Here’s the presentation given on Friday at the Storm Summit in Las Vegas by Brigadier General Blaine Holt (Ret).

Gen Blaine Holt: Listen, it’s a just a huge honor to be here with you today and address you. This is a subject I’m very passionate about. It feeds into exactly what you’ve been hearing all morning.
But what I wanted to do, as a strategist is kind of roll you up to a higher level, because this war you’re finding in America, the one that we finally have to get through, closing-out our American Revolutionary War – it’s not done yet.
It’s not just an American war and it’s a war that’s over a thousand years old. It’s a war that I call – and there’s so many names for it – and that’s actually part of my warning, as I teach you about 5th Generation Warfare: If you can’t even name what the damn war is, you’re probably in a 5th Generation warfare environment and I’ll explain that in a second.
So, Sovereigntist versus Globalist is a world war. You could call it World War III, World War IV, V. I don’t care I call it “World War Next”, “World War Now”…
So what is 5th Generation Warfare? Well, let me just give you a very quick primer. It’ll take a minute. Let’s say that I told you, “In this room with us right now is an enemy There’s an enemy in here. There’s one enemy and your task is to find that enemy. That’s your job. All of you have to work together to find the enemy.”
But then, I introduce a few things. I lay out some names and I say, “Those particular folks that I named may or may not be telling you the truth, if they’re trying to help.”
And then, what I do is I give you an app and I say, “I’ll put more information about who might be the enemy on your app,” and just as you’re starting to get oriented about what the exercise is here, I put fog in the room. You can’t see anything. I turn the lights out. I create weird music.
You are now disoriented. You’re confused. You don’t know which end is up. You don’t know who the enemy is. You don’t know who the enemy isn’t. That’s all by design The very fact that you can’t even name the damn war is a 5th Generation warfare tool.
So you could call it “City of London”, the “High Table”, the “Globalists”, the “elites”, the “shadowy overlords”, whoever you want. Doesn’t matter. This is the terrain that you’re on.
The enemy today – which is at a much higher level than the United States – the United States is most important, because we’re the number one target.
The Globalists that have been around since before the Fall of Rome and they’ve just incarnated into different modalities and countries and organizations; they’re the same people.
And they actually don’t fight the way you fight. They fight with money and with blood – and I don’t mean blood, like you’re shedding blood on a battlefield – I mean their bloodlines versus yours.
And throughout history, they have gotten to the place where they’ve convinced themselves that AI, robotics, quantum computing – they don’t need a whole lot of you and they’ve been writing about that for over a hundred years.
They always write down what they say they’re going to do and yet, we persist in putting together these things called “conspiracy theories” or “tinfoil hat material,” “Don’t talk about that!”
It’s like, well Hell, it’s in Klaus Schwab’s book! Henry Kissinger used the term “Useless Eaters”, come on!
In other words, there’s a group, Representative Curt Weldon just talked to you about them. They’re the ones that churn out this language weaponry. “You’re a conspiracy theorist.” “You’re a racist.” “You’re this or that.” “Dems versus Republicans”, “Red versus Blue”. “Islam versus Christianity.” Doesn’t matter
My friend, Sasha Krainer. You might have seen some of his podcasting, he’s got a great [analogy] – their strategy is to take the red ants put them in a jar. Take the black ants, put them in a jar. Close the jar. Shake it. Now, we’re fighting each other while they reprogram the money – and Mitch Vextra will talk to you later about this – while they take all of your property, via taxation systems.
OK, so really quickly I’m gonna blast right through the history of this:
Rome falls apart. Guess what? The top families don’t fall apart. They just financialize everything, steal everything, they reincarnate into this thing called “the Venetians”.
The Venetians, they get smart. Same families but now they get smart on betting on both sides of all wars and they start bankrolling them and they want to create this type of strife.
But once their theft Ponzi lives and these schemes have come to their end, they just vacate Venice and welcome in a guy named Napoleon and he sacks the whole thing and that’s the end of them.
OK, where do they show up next? They show up in Holland. They show up in Amsterdam, OK? And now, they’ve learned capital markets, leverage their monetizing wars all over the place, taking dividends on these joint capital Dutch East Indias Company.
Find a country, spike your flag, take all their stuff. Declare that they’re all “savages” and destroy them. Wash, rinse, repeat. Wait a minute. Here comes the war in 1688 Nine-Year War. They decide we’re gonna operate out of the UK. So they go sack King James, move him to France. Now, King William is in charge. City of London is there and we’re off to the races.
The the point, I’m making, here is that our war in 1776 was not a tax dispute. We were in their way. We wanted our sovereignty and they didn’t like that idea, because more than money, more than power – they have those things – what they crave is control over human autonomy. So you see the rub.
And I’ll give you the quick history of the United States that was never given to you. Some of you probably know it. We go after “the Lobsters”. There it is: Tea’s in a Harbor, our great Sam Adams birthed a nation in bars. I think that’s very attractive, as an airlift pilot. That’s fine.
And then they lose. They get a rematch. The Lobsters come back, War of 1812. That doesn’t work out, for the most part, not gonna get into those details, right now.
But during the Buchanan administration, they start with clandestine operations, information operations, psychological operations. They pit South against North. Issue: slavery and they’re dumping kerosene all over the fire. We go to war with each other. We kill millions of us.
And now, we’re broke. They refinance us. 1871. Now we’re a corporation. We’re not a really a country. And the synthetic colonization of America is in their hands.
Now, they’re growing up. Now, We have the industrialists. We all think they’re Americans. They’re not. They came here from Europe. A lot of them from the UK and then, they give birth to this amazing group called the Fabian Society.

The Fabian Society, their logo is a Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing – not anymore, but it was. “We’re telling you what we’re gonna do to you!” These are the original Marxists and they still exist today. You would know Tony Blair as a Fabian. You would know Andy Burnham as a Fabian In fact, there’s a piece that just came out on Newsmax yesterday that talks all about this It’s written by a guy named Blaine Holt. But it’s emblematic of what this war is. Does anybody know – it’s rhetorical, so I’m not gonna do audience participation because I’m going fast – George Orwell would write the book 1984 the year I would graduate from high school. “Well, there’s some gematria!”
Oh, I Just gave away my age. Not good. So, Orwell They were trying to recruit him because Orwell was a card-carrying Socialist. He never saw a public works program he didn’t like. Well, when…they were trying to recruit him into the Fabian Society, he went, “Oh, wow. I’m up for drinking a little Kool-Aid, but I’m not up for mixing it! You guys are rough!”
Hmm. So he said, “For what they want to do, it will take them a hundred years.” They were born in 1884 He wrote a book called ‘1984 ‘. He was off by a little bit. They’re almost closing the deal, now. They think they are.
OK, so that’s the history. Here we are. But when they really started to aggressively take over the country by impaneling their own President Woodrow Wilson – a product of Chatham House and the Royal International Institute for International Affairs – and he was a Fabian. Princeton professor.
Here comes your 16th, 17th amendment the birth of the the the Fed, the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia, MI6 is born in 1909. You’ve got The hatchlings of what would become the Deep State.
Here comes the wars, I’m sorry they contrived and set up and so now, they’re moving through and aggressively on their plans.
By the end of World War II, we get the Bretton Woods thing and now they morph out of the British Empire and into these new shells they have, which are the UN, the WHO the Bank of International Settlements. All of these institutions, which feel that they’re far better and far more important than your sovereignty and your sovereignty doesn’t exist. In fact, it irritates them.
Now, you know the rest of the history coming on up to today: COVID, 9/11 is a very big one. I personally believe, as a nation we have to go back there and rewalk that ground and we got to round up every single person involved and I could care less what side and we put him in jail or worse. I’m fine with that, too.
So this is where we are now. Don’t make President Trump out to be a Messiah. Don’t do that. But do understand that he is the single most powerful disruptive force on behalf of the Sovereigntists in over a hundred years in this nation and he needs us right now. He needs all of you and he needs you to end this conference when you do and go home and start recruiting your neighborhoods.
I do believe we’re gonna see some astonishingly good things in the days ahead. I do believe that if you look at what his other field general, Scott Bessent is doing, if you measure – and for those of you do track me on Dangerous Intellectuals, I talk about this all the time: We’re moving. We’re doing good, we’re doing good, OK?
Like my friend, Mark Attwood, I’m an “apocaloptimist”. Sure, it looks bad, but you know, fires happen.
But seriously, we’re about to watch our President make the decision of his lifetime and And it’s he’s already paid so much and he’s gonna pay a higher cost, still .These people are very serious They’ve been in power forever. They have no intention of giving it up now.
They’re trying like Hell to start World War III. Read my article. They’re trying like Hell to ignite civil wars in Europe. They may be successful in the case of the UK and Ireland. They may be too far gone. I don’t know. They want strife here.
If you need a crystal ball to find out what’s going to happen to us, if we’re not active, just look at the UK. Look into the crystal ball, because that’s what they want for you. You’re just a little bit behind and that guy’s name is Trump.
Now, hold up. After we get this one knocked out, they’re not going away. There’s a war after the war and they’re already cooking it up, in case they lose.
So this is my caution: Get a Brit, look if we round up everybody and throw them into Gitmo and everybody’s fit and we’re all high-fiving and it looks like a scene from the end of ‘Star Wars’ or the Ewoks, awesome. Go get some coffee or your favorite adult beverage, like I will and enjoy yourself.
And then, roll up your sleeves, because the next day, you’re still at it. And here’s where you’re gonna be at: the next round is they’re weaponizing AI, CBDCs, Digital IDs, social credit scores.
“Oh, they won’t do it, the Clarity and the Genius Act have saved us.” Not from the private companies, they haven’t.
So they’ll want to debank us, they’ll want your property and they’ll just try to out-wait the Trump administration and get right back after putting us in our soul cages. All for your safety.
In the UK right now, what happens when they mobilize all those men send them off to some crazy war with the Russians or threaten the Russians and all those invaders they have in their country right now who are rape gangs and assault gangs, what happens to the British people, then?
Oh, we have an answer: “You’ll be safe. We’ll put you in this little 15-minute Zone.” Right? We’re Americans. We won’t put up with it. I know that.
However, at your local levels, this is local, state and federal, OK? They mean it. They mean it. And so, I’m very hopeful that we’ll see Scott Bessent take us to a whole brand new monetary system that kind of pushes them away from [us].
But I want you to be prepared for it – we’re gonna win, here. Get your breath and we’re gonna have to win on the other side.
And you know what? I don’t want to be a member of the generation that failed its Founders or its grandchildren. And you don’t, either.
So Whether the strongest thing you have during the day is a cup of chamomile tea or you’re swilling Bourbon with the rest of the Patriots down at the tavern, you’re an American.
I don’t identify as a Republican. I don’t identify as a Democrat or an Independent or a Libertarian or any of that other stuff – and maybe that was beaten out of me, as a guy who got to fly jets on your nickel. Lot of adventures. I loved most of them.
I identify as an American. And my relationship is to my Creator, my Constitution, my family, my nation, my children – and so is yours…
Here’s here’s what I want to end with, is back where we started: This is a global war. This is a world war. If we fail in this nation, the world fails
They’re all rooting for us, every damn one of them; Canadians, New Zealand, Australia, UK, Germany, Spain, Belgium. We the People is not an American concept. We the people is a Sovereigntist, global concept – not Globalist – and those who will lose, here and slink away with their trillions and go, “Wow, we really got to figure this out.” We got to go after them.
So, Listen to Newsmax, listen to Dangerous Intellectuals.
