This is footage of computer programmer Clinton Eugene Curtis testifying under oath before the U.S. House Judiciary Members in Ohio in 2004. This footage was incorporated in the 2008 documentary, 'Murder, Spies & Voting Lies: The Clint Curtis Story,' which won numerous awards, including "Best Documentary" in the 2008 New Jersey Film Festival.
