of them; by name and by where they live and who they interact with – but they remained silent.”
Martín then walks us through part of the demo that was presented to President Trump’s team and to Elon Musk a month before the November election in 2024.
In order to educate the American lawyers who were fighting for election integrity and the American engineers, so that they could understand how the flip was done, Martín’s team of Venezuelan engineers took the forensic copy of Coffee County, Georgia’s digital election that had been ordered by the County Court and they put it on a server at their lab in Switzerland and replicated the attacks that were done on Election Night, in a step-by-step process.
Martín says:
“People talk about ‘hacking’. No. No one is hacking, here. It’s an unauthorized entry, where the companies allow third parties to enter with special features built in the system…When you built the software, you created those backdoor entries so you, yourself and other people that you allow can enter and manipulate the election. And what is unacceptable is you have states in this country certifying the system, saying the system is ‘beautiful’.”

This is basically the diagram of how the elections have been cooked and are still being cooked. There are 3,000+ counties in the United States, so there are 3,000+ systems like this but you don’t need to steal all 3,000+ counties, you just need to select the key counties in the Swing States, of which there are no more than 20. With those 20 counties, you can flip the election in the whole country, which is yet another reason why this system is so vulnerable.
Martín shows how the encryption keys were readily available and stored in 3 places within the system, defeating the entire purpose of encryption.
Martín asks how his 15 Venezuelan engineers were able to enter the voting system, if Venezuelans have nothing to do with elections in the US? He says because it’s the very same software they had always been working with, only the name has been changed, most recently to “Liberty Vote” and that the CIA has known this but they’ve never told anyone.

Martín runs the slides, so viewers can visually understand how the process is executed and he explains:
“So the very same ballot re-scanned with the software running behind it produced a different result. If you contrast that with the actual physical ballot, you will see the inconsistency. That’s why they were saying, ‘Only audit the PDF generated by the scanner.’ They don’t want you to count the physical ballot. Because if you count the physical ballot, they’ll get caught in the crime.
“This is a process where we’re removing the IP addresses where we actually did what I described before. So we are now removing the evidence. And you can see the IP address was there before. And after I clean it up, you can see the IP address is no longer in place.”
He says that before Artificial Intelligence, this was done manually and it took 3.2 seconds but now, these election software companies can have an Artificial Intelligence bot execute all of these instructions. They don’t even need humans anymore, they only need one person to illegally connect to the system and to deploy some AI agents to do that work. He says there’s simply no way to run our elections with these machines that can be trusted.
He says:
“This is what we managed:
Gain access to an authorized machine using public well-known exploit.
Obtain the encryption security parameters stored in plain text from database or directly from the tabulator administrative iButton security keys.
Easily understand what algorithms are used to encryption.
Find a library that facilitates the job of encryption, the encryption and manipulation, and
Remove any trace of connections and file manipulation after achieving the unauthorized user’s objective.
In other words, they were able to steal the election in a way that no one can prove it.
So what happened in 2020?
Sheriff Dar Leaf from Michigan published a Dominion Voting Systems internal email from Tuesday, March 31st, 2020. It was from Ronald Morales, the same guy who had moved the software from Caracas to Denver and then into Dominion. He wrote:
“Hi, Nicole.
“We were able to establish a VPN connection from the new virtual machine.”
What did the CIA report say in 2020? That the Venezuelans were practicing with virtual machines.
(The email continues)
“A new virtual machine was created today. So tomorrow morning, we’re going to work toward making the necessary changes that can allow us to reach the Electoral Management System.”
The EMS is the brain of the system by county. If you have a virtual machine created by a VPN, no one can detect it.
There’s no reason to do this, other than not wanting people to know what you’re doing.
(Continuing from the email):
“EMS is the backend that builds ballots and aggregates results. Vendor remote support over VPN is a known industry practice – and a known attack surface, the same class of access the Venezuela CIA note declassified treat as a danger.”
The CIA knew this and the entire Intelligence Community relevant to this topic knew this.

Martín concludes his presentation:
“This is how contaminated the United States is today. Everything in red is Dominion. Everything in blue is ES&S. And everything in gray is Hart InterCivic. Each of those three companies has different components of the Smartmatic software. Dominion, which now is called Liberty Voting, is the worst…
“You’ve been saying for 20 years they are a National Security Threat to the United States but no one stopped them. In fact, they’re still there. They’re going to do election in November!
“They’re being prosecuted in Miami! Smartmatic has been prosecuted in Miami for corruption in the election of the Philippines!
“Why do We, the People, have to accept this reality? It’s unacceptable! It cannot be tolerated!”
Gary Berntsen then steps in to discuss the counterintelligence problem in the US, saying that the Cuban Intelligence Service has been recruiting penetrations of our government for decades and that their agents are inside the CIA, the FBI and the National Security Council.
He says that two years ago, an American ambassador by the name of Manuel Rocha was arrested for espionage, not because the FBI or the CIA did their job but because he and Martín turned him in.
Rocha was a Cuban agent inside the State Department for 40 years. As the political advisor at SOUTHCOM, he was sitting next to the commanding general, reading every report for five years. Gary says he was one of at least 50 to 100 people currently in our National Security apparatus who are reporting to hostile people.
Gary screams, “It is a disgrace that the FBI and the CIA are so lazy and stupid! I am shocked by this!”
He says that he’s a big supporter of the President and he supports his economic policies but he says the administration has not distinguished itself on choosing good people in the National Security apparatus, namely FBI Director Kash Patel and CIA Director John Ratcliffe.
He says these two have just sent messages smearing Martín and himself to every FBI office in the country, telling them not to work with them, because “They’re disrupting National Security,” referring to the information presented above.
Gary fumes:
“What you just saw is described by the FBI and the CIA right now as ‘disrupting National Security’. What you just saw! Shame on them. Shame on them!
“Mr President, you need to fix this. You need to fix this!
“There’s been a lot of talk about the Save America Act. John Thune and company won’t pass it. Shame on them.
“The President doesn’t need that. PPD 21. Presidential Policy Directive 21. He can outlaw the machines. He can outlaw the machines, himself. Just do it!
“I want to say this: My business partner, Martín Rodil helped save this country. Here’s something. Here’s a surprise for you guys in the Bureau, too. In 2024, after we briefed the White House, the staff, the Trump staff, for his election, they told us, ‘Don’t say anything. Don’t do anything.’

Gary then says something very interesting that contradicts what Patrick Byrne has repeated many times about how the theft of the 2024 election was stopped by US Cyber Command after then-Senator Markwayne Mullin brought them Martín’s demo.
Gary howls that US Cyber Command did nothing and that even worse, CISA was working with the election theft operation in Serbia to overthrow our country and that they also had to be dealt with by the Patriot hackers:
“Dominion had a headquarters in Serbia, Belgrade, Serbia, where they were controlling the elections.
“Five American citizens, just like you folks, right here, five Americans who were experts in computers got together and blocked them and drove that group of Serbians – there’s 100 people in that office – they were Serbians, Venezuelans, and Chinese that were controlling the swing states in the United States. They were blocked.
“It wasn’t Cyber Command that did it. They didn’t do anything!
“And additionally, CISA, the Cyber Infrastructure Security Agency, instead of defending the country, sent its own team into the southeast of the United States, and an American team was trying to back up the Serbian team. They got blocked, too!
“We were inches away from losing the country, and nobody in the National Security apparatus even knows that. You know it. They don’t know it! I just told you.
“It’s shocking. It’s shocking how passive and lazy and stupid these people are!
“I would say to you all, write to your congressmen, write to your senators, write to your governors. Stay engaged. They’re going to steal the country!
“Had Kamala Harris won that election, the first thing they would have done is pack the Supreme Court. They would have changed the laws, and they would have imprisoned Mr Rodil and I. They’d have found some sort of charges, just like they did to Mike Flynn.
“The problem is it’s going too slow. The President’s done the right thing. He’s declassifying these things, but this is in slow motion.
“John Solomon, God bless him for releasing it. John: speed it up. Put the gas on. Stop this nilly-willy release every two or three days. Get in there. Get the country to see what happened.
“It’s like they don’t want anybody to know till the year 2030. It’s too slow.
“People talk about the Deep State. There’s no Deep State. These are hostile actors that are trying to destroy the United States. That’s what it is. China, Venezuela.
“Last thing I’m going to say to you all. The Venezuelan cartel that took over that government stole $2.7 trillion. I didn’t say “billion”. I said “trillion”.
“It’s the largest transnational criminal organization in the world. They have paid off dozens of law firms, lobbyists in DC, politicians in America.
“They own 100 companies here, and they are pouring money into the pockets of our politicians. They are. We are in grave danger, ladies and gentlemen.”
One wonders why Patrick Byrne would want to propagate the heroic saga of how Sen Markwayne Mullin, “a member of the Cherokee Nation” was able to get USCYBERCOM to defeat the Serbian election theft operation, if this were not true rather, that it was five computer experts working for Gary who stopped the 2024 steal – who were likely paid by Patrick, himself?
It’s also interesting that Gary stresses how the five computer experts who actually did stop the 2024 cybertheft were “American citizens” – implying they were not his 15 Venezuelan engineer recruits, who may have been the best qualified to do this or are five of those 15 Venezuelans dual citizens with the US? Would the hackers’ citizenship have legal implications?
Gary and Martín’s narrative about the origin of the election theft software also diverges a bit from that of Tore Maras. Whereas, Gary and Martín claim that the Smartmatic software is Venezuelan in origin and that the CIA has been turning a blind eye to this, because they are either too “stupid” or “lazy” or “woke” or “hostile to the Republic”, Tore claims that Smartmatic software was originally developed in the US and that it was sold to the Venezuelans in 2004 for “pennies on the dollar”, because the CIA needed them to train the algorithm outside the US, because doing so at home would have put the worldwide operation at risk.
She says that after the algorithms had been trained, field-tested and perfected by the Communist Chavista Regime, the Smartmatic updates were put into their new acquisition, Sequoia Voting Systems. In 2007, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) ordered Smartmatic to sell Sequoia, which it did to its own managers who had US citizenship, thus legally returning to US hands.
Why would Gary and Martín want to protect the CIA by saying the software’s origins are Venezuelan, while simultaneously revealing the CIA’s complicity in allowing the deployment of this weapon of war against the United States and 110 other nations?
Are Gary and Martín part of the 80% presenting at the conference who Tore accused of “Just blowing smoke”? (For the record, I personally I don’t think they’re blowing smoke).
Conversely, why would Tore want to protect Venezuela while accusing the CIA of originating the software? The former seems to favor an external war posture while the latter favors internal prosecutions.
It’s also curious that Gary denies the existence of a Deep State, saying, “There’s no Deep State. These are hostile actors that are trying to destroy the United States. That’s what it is. China, Venezuela,” which conforms with what I just noted above, an external war posture.
After serving for 30+ years in the Air Force, Marines and the CIA, does Gary really not think that China and its satellites like Cuba and Venezuela are puppets of the Deep State banksters? Again, it seems this views reflect an orientation to prosecute this crime externally in a nation-state war.
In contrast, Tore told the audience during her talk at the same event that she would like to see President Trump avoid years in court and years of war by cutting a deal with the vote fraud companies and by having them admit on mainstream media outlets like CNN and NBC that Trump is right, the machines are cooked, and as she said, “Then, we bring paper ballots with currency-grade security, and it’s over.”

Come on you guys. Martín, you have been such a great friend, and we have had so much fun all over the country at different times we’ve crossed paths, and you’re going to give something here that this audience, you want to, you want to talk about some fire.
Did anybody, have you got like your flame suits or anything, OK? This front row is especially, remember the guy with the watermelon, the comedian with the flam, and he’d go all over everybody? Gallagher? OK, so that’s Martín, OK? I’m worried, especially about you front row folks, there. You might want to get plastic out like, well, I don’t know, foil. Yeah, foil! You need foil, OK? It’s going to be fire. And then, Gary Berntsen. Gary has a history kind of in my neighborhood, right? So he’s going to give you some great stuff, too.

Martín Rodil: OK, thank you. Thank you very much, and it’s an honor to be with you today again, and be able to go through a lot of the same, similar information that we addressed last time, but I’m really honored to be with a what I call an American Hero. Gary Berntsen, who, who is a person that I have the privilege to call my business partner, but in this journey of the investigation of election integrity, without him and other heroes, we would not have been able to accomplish what we have accomplished.
I mean, I will let Gary to introduce himself, but he’s one of the most decorated officers of the all-good Central Intelligence Agency. He’s a person who led the US invasion in Afghanistan today, 25 years after 9/11. This is a person who took over Kabul and chased Osama bin Laden to Tora Bora and and led Operation Jawbreaker.
So Gary and I have been working for 20 years in different capacities on criminal investigations and national security, and as I explained last time I was here, part of the investigation that we conduct – so, part of the investigation that we conducted during our careers kind of joined eight years ago.
Eight years ago, we decided to join effort together. I’ve been assisting the U.S. law enforcement and Department of Justice on transnational organized crime, and Gary was working in the Intelligence Community chasing the terrorists that did 9/11.
So, when we joined the work together, we were focused on following the money of different mafias around the world, and working with the US Government on tracking the money of the mafia.
Doing that work is how we ended up doing election integrity, because we found the connection between the mafias that were behind transnational organized crime and drug cartels who were penetrating the United States of America, the same group of people that were funding certain election companies that are doing elections in the US.
So when we were doing that work and helping, trying to help the Department of Justice to pursue those criminal organizations, is how we ended looking at a company named Smarmatic.
And then when we start looking at a company named Smarmatic, we ended with the next company named Sequoia, Voting Systems out of Denver, Colorado. Then, we ended with Dominion. So last time I was here, we talked about the genesis of that, how that was connected, how we came to that.
What happened between that day and today is what you are about to watch. It’s the President of the United States addressing the nation on last July, where he talked about part of what we did.
So today, what we’re going to do is we’re going to go through those four stages. The first is the President’s address, then the CIA reporting, then we will show you something we haven’t shown in public yet.
So when we conduct investigation about four, five years ago, right after November 2020, Gary and I, with another American hero, Patrick Byrne, and I mean, God bless Patrick, and a person that we really deeply admire, General Michael Flynn.
So, working with General Michael Flynn and Patrick, Gary and I decided to launch an investigation. And I always joke that when we started that investigation, it was like trying to cross the Judea Desert by foot in the middle of a summer. It was not an easy task.
Everyone was attacking us. “Conspiracy theory.” “You’re crazy.” “This cannot be proof.” “There is no proof of any of this.”
So that was how we began right after November 2020. And we recruited the 15 engineers that worked for one of those companies who designed to come forward voluntarily.
I called them the “Anonymous Heroes”, because they came forward and provided us with everything that you’re going to see in a demo that we built in a lab that we created in Switzerland back in 2023.
So we rented a building in the Swiss Alps. We put all the engineers in that place. We created an election company, just to do demos and to teach American engineers how elections are stolen. That produced a demo that you’re going to watch today.
So that demo will walk you step by step. And I will try to make it simple, because I’m not a software engineer, either. And for tech people, it’s very easy to understand.
But for people like me, it took me three years to be with the engineers every day until I got the whole thing. So I’m going to call it the version “For Dummies” in technology, so we can explain, step-by-step how we can attack any election system today in the United States, penetrate it, be inside, change the tabulation, delete the evidence that we did it, and leave without trace.
Gary Berntsen: Martín, let me just say one thing. Good evening. It’s a great pleasure to be with all of you. Yesterday in the news, it was either yesterday or the day before, it was reported by John Solomon that the notes of a couple of FBI officers were revealed.
And what it showed was those two FBI officers that interviewed Mike Flynn lied. They wrote certain things in their notes. When they did the 302, which is the official statement, they altered those, so it was two of them doing it, not just one and then an analyst, an FBI analyst came over and did that with them.
Understand something. These FBI officers weren’t from Billings, Montana. They weren’t from San Diego or from Portland, Maine. They were from the Headquarters of the FBI and they were from the Office of Counterintelligence, which is the single most sensitive, important office in the building. And they lied their asses off.
This is horrible what they did to General Flynn. And what you’re going to see today is you’re going to see Mr Rodil is going to go through some of the reporting that’s released on the Agency.
And after 2020, you remember, all of us remember when statements from CISA and from Homeland Security and all sorts of other people, “No crime here. Safest election, ever.”
What you’re going to see today is that your National Security Apparatus lied, again and again and again. It’s shocking. These are going to be, the CIA said, we know nothing about this.
What did we find? What did they find inside the agency? 2,400 messages about Smartmatic. OK, you’re going to see some of those messages today.
So understand what you’re looking at right now, what you’re going to see that Martín is going to walk you through is how your national security apparatus lied about the 2020 election and how your national security apparatus is penetrated by foreign actors and people that are hostile to the Republic, as we believe it, that’s consistent with our Constitution. They’re trying to tear down the country.
So please, these are important things he’s going to show you right now. And he’s going to use the president’s going to use his own words. And it’s going to be words from the from actually from the documents that are being released.
This is horrible stuff you’re going to see here. And it shows that your government, our government was lying to us.
Martín Rodil: So before we started the presentation, I will say this. When we started this investigation, we thought foreign enemies of the United States are attacking the United States. When we finished the presentation, it was worse. It was Americans attacking the United States with the help of foreigners.
So that was for me as a person who has been adopted by this amazing, beautiful nation, heartbreaking. It really broke my heart that people that were born on this soil decided to collude with enemies of the United States to destroy this great nation. So let’s start with a presentation and then, I’m going to stop. When I finish the presentation. I’m going to let Gary to talk about the counterintelligence part, which he is a real expert on. OK, so please go ahead with the next slide.

President Trump: …made by supposedly great patriots of our country. The document goes on to further state that, quote, we assess that centralized election related data repositories, such as voter registration databases, poll books and other official election websites are most vulnerable to exploitation and adversaries could use this access to these systems to disrupt election processes within the United States of America.
Tonight, we’re releasing all of those findings and spanning from January 2020 to June 2026. This is a cyber threat aimed at the very heart of our democracy. Many people have questioned whether it could actually be possible to electronically manipulate vote totals or change election results on these terrible machines.
Today, we are releasing documents that show the CIA obtained reporting of a specific plot to do a big number, in favor of the corrupt Maduro regime in Venezuela. And that’s exactly what happened. Conspiring to digitally rig their own country’s elections in 2020. And that’s what they did.
This reporting included precise details about methods to regime, develop to digitally alter vote totals in ways that could not be detected, even with an audit, no matter how deep they went. This intelligence underscores why we must take urgent action to ensure that our own system can never, ever be hacked or compromised, like it was in the past.
The fourth set of documents reveals that even when significant evidence of fraud has been detected, it has been buried and covered-up. Among the disclosures tonight are FBI files, detailing evidence of alleged fraud by a large scale.
Martín Rodil: So the President of the United States, basically saying the CIA, since 2004 has been submitting a report in the Intelligence Community, where they knew the Venezuelans has an election company, which was an American company.
It’s problematic, because it was incorporated in Delaware with a software that can change elections results without being detected.
So since 2004 to 2010 – President Obama took over in 2009 – the CIA basically explained all of that in different reports, year by year.
But when President Obama took over, the CIA started to whitewash their own report saying, “Oh, we cannot prove it!”
So what we’re going to walk you through is one specific report the CIA had from September 2020, which is three months before the election that was stolen from the President of the United States. And then, we will show you what we did in the lab in Switzerland, which is exactly what the Agency knew: It could have been done in the US. In fact, it was done.
So what you’re going to see is what they say they knew and what we were able to do with the [disk] image obtained by the court in Coffey County, Georgia in 2020.
We used the [disk] image obtained by the court to run an attack that was designed in the lab with the very same technology the Agency knew for almost 20 years that that was a problem – actually, 16 years in 2004 to 2020 – and they never informed the Congress of the United States. They never informed the president of the United States.
It was known to President Trump came back to the White House and ordered the declassification of the documents that we now know they always knew and they always were aware of this problem.

John Solomon: …made by supposedly in September of 2020, about nine months after the assessment was made, that there are machine vulnerabilities, our CIA observed Venezuela conducting an experiment, where they were able to successfully breach an election counting machine and change the votes. And by the way, change the vote counts without it being detectable in a post-audit or in a post-image review.
How did they do that? They had an election machine with ballots and counts on it. As it was working its way up to the vote counting area, a mirror server was created. Somebody sucked the real votes off, placed fake votes in and then sent them up so that when the audit occurred, the fake votes would be the only ballots you could see. You couldn’t see the original ballots as they were casted by that.
Now, it was in a controlled environment in Venezuela. It didn’t happen during a real election. It happened during election testing. But its significance to the Intelligence Community was, “Hey, this isn’t hypothetical anymore. Someone figured out a way to do this,” and the CIA was extremely concerned about it.
But guess what? Our President, our Congress and the American people didn’t get told. And for six more years, we went through thinking our machines weren’t hackable when they were.
Martín Rodil: So what John Solomon was talking about is exactly the capacity that the Venezuelans have built. But the Agency were not telling lawmakers or the President of the United States.
Oh, that technology is already at 33% of the electoral market of the United States. So the Agency keeps saying we cannot prove this actually was done against the United States.
But what do you think? That a foreign enemy of the United States has that technology in 33% of the electoral market of the United States and won’t use it? No, no, we have to believe they won’t use it against us, because they really like us!
So, this is something that is inconceivable, when you think about that the United States Intelligence Community is supposed to protect the President of the United States, to protect the nation from those attacks. You cannot just obtain this information, sit on it and not tell the people in command of the country about this threat.
And even after it happened, they didn’t say anything. And it was known to 2025, when the President came back to the White House and ordered a deep investigation led by Tulsi Gabbard – God bless that woman, who actually took the task with other Patriots – to go to the archive of the CIA and retrieve the information. They have it.
So I want to read this part, which said this is part of the document that was declassified. It said:
“The intelligence sources between 2004 and 2020 reported that the Venezuelan president, Hugo Chávez and his successor, Nicolás Maduro, demonstrated a sustained interest in manipulating electoral outcomes through electronic voting systems.
“In April 2004, intelligence reporting indicated Chávez stated his objective was to prevent the reelection of a sitting US President.”
Well, in 2005, they bought Sequoia Voting Systems in Denver, Colorado. So they really wanted to execute the plan and they executed it.
But who was behind those Banana Republic actors? China, because it was the biggest economic partner of Venezuela after they walked out of the historical partnership with the United States – that God bless President Donald Trump has reestablished now.
So behind were Venezuela and Cuba – another very good friend of the United States.
So what we want to walk you through is that we started with Smartmatic in Venezuela in 2004. In 2005, they bought Sequoia. In 2006, the CFIUS from the Treasury Department ordered an investigation.
By 2010, they were forced to sell Sequoia to Dominion, because they did not want to reveal who the true owners were. And in 2026, then the classification came and Liberty Voting, after everything got exposed to Dominion, then Liberty Voting is now running the show.
So Dominion abandoned the biggest market of elections in the world, which is United States, just for no reason – because they knew they were caught and they had to leave, before they ended in jail – which hopefully they’re going to go to jail sooner than later.
So, here are some lines from the reporting that was declassified by the President of the United States. So you can see that it starting saying that the 2006 assessment: The Smartmatic-Sequoia deal was a National Security Threat. That was the assessment! It was a National Security Threat to the United States.
In 2018, Smartmatic got a contract to run the elections in Los Angeles County.
So we have a company that we know is trying to overthrow the democracy of the United States, but no one – the Intel Community and the National Security apparatus, who are supposed to do that – are not alerting the President of the United States, because some presidents actually knew about this, others didn’t.
So in September 2020, reporting detailed technical plans, virtual machines substituted data for Venezuela’s own National Assembly. So why Venezuela in September 2020 decide to do a practice and why was the CIA aware of that?
Three months before the election, you will see it by your own eyes at the end of the presentation, an email that we obtained through discovery, an internal email from Dominion generated in March 2020 that you will see why this was happening.
So in this document, you can see that the CIA said:
“The 2006 Intelligence Community Assessment that Smartmatic’s ties to Venezuela pose a National Security Threat was based on solid intelligence regarding Venezuelan government intent to influence US politics and evidence of Venezuelan manipulation of their own electoral system.”
But we have to believe the 2020 election was the “Safest election ever!”
So we’re running elections with 33% of the electoral market being run by this software and the Agency knew it – and even worse, it’s November 2026 and that technology is still in place, because the President has been blocked from getting rid of it. That’s why he declassified this information.
So in that report, there is one part that is very important, which is that test they were running in 2020 and I want to read it:
“September 2020 intelligence reporting on [REDACTED] plans provided the most detailed description of a specific technical approach to election manipulation.”
Well, this is what you’re going to watch today, after I finish with this part. How we did exactly the same thing in Switzerland, and we proved it and we briefed the President before he got elected.
And thank God, there were American partners who took action and prevented 2024 from going in the same direction. As the President said, “It was too big to be rigged.”
So (reading from declassified document):
• [REDACTED] Replicates digital hash files sent to the central vote counting database.
• [REDACTED] Mimic real voting machines that favor the ruling party.
• [REDACTED] Overwrite hash file of voting machine that favor the opposition, and
• [REDACTED] Make altered votes appear to originate from legitimate voting machines.
So basically, impersonate any real voting machine with fictitious machines that are controlled from the headquarters of those companies.
And that’s what we did in the investigation that we did for five years, tracing those people all over the world until we get to the bottom of when we recruit the engineers.
So when you look at this (continues reading from declassified document):
“This technique will, in theory, allow the Venezuelan government to monitor and adjust results in real time during and after the election. The report indicated that virtual machine technology will be employed to accomplish this manipulation while evading detection through a standard audit procedures.”
So, do you remember when all those cases were overthrown by judges, because you couldn’t prove it? It’s designed not to be able to prove it. The CIA knew it.
And we were able, with the engineers, to prove and to show how the system is built for you to enter through back doors, manipulate the results, clean the digital prints that you are inside, and leave no evidence that you accomplished that.
So when you perform an audit, unless you count the physical ballots, now you understand the reason why they need mail-in ballots. Because a mailing ballot allows you to compensate whatever digital modification they do, in case someone decides to count the ballots.
So that’s why mail-in ballots can be only for soldiers who are abroad, people who are in a hospital who cannot go to vote, and that’s it. And everyone else, go to the voting booth on Election Day.
So what they were talking is basically summarized on those four places. A virtual machine, mirror server, undetectable swaps. When you do that, it doesn’t matter, you call whoever you want. It cannot be proven, period.
And that was one of the biggest problems we had when we brought the American engineers to talk to the Venezuelan engineers that were sitting at that building for two years rebuilding, reconstructing all those different techniques to steal an election, because there’s not one, there’s thousands of ways to steal the election. It’s so bad, the system, that you can combine so many techniques.
And the problem is, in this county, I can use one. In Michigan, I can use another one. And I can use ten different techniques in ten different counties. So they will both be able to go to a judge and say, “Your Honor, look, this is how they’re stealing an election.
If you can catch them. And the system is designed not to be caught. To defeat audit.
So how we know these actually live inside the United States electoral system?
So this is an official document submitted by Dominion to the State of Colorado in 2015 that was December 1st, 2015. I want you to read what is on the red box.
So, Ronald Morales was born in Venezuela. He worked with the same company the CIA said stole elections in Venezuela. And he was in charge of moving the software to Denver, Colorado. And then, he was in charge of moving the software to Dominion. And then, he was in charge of moving the software to Liberty Voting.
This individual, I want you to remember this name, because at the end of the presentation, you will see what was his real role. And the Agency and the Intelligence Community knew about each of them; by name and by where they live and who they interact with – but they remained silent.
But the two of us and the other patriots who were fighting for this, we were the “crazy ones”. We were the “conspiracy theorists”.
So, now I’m going to walk you through the demo. This is the demo that was presented to the President Trump team a month before the November election in 2024. And it was presented to Elon Musk, who did amazing work, helping to protect the elections of the United States of America.
So, we took a [disk] image obtained from the court, that was ordered by the court in Coffey County, Georgia, back in November 2020. When the disputes started coming to the court, the court ordered Dominion to produce a [disk] image, which is basically a forensic copy of exactly what happened on Election Day.
So, we called [it]… the “November 2020 Image”, because Dominion, violating local laws in Georgia, deleted the database of the Presidential Election. So, we used the one from January 2021, which was a runoff competition between Senator Perdue and [Jon] Ossoff. So, we used that one.
So, what we did is…when we recruited engineers, we said, “OK, here’s an image, OK? Put this on a server,” when we had the lab in Switzerland, “Do an attack. Go inside, attack the system, control the system, manipulate the vote, because you are running exactly an image that was produced on Election Night, on 2021. And do the tabulation, change the results and clean it up so, we can do a step-by-step process to educate American lawyers that were fighting for election integrity and the American engineers, so they could understand how it was done.”
So, one of the problems we have in the US is American election software protects that crime with intellectual property rights. They don’t allow you to enter to the source code. “Oh, because I don’t want you to see my intellectual property. You’re going to steal my secret.”
“Yeah, those secrets. Those secrets to steal elections!”
So, that’s what we’re going to be dealing with. So, we’re going to do unauthorized entry – again, this is an important point. People talk about “hacking”. No. No one is hacking, here. It’s an unauthorized entry, where the companies allow third parties to enter with special features built in the system.
Because if you call this “hacking”, well, NASA got hacked, the Pentagon got hacked, any system can be hacked and say, “Well, it’s not my fault, an attacker came.”
No, no, no, no. You built this. When you built the software, you created those backdoor entries so you, yourself and other people that you allow can enter and manipulate the election. And what is unacceptable is you have states in this country certifying the system, saying the system is “beautiful”.
And we will show you what is going to happen:
Access Unpatched System
Getting Encryption Keys
Manipulate Result Files
Remove Traces of Any Connection that this ever occurred.
And you will see how we’re going to change the result of a real casting vote for fake votes.
So this is basically the diagram of how an election is constituted in any county in the country.
So you have the EMS in the center, which is the Electoral Management System, that is the brain. And then you have the different components that runs an election by county. So you have 3,000+ counties in the United States, so you have 3,000 systems like this.
So what we will show you is when you want to steal an election, you don’t need to steal 50 states. You don’t need even to steal the whole state. You need to select the key counties in the swing states and focus on those. There are no more than 20. With 20, you flip the election in the whole country. So if you focus on those 20, that’s why the system is so incredibly vulnerable.
So what we’re going to do is an attack on the one in the red box called ICC, Image Cast Central. That is the portion of the system that takes the mail-in ballots and scans the mail-in ballots and then does the tabulation and sends it to the EMS.
So what I want to show you is how we can enter. You’re going to see an attacking machine video entering the system, taking control of the system, and then changing the tabulation and deleting the evidence. So we’re going to take control of the Image Cast Central, obtain the encryption keys.
So most of those companies tell you, “Oh, my system is so protected that the encryption is military-grade encryption. No one can break it. So if an attacker comes and enters, he cannot read the system because it’s encrypted.”
What we found in the Dominion system, that the keys to de-encrypt the system is not in one place inside the system, it’s in three different places. So it’s like you hire me to put an alarm in your house, I charge you X amount of money to put the alarm, but I leave the password to disarm the alarm in the back door of your house. And I tell the bad guys, “You can come through the back door, under the rug, you’ll find it.”
So why do you have an encryption? I mean, that’s why the two of us were never sued by Dominion. We were waiting to be sued.
Gary Berntsen: Martín, let me say, add one thing. What Martín is saying is they left the keys in the open in three places. You entered, and the keys were just sitting there. And you just plugged them in. It’s an encrypted system with the keys there. It’s like the key to your house is hanging on the door.
Martín Rodil: So the whole reason of an encryption is no one can enter. Would you leave the key inside, in not one but in three different places? So if you miss one, you have the other two? So this is how corrupted this is.
So we’re going to transfer and execute the manipulation program built by the Venezuelan engineers into the ICC. We’re going to do a real scan of ballots that were in the image. So we print it. We’re going to run the scan and tabulate without the manipulation, and then, rerun the same ten ballots, and you will see how we will tabulate differently the very same ballot. And then we will remove the evidence that we actually did it.
So anyone can audit the system and will find nothing, unless you count the physical ballots that are in storage. That’s why they panicked when President Trump ordered the FBI to go and take the ballots in Fulton County.
Because when they count those ballots, it won’t match the data that was generated by the machine. There were less ballots physically than votes casted electronically.
Those are the different components that we use, and we use Coffee County, Georgia, forensic images, captured on January 7, and we’re using Democracy Suite 5.5.
So here is the attacking machine entering the system. So we’re using something called EternalBlue, which was designed by the National Security Agency of the United States and then it got leaked to the public. That’s basically a tool that hackers can use or people who want to enter. It’s like a master key to open a house door. So that’s what it is.
So we used it, and we entered…In the video before…we entered the door. So we’re inside, now. And when you are inside, Dominion and Smartmatic designed a system that you obtain, something called “system privilege”.
So let me explain why that is important. Everybody here has a laptop. So you own the laptop, right? The software belongs either to Apple or Microsoft. It doesn’t belong to you. So you are the user of the laptop, an authorized user. When you buy it, you sign an agreement that you can use it. They control it. If you take that laptop to an Apple store, they’re the authorized agent who can review and fix it.
But if you take that laptop to Apple headquarters in Palo Alto, California, they are System Administrator, which means [they] are God, God-level inside the software. [They] can do everything.
So they designed a system that you can enter by the back door, and the person who enters becomes God, which is what allows you to delete the evidence that you entered. And that’s abnormal. So you should not have that, because you lose all the protection of the software, at that moment.
So there is three different places where we found the encryption key. We’re going to only use tonight the EMS database. Next, please. So this is how we are in the physical server. We go to the SQL server. This is a Dominion Coffee County EMS, you can see on the top.
So we go to New Query. This is once we enter the system, how we are controlling. You can see the encryption key open. It’s not encrypted! It was that simple.
So now you take it, and what you’re going to see now from the attacking machine, we’re going to de-encrypt the whole system. Right there. Everything de-encrypted. Now, the attacker is inside the system.
So let me go to the next slide. Now, we are trying to execute the manipulation program built by the engineers who I recruited. So those are 15 Venezuelan engineers. How come they were able to enter, if Venezuelans have nothing to do with elections in the US? They have a software that actually can manipulate, because it’s the very same software. They just changed the name. And the CIA knew that and never told anyone.
So the unauthorized user, the program, is able to impersonate any legitimate user of the system that it needs in order to manipulate election results.
Well, this is actually unfortunate that there’s a technical glitch, here. Probably Dominion hacked us today (laughter).
So let me stop here. So what we did is we had in the lab a scanner. We printed 10 ballots. Real ballots that were cast that day.
And what we had in this black screen was actually the video of the ballot being scanned physically and the tabulation process. So the original result of that video, that process that we videoed, was six votes for David Perdue and four for John Ossoff. That was the actual real result.
So what we did is we put the manipulation program... Again, you all know, for some reason it cannot be watched. But the manipulation program is running behind and we re-scanned the very same 10 ballots and then you got this:
So the very same ballot re-scanned with the software running behind produced a different result. So if you contrast that with the actual physical ballot, you will see the inconsistency. That’s why they were saying, “Only audit the PDF generated by the scanner.” They don’t want you to count the physical ballot. Because if you count the physical ballot, they got caught in the crime.
This is a process where we’re removing the IP addresses where we actually did what I described before. So we are now removing the evidence. And you can see the IP address was there before. And after I clean it up, you can see the IP address is no longer in place.
So that was done manually. So people can, you guys can visually understand how the process is executed. What the problem is, this is done in actually 3.2 seconds. But that was before Artificial Intelligence. Now, think where are we in November, if I am an election software company and I allow an Artificial Intelligence bot to get all those instructions? I don’t need even humans anymore. I need only one person who has access to AI to illegally connect to the system and to put some AI agents to do that work.
I mean, there’s no way we can have election in this country with any machine and believe that it will be trusted.
So this is what we managed:
Gain access to an authorized machine using public well-known exploit.
Obtain the encryption security parameters stored in plain text from database or directly from the tabulator administrative iButton security keys.
Easily understand what algorithms are used to encryption.
Find a library that facilitates the job of encryption, the encryption and manipulation, and
Remove any trace of connections and file manipulation after achieving the unauthorized user’s objective.
So in other words, we were able to steal the election and no one can prove it.
So what happened in 2020?
This is an email that was published by Sheriff Dar Leaf from Michigan. So read that email. Tuesday, March 31st, 2020. Who wrote that email? Ronald Morales. The same guy who moved the software from Caracas to Denver and then into Dominion. And he said:
“Hi, Nicole.
“We were able to establish a VPN connection from the new virtual machine.”
What did the CIA report say in 2020? That the Venezuelans were practicing with virtual machine. This is March. This is actually before they were testing that the CIA put on a report.

“A new virtual machine was created today. So tomorrow morning, we’re going to work toward making the necessary changes that can allow us to reach the Electoral Management System.”
It’s the brain of the system by county. So if you have a virtual machine created by a VPN, no one can detect it. There’s no reason why you’re going to do this, unless you want to do something that you don’t want people to know that you are doing it.
That’s the only reason. It’s like I show up at the bank with a weapon. And I don’t have an ATM card. So that weapon is for something. So I want to retrieve money, but in a different way.
So here, what you have (Reading from slide show):
“EMS is the backend that builds ballots and aggregates results. Vendor remote support over VPN is a known industry practice – and a known attack surface, the same class of access the Venezuela CIA note declassified treat as a danger.”
So the CIA knew, all the Intelligence Community relevant for this new, but they call us all “crazy”.
And Venezuela have nothing to do with the US. There’s no relation. China has nothing to do with this. But this is not [just] Gary Berntsen, General Flynn, Martín Rodil saying this. This is the CIA’s own document.
And I’ve been told the President of the United States has declassified only 2% of what they found. They just do a teaser, because the rest is being worked, now by DOJ, which is the right thing to do. You want the Department of Justice to have a first review of the documentation to understand who are the criminals and where they are.
So this is how contaminated the United States is today. Everything in red is Dominion. Everything in blue is ES&S. And everything in gray is Hart InterCivic.
Each of those three companies has different components of the Smartmatic software. Dominion, which now is called Liberty Voting, is the worst.
Now we end it. Smartmatic, after it left in 2010, it came back to the US but no other county [besides] Los Angeles. What a coincidence.
Well, when you brought them back. You’ve been saying for 20 years they are a “National Security Threat to the United States.” But no one stopped them.
In fact, they’re still there. They’re going to do election in November. They’re being prosecuted in Miami. Smartmatic has been prosecuted in Miami for corruption in the election of the Philippines.
And why do We, the People, have to accept this reality? It’s unacceptable! It cannot be tolerated.
So this is the general view of that contract. Well, if you let those criminals come back to the country, know that we’re already present via Dominion, but now, they’re present by themselves.
So let me finish with the next one.

John Poulos: No. We do have a relationship. We are competitors.
Anderson Cooper: Were you associated with the late Hugo Chávez?
John Poulos: Absolutely not.
Anderson Cooper: Do you use a Venezuelan company’s software that’s been used to steal election out of the countries?
John Poulos: Absolutely not. Anderson, I can cut all of this short. We were founded in Toronto, which is where my family was from, and there is nothing to do with Venezuela.
Anderson Cooper: Can you flip votes in the computer system? Can you add votes that did not exist?
John Poulos: Absolutely not.
Martín Rodil: Liar!
Thank you very much. I will let Gary talk a little bit about the counterintelligence.
Gary Berntsen: OK, thank you very much. Fantastic, Martín.
We have a terrible counterintelligence problem in our country. As you can see, Venezuela, Cuba, China.
Back in 1994, we arrested a guy by the name of Aldrich Ames. Some of you may recall that; spying for the Russians. 2001, who was arrested? Robert Hanssen, the Chief of Counterintelligence at the FBI, working for the Russians.
I’m going to tell you all this, now: The problem we have now is ten times that size, and it’s Cuba and Venezuela and China – but it’s primarily Cuba and Venezuela.
The Cuban Intelligence Service has been recruiting penetrations of our government for decades. They are inside the CIA. They are inside the FBI. They are inside the National Security Council.
There are specific slots inside the National Security Council, that over the past 20 years, nine different people have filled it, and six of them have been spies, I’m sure. That’s how bad this is.
Neither Republicans nor Democrats have figured this out. We have chosen people to lead the Intelligence Service for the last 20 years that are imbeciles. Imbeciles!
Two years ago, an American ambassador by the name of Manuel Rocha was arrested for espionage. He was arrested, not because the Bureau or the CIA did their job. Martín and I turned him in!
We sat with two FBI counterintelligence officers in Puerto Rico, and I was screaming at them. And one of those FBI officers was a woman who was pregnant. Martín said, “Stop, Gary. You’re going to scare the baby. Control yourself.”
Well, what they did was they referred it. There was a US attorney there, a very brave guy, Stephen Muldrow, referred the case to Miami.
They had an FBI officer. They got somebody who’s competent, made contact with Rocha, and said to Rocha, “I’m a Cuban intelligence officer. We want to turn you back on.”
And then, in three successive meetings, two hours each, Rocha confesses that, “I’ve been working for you guys for 40 years.”
Recruited in Chile in the ‘70s, went to college at Georgetown School of Foreign Service, worked his way up through the State Department.
I met him in 1997, in Argentina when he was the Chargé d’Affaires. That’s like being the Ambassador. And he and I went to the Argentine government, because we were going to build a big counterterrorism program there, and he helped me negotiate that. Later, he would be the political advisor at SOUTHCOM.
SOUTHCOM, Southern Command. That’s the headquarters, in Miami of all military forces in the entire hemisphere, and he’s sitting next to the commanding general, reading every bloody report for five years.
He is one of at least probably 50 people to 100 that are in our National Security apparatus who are reporting to hostile people.
It is a disgrace that the FBI and the CIA are so lazy and stupid! I am shocked by this!
I, and a former chief-of-station from Havana, an American that served in Havana, went in and met with them recently and sat down and showed them 10 different names of people we know who are spying for them for the other side.
We tried to have a discussion with them about the Cuban Intelligence Service. They didn’t know the name of the chief of the service!
I want to shoot myself!
A man by the name of Abelardo Colomé Ibarra, the most important Cuban intelligence officer, probably our worst enemy over the past 50 years. He was Castro’s chief of intelligence in the ‘60s, military intelligence.
He went to Africa. He flipped the government of Angola, Ethiopia, Mozambique. He came back and was 26 years as the Minister of Interior. He’s the Vice President for state security and the goddamn CIA doesn’t know what his name is!
The counterintelligence people. That is not a joke.
I had a meeting with the FBI, two members of the FBI. You know what they wanted me to do? Report against my business partner. “He’s a spy.”
“He’s not a spy! You’re imbeciles!” That’s all I could say. It’s horrible.
In 2008, when Barack Obama became the President, they decided to put all these DEI, woke ideology, on the people they hired. There are people that are working in your National Security Apparatus that have absolutely no interest in defending the nation. They have some view and some allegiance to something other than the Constitution of the United States.
I came into the CIA in 1982. I had been a crash firefighter in the Air Force. I went through OCS in the Marine Corps to be an infantry officer. I was a Russian speaker. I was a skydiver. I cared about the Constitution.
I met an agency recruiter. They brought me in, and I would spend the next 10 years in the Middle East. I learned to speak Persian. I worked against the Iranians. I was the chief of Hezbollah operations. I was in the fight.
On 2001, I entered, after the attacks of 2001, I led a team of eight CIA officers and joined 5,000 tribesmen from the Tajik tribe, and we conducted a battle against 20,000 Taliban on the Shomali Plains. The guys I served with were brave. They cared about the Constitution. This is not what exists, now.
I mean, I have to say this: I’m a big supporter of the President, President Trump; support his economic policies.
At his first rallies, I spoke for him. They have not distinguished themselves on choosing people in the national security apparatus. They’ve just fired a bunch of people. They need to fire more.
Kash Patel and Ratcliffe right now have sent messages out smearing Martín and I to every FBI office in the country: “Don’t work with them, they’re disrupting National Security.”
What you just saw is described by the FBI and the CIA right now as “disrupting National Security.” What you just saw. Shame on them. Shame on them!
Mr President, you need to fix this. You need to fix this!
There’s been a lot of talk about the Save America Act. John Thune and company won’t pass it. Shame on them.
The President doesn’t need that. PPD 21. Presidential Policy Directive 21. He can outlaw the machines. He can outlaw the machines, himself. Just do it!
I want to say this: My business partner, Martín Rodil helped save this country. Here’s something. Here’s a surprise for you guys in the Bureau, too. In 2024, after we briefed the White House, the staff, the Trump staff, for his election, they told us, “Don’t say anything. Don’t do anything.”

Then, of course, we knew that Smartmatic – not Smartmatic, Dominion – had a headquarters in Serbia, Belgrade, Serbia, where they were controlling the elections.
Five American citizens, just like you folks, right here, five Americans who were experts in computers got together and blocked them and drove that group of Serbians – there’s 100 people in that office – they were Serbians, Venezuelans, and Chinese that were controlling the swing states in the United States. They were blocked.
It wasn’t Cyber Command that did it. They didn’t do anything!
And additionally, CISA, the Cyber Infrastructure Security Agency, instead of defending the country, sent its own team into the southeast of the United States, and an American team was trying to back up the Serbian team. They got blocked, too.
We were inches away from losing the country, and nobody in the National Security apparatus even knows that. You know it. They don’t know it! I just told you.
It’s shocking. It’s shocking how passive and lazy and stupid these people are!
I would say to you all, write to your congressmen, write to your senators, write to your governors. Stay engaged. They’re going to steal the country!
Had Kamala Harris won that election, the first thing they would have done is pack the Supreme Court. They would have changed the laws, and they would have imprisoned Mr Rodil and I. They’d have found some sort of charges, just like they did to Mike Flynn.
The problem is it’s going too slow. The President’s done the right thing. He’s declassifying these things, but this is in slow motion.
John Solomon, God bless him for releasing it. John, speed it up. Put the gas on. Stop this nilly-willy release every two or three days. Get in there. Get the country to see what happened.
It’s like they don’t want anybody to know till the year 2030. It’s too slow.
People talk about the Deep State. There’s no Deep State. These are hostile actors that are trying to destroy the United States. That’s what it is. China, Venezuela.
Last thing I’m going to say to you all. The Venezuelan cartel that took over that government stole $2.7 trillion. I didn’t say “billion”. I said “trillion”.
It’s the largest transnational criminal organization in the world. They have paid off dozens of law firms, lobbyists in DC, politicians in America.
They own 100 companies here, and they are pouring money into the pockets of our politicians. They are. We are in grave danger, ladies and gentlemen.
$2.7 trillion by a transnational criminal drug cartel. Drugs, oil, gold, and everything else they stole.
We need your help. We need your help. The final thing I’m going to say is God bless Mr Patrick Byrne, because he was in there with us. He went into the arena with us every day.
