Clif High's Web Bots Predicted War with Canada in 1999

Based on the output of his AI, Clif High predicts violence between the US and Canada, as well as within the Five Eyes countries, as the City of London goes into its death throes. He thinks the worst of this should be resolved by 2028 and that by 2030, a new social order will arise like a phoenix from the ashes, which he describes as “Very happy, very focused, very profitable, very wealthy.” 

In 1993, Clif High created a Large Language Model AI and he began a predictive linguistics experiment based on the premise that people were unconsciously psychic and that they would unconsciously predict future events in their online posts and that collecting this information might be lucrative. Clif sold his Asymmetric Language Trend Analysis “ALTA” Reports to traders for many years.

Starting 1999, his Web Bots started producing puzzling datasets about a war between Canada and the US, which made no sense at the time, to the point where he re-did the code to try to eliminate this. However, over the decades of doing this work, the trend kept solidifying and he allowed it to run as prescient data, even though it didn’t seem to make any sense.

His datasets didn’t call it a “war”. It was more of an “invasion” and a “collapse”. His datasets indicated a culmination moment resulting in a US invasion of Ontario and Ottawa and the collapse of the Canadian government, with several Canadian provinces retaining their integrity and joining the US against their own government and against what’s been going on in Canada for the past 30-40 years.

Clif tells Rich:

“There were also several provinces that were not so inclined, and they sort of put up a fight. And one of them is British Columbia to the north of me, which along the coast, there are rumors of hidden Chinese military bases.

“And this forms the proximate nominal cause for some of this action. But it’s actually, within the dataset, it was a piling on of lots and lots and lots and lots of little irritants, until it became seen from south of the border here, from the US perspective, as one large irritant that we could no longer live with.

“That, in fact, if the data was accurate, then we’ll get to the point of cross-border skirmishes, not at the behest of the United States but that would be purely defensive; that we would actually be attacked by, let’s say, rogue elements within the Canadian government using agents of deniability to attack US infrastructure across the border and then retreat to supposedly safe regions within Canada.

“And that this goes on for a number of months and then leads to an all-out invasion and a very brief invasive war. There will be real blood, real blood in the streets, that kind of thing, but not wholesale and not unrestricted and not punitive, but rather defensive, from the United States’ viewpoint but it will lead to the collapse of the Canadian governmental structure.

“And then, it will lead to a period of four or five years of Canada rebuilding itself at a social level; deciding what form of government, who they’re going to be aligned with, how they want to do it.

“It’s not that the United States comes in and takes over. It’s the United States comes in and does sort of an ‘Iran War’ on them, in the sense of taking-out their ability to cause problems and then, we let them sort it out on their own.”

This was something that few ever saw coming, until last week when Mark Carney basically declared war on the US.

Clif continues:

“And our current situation is such that the degradation, the effective moves that Trump et al are doing [with Iran, Venezuela, the drug cartels, money-launderers, USAID, the Treasury, etc] are forcing the City of London to take basically drastic and desperate moves, one of which will lead to the idea or to the instructions being given to the Canadians – the governmental people – to start this proxy war with the US. And it won’t go well for either the City of London or for Canada.

“This will be also concurrent with activities going on both in Taiwan – well, in Taiwan, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. And all three of these things in Asia will join with Canada to present us with – and I’m going to say ‘a summer’ but it’s actually indicated to start off in late winter and go through spring – before there’s the active engagement of the US military, boots-on-the-ground kind of thing, in that summer. I’m suspecting this will occur next year.

“If not, it’ll take that long and it’ll go into 2028. It comes before 2029. It’s all finished-up, from the viewpoint of a war, it’s all finished-up by the time we get into the big worries about Apophis. And Apophis will be one of the last cards that the City of London pulls out trying to create chaos…”

Apophis is the near-Earth asteroid that has a 2.7% probability of hitting the Earth on Friday, April 13, 2029.

Clif then gets into the deeper nature of these City of London psyops and how they use the Power of Manifestation, as described by Neville Goddard and many others:

“The City of London uses this tactic whereby they are attempting to control your mind. And everybody thinks of it as a psyop but there’s this deeper level. And they are operating under the premise that if they can get millions and tens of millions, hundreds of millions of minds, all thinking the same way that they do, then they can manifest whatever it is they’ve put into those minds, because of the emotional energy that’s attached to these thoughts…

“We can think of the City of London as one of the three large secret societies that doesn’t acknowledge themselves as a secret society, right? The Masons, the Rosicrucians, all of these clandestine organizations are merely fronts that you’re designed to see that that are designed for you to be able to find, in order to further obscure the City of London behind it.”

As to what the City of London actually is, Clif describes it as “A remnant from the last Great Reset. They are a remnant of a hereditary class of people that used to exist within the Great Tartarian pan-Earth empire.”

I find it stunning that Clif subscribes to Tartaria and to the “new chronology” of Russian mathematics professor, Anatoly Fomenko. I posted this video about Fomenko’s work way back in 2011 and I’ve ignored all talk about “Tartaria” and “mud floods” as another Flat Earth psyop, ever since. I guess I have to take another look.

Fomenko proposes that what we’ve been taught about the ancient history of Rome, Greece and Egypt, etc actually occurred a thousand years later, during the Middle Ages. Fomenko claims that world history prior to 1600 AD was centered around a global empire called Great Tartaria and that the truth has been widely falsified to serve the interests of the Vatican and the Holy Roman Empire – i.e., what we’ve been referring to as the “City of London”.

Of Fomenko’s work, Clif says:

“He’s piecing together this great detective story to undo all of the lies that the City of London, the Vatican and Washington DC have been pumping out ever since their existence; trying to describe the world in a way that does not reference any of these old Tartarian understandings.

“And so, we find that if you examine it, you find the remnants of Tartaria everywhere, including in Mexico and anywhere there are pyramids. You know – Thailand, everywhere – these were all part of Tartaria…

“Tartaria had an empire that was all around the entire planet. There was no one that was excluded from it. When Tartaria got old and the times changed and collapsed, these remnants emerged. What we call the City of London, the secret society there was one of these deep societies that managed the money for the Tartarian Empire on a hereditary basis, that had evolved over hundreds and hundreds of years and they decided to retain power and exert themselves for themselves, not for the authority that had been in place during the time of the Tartars.

“It gets very, very, very deep and very complex, but if you have a large enough vision, then all kinds of things make sense in our world that otherwise are put down to coincidence, happenstance, etc. None of which is factual. They’re all planned…

“These individuals, as I say, inherited their power and position and they’re loath to release it, because they know that they can’t re-achieve it ever once they reach a certain point.”

Clif says that there was no tactical or strategic reason for the World War II Bombing of Dresden and that the real motive was to erase evidence of this Tartarian civilization in Dresden, which he says was “One of the last great Tartarian cities within the continent of Europe, totally untouched.”

As for the upcoming Midterm elections, Clif believes the Republicans will handily win both the Senate and the House and that all of the anxiety that’s been projected has been part of a “mind feint” that’s part of the broader strategy to lessen the impact of the City of London on our elections.

He continues:

“It’s been said that, absent fraud, no Democrat could be elected and that’s a factual thing. What they don’t do is they don’t take it back even far enough and say that absent the propaganda, the narrative, the manifestation work of the City of London, no Democrat would exist. And that’s really the case.

“So Democrats now have concentrated into this hardcore of what they call the Democratic Socialists of America, but it’s really Communism, which again, was also created by the City of London. They paid Marx to come up with the ‘Communist Manifesto”. They paid Engels to make it readable and both of those individuals were sexual deviants and their money came from the City of London. “The City of London promotes, always, constantly those people that they can control via blackmail. And they do it by choosing deviant personalities, because the deviant personality has inbuilt paranoia. They don’t want people to criticize them, etc, etc, etc and so, that was one of their tactics…

“The City of London is attempting to start World War III. It’s another one of their piracy things. So, they told Ukraine and put all their deviants in control in Ukraine and they told him, ‘You guys are pirates. We’re going to fund you. We want you to attack Russia. You will owe us all of this money and we get part of Russia after you win.’

“Well, they’re not going to win and there won’t be this settlement, because they’re not going to be able to get Russia into a World War III stance, here.

“There is actually an alliance between Xi, Putin and Trump and they’re all going after the City of London and at that larger geopolitical scale, it’s the three of them against the Three-Headed Dragon from the City of London, that rules outward…

“And we now see that that nuclear war is continually threatened. And nowadays, who pays any attention to them screaming “World War III!”? Very few people, indeed and it’s becoming less and less of a threat. It’s seemingly disappearing under its own heavy, non-active weight…

“And so in my opinion, we’re getting close and I think it’ll be late ‘26, early ‘27 that the Powers that Be, the City of London, the Deep State will come to the realization they have to have blood in the street to try and demonstrate that they’ve got power and that will be one of their big undoings at that stage.

“It’s not going to be good. It’s not, it’s going to be incredibly ugly. There won’t be civil war, so to speak, because it won’t be a naturally-arising sort of a situation.”

Clif gets into the history of the British Empire in China and of organized crime in China and how the Triads are secret societies bound by an ethos that allowed them to be very cohesive and determined not to lose. He’s not sure if the Chinese learned this from the British or vice versa.

Clif believes the City of London is being defeated by the nationalistic efforts everywhere around the planet and they will respond by taking the violence to the streets.

He says:

“Part of their tactic will be to send these skirmishing troops from Canada into the US. They’re going to try and start a border war and harden Canada. They want Canada to separate from the US, remove the resources that the US nominally has access to, and to harden themselves up as an enemy of the US. It’s not going to happen, because the US response will not be as they suspect.

“That’s one of the very few tactics they have within this overall strategy of Deception Until Rule. Even after ruling, they don’t want you to know who’s in charge and who’s running it because those individuals would be able to be taken-out…

“What I expect, from my data over the years is that we will reach a point where the City of London will be so battered and so restricted, mainly their money system falling all apart, and that’s their big level of control, that their figureheads will start to rebel and drift away and they’ll start to appear to fracture.

“At that point, they will push their main weapon, which is violence, down through the population to try and create violence as a distraction for government, trying to induce actions from the government to repress their own people, in order that they would have a base in that repressed people from which they could re-spring to power, unknown to the people that they’re manipulating…

“The worst in terms of the violence and so forth is ahead of us. It will be within the Western Five Eyes Republics, primarily, but it has far-reaching ramifications all over. It is basically the same playbook that the Three-Headed Demon has always used, except that now they’ve removed organized violence in the form of armies and these kinds of things from the control of the City of London.

“I think at some point, the City of London people will tell Canada, ‘Attack the United States,’ and the Canadians will just say – the government will say – ‘No, we can’t do that.’

“At that point, the City of London will then go to their sub-agents and they’ll activate the secret societies that are already in place in these various communities, such as the Sikhs, and say, ‘OK, you guys have to do this’…

“So I’m not planning on anything really calming down until after 2030. We are into a Golden Age. As all of the degradation of the City of London is occurring, there will be a rising, a new and very happy, very focused, very profitable, very wealthy, new social order that will be emerging out of the chaos, very much like the Phoenix rising from its own ashes…

“So we’re going to get back to individualism, the Rugged Individualist who’s now able to go on out and deal with the world.”

Crypto Rich: Hey Cliff, thank you so much for coming back on again.

Clif High: Sure, you’re most welcome. Thank you very much for asking.

Crypto Rich: Yes, and that chuckle is because we had a few chuckles before we started recording, okay, just so you’re clear.

And you posted a tweet yesterday, an ex-post, where you said that Canada and the US are going to get into a conflict. Are you talking about a hot war between the United States and Canada? Are you channeling the South Park movie, Cliff High?

Clif High: No, I’m not. But since the year 1999, in my data, when it was in full force, when I was doing Large Language Model data gathering with basically an AI of my own creation, there were puzzling data chunks that would show up about conflict between Canada and the US, which made no sense in ‘99. It continued all the way through into 2009, still making no sense that we would get into this war.

And so that had been in the data since probably 1997 in that first run. But for sure in 1999, it came in very strong and I thought, “OK, my data sets are totally wonky.” In fact, it made me redo a lot of the code, trying to eliminate it. And then I validated that these things were coming up as prescient data, and it was a natural or organic offering by the process and so I just let it continue.

And I made some level of references to it over the years, over the decades of doing that work. And it kept solidifying but even so, it was never anything that actually made sense under the circumstances.

And now, we find out that the Canadians have been taken over by the City of London – they’ve always been a proxy for the City of London – but now we know that they’re being brought into the play, brought into the game as an active player, and are being given instructions and this sort of thing by the Powers-that-Be within the City of London.

Crypto Rich: What is Apophis?

Clif High: Apophis is this very large comet or meteor. It’s not a planet-killer, but it would be a very much, if it hit Earth, it would be very much an ecology-disruptor.

So, you’ll read at the time we get into it, you’ll read horrific projections as to what will happen when it hits. Neither of those are factual. It won’t hit and so, we don’t know what would actually happen, but they’ll tell you that maybe a third of the atmosphere would be destroyed, that there’d be sulfur dioxide everywhere, that we’d have sulfuric rains and all of this kind of thing. I often have pondered whether chemtrails are a lead-in to, or in some way involved with Apophis.

The thing about Apophis is this: that even with our best science, our best math about this is such that we don’t know. That the range of the error, the potential error in their calculations is such that the Apophis is within that range. So they can’t say, our science way back when in the ‘50s could not say whether or not it would hit Earth. It’s going to come so close that it’s within the range of error, the slop, so to speak, within their mathematics.

And so, it could indeed hit us. They don’t project that. They didn’t in the ‘50s, they didn’t project that it would hit, but they said, “OK, it’ll come within, let’s say a million miles, but our range of error is 1.4 million.” So it very well could hit, because the error on the math is such that we can’t calculate where it’s actually going to be when it’s closest to Earth.

There are other projections that it’s going to come closer to Earth, that it would pass, so to speak, in that distance between Earth and Moon. So, it’s dodging a bullet; actually, factually – a bullet aimed at our planet.

And it’s large enough that if, indeed it did hit, we would have impact into the planet. It wouldn’t burn-up coming in, but much of it would be evaporated but that evaporation process, the destruction, the fireball, would be the largest that we’ve seen since basically the dinosaurs were wiped-out.

And it would be, the expectation is that, absent destruction of it, it would have been as damaging as the Tunguska blast in Siberia. Tunguska was another comet that also actually entered the atmosphere, and it was destroyed. What no one talks about is that it was destroyed by some outside force that originated from our planet – that was not directed by humans.

It did not simply explode, due to being superheated by coming into the atmosphere. But when it exploded, it leveled a Siberian forest for hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of miles in all directions, literally knocked over all the trees, tore their roots out of the ground, killed lots of the animists that were living in that area just from the blast.

And so we have Tunguska as a model for what could potentially happen if Apophis comes in. And of course, Apophis is used by the all over the place and all of their symbolism and their projections. We have to bear in mind something, and that is that the City of London practices manifestation. And they do so by creating the narrative, trying to direct us all to think that this will occur.

Crypto Rich: Forgive me, I just want to come back to this. I want you to come back to this. But let me just say something. So one for people watching, a conversation with Clif is always surprising, to say the least. And the distances they get traveled, the metaphorical distances and the conceptual distances, right? So hold on, hold on tight, we’re in for a ride, right?

Clif High: Seven-league boots are required, yes.

Crypto Rich: That’s right. And also, for people who don’t know the AI program that you talked about, I’ll just give people a brief overview of that. So you’re an experienced, skilled computer programmer. You came up with an AI program, which you call the “web bot”, which would scrape the internet for human beings’ language.

You devised a way of reading that language and collating it and what it was signified. And you operate on the principle that human beings are psychic. We may not necessarily be aware of it, but our psychicness seeps out in conversation. Which is what you’re referring to, that in 1997 and 1999 onwards, you were picking up this conflict between the, a hot conflict between Canada and the United States.

Now, I’ve been listening to Cliff’s work for many, many years. I find him incredibly interesting and baffling and just wonderful to listen to, right? He feeds my brain. But I’ve also tracked some of your predictions over that time, because you said there was this digital money that was coming long before Bitcoin was a thing. There’s other stuff that you’ve said that’s happening. So this is where the background to Clif for those who don’t know.

Clif High: And we do have proof of the effectiveness of the LLM that I designed in the sense that I had the “new money” showing up from that very first run that I did, which took most of a year to go through, which was in 1997. And so, the idea of new money appearing showed up 11 years before the white paper that described the Bitcoin blockchain.

Crypto Rich: That’s, it’s incredible. Thank you. Thank you, Clif.

OK. So the city of London, you were talking about they use the power of manifestation. And I’ve got a question, if you can include it, or we can come to it later, which is, how come people don’t get that it’s the City of London in the background at play? What have they done? And what’s going on with people?

Clif High: They do lots of stuff to, in the course of their narrative, of course, they exclude themselves, right? In building their narrative, they never reference themselves as the narrative controller, etc. They just say this as though it’s going to be occurring.

And they leave themselves out. The City of London does everything they can to disguise that they’re this separate entity that’s being run by other powers that we need to discuss later, because it gets really into the Deep Woo.

But so they use a process called “manifestation”, where they recognize everything that Neville Goddard, Florence Shinn, all of these people from past times in the early 1900s, all practiced and the idea is that, “My words have power because I’m a divine being. And so, my words are my wand and I command with my language.”

So, their idea is that, “We will use language to shape the world that we wish to live in,” meaning the City of London. And that world is not amicable to regular humans.

Crypto Rich: Sorry, excuse me a second, Clif. There are some wild beasts. It sounds like wild beasts in the background.

Clif High: Hang on a second. Let me just dissuade them. Hey Guys, be calm. We have dominance battles going on.

Crypto Rich: That’s right. They’re puppies, not grizzly bears that Clif keeps as pets.

Clif High: Well, one of the puppies is 130 pounds.

Crypto Rich: OK. I’m so sorry.

Clif High: That’s all right. It’s I just I’m used to it. So I don’t worry about it much. But yeah, they are noisy.

OK, so the City of London uses this tactic whereby they are attempting to control your mind. And everybody thinks of it as a psyop but there’s this deeper level. Everything in reality begins with a thought, the more you put emotional energy behind a thought, the more likely it is that some aspect of that thought will manifest. And that’s what they’re operating on.

They’re their own critter and deserve several hours of discussion to get into the whys, the hows and the whos of the City of London, going back. I prefer not to go too much further back than the 1700s, because there was a nice clean division, there with the the what was called the Age of Enlightenment.

But you can take it all the way back to John Dee, you can take it back into the 1200s, the 1300s with the burning of the Templars. That was all City of London doing this sort of thing, right? It wasn’t called that, but it nonetheless was the same players in all of this.

We can think of the City of London as one of the three large secret societies that doesn’t acknowledge themselves as a secret society, right? The Masons, the Rosicrucians, all of these clandestine organizations are merely fronts that you’re designed to see that that are designed for you to be able to find in order to further obscure the City of London behind it.

City of London is a one square mile country within a country as is the Vatican, as is Washington DC. And at one point in my data, it said that that we would get a president that would take government and remove it from Washington DC, lock stock and barrel and just take it all the way out of Washington DC at the time –

Crypto Rich: Physically remove it.

Clif High: That was in the data. That was my interpretation in the data, but it never said it was actually going to move. But it said it was going to be removed from Washington DC.

Well, in a sense, that’s what Trump is doing is he’s removing the power of that separate city, that separate state, the Washington DC to control the government. And so in a sense, it actually is moving.

But at the time that that first appeared, which was like maybe 2001, ‘02 or ‘03, the language seemed to indicate that we’d move it to Oklahoma or something, right? Or put it Nebraska or Kansas more central to the country.

And also, in those same datasets, it talked about the City of London being under attack, as well as the Vatican, the Vatican being the religious arm, the Washington DC is the military arm and the City of London is the financial arm of the enemy, so to speak of this greater entity that controls all three, and has for perhaps thousands of years, but is certainly in charge since the 1700s, when they eliminated all kinds of things from our science, and created science as a religion, then Scientism, which we’re now all laboring under.

So it’s, you know, we find ourselves in a very interesting reality, where we’re born into this vast global species-wide conflict, that’s basically not really been visible to us all until recently. Now, it’s all coming out a little bit more and more and more, people know about City of London, and the battles that are going on.

But 75% of our population of the planet are what we can think of as “new humans” or “new souls”. These are not not people that have had many, many, many, many, many lives, OK? They’re just getting used to being human, they don’t have the awareness, the acumen, the discrimination of mind that some of us do; some of us old souls that have been around a long time, repeatedly through many lives, and you bring stuff with you when you come into this life, into this body’s life, you bring in traits and capabilities and so on. And the longer you live, the more that is true.

And so, a lot of these people are new humans. And it’s they’re kind of easy to fool.

Crypto Rich: Right, right. OK, thank you. I want to go back to what you said about Shanghai, was it Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shanghai,

Clif High: And Shanghai.

Crypto Rich: No, I don’t know about Shanghai, but Taiwan and Hong Kong, I can get as outposts of the City of London.

Clif High: Correct.

Crypto Rich: I didn’t know about Shanghai.

Clif High: Shanghai is very deep, right? So in the 1920s, the City of London’s two main Asian outgrowths were Shanghai and Hong Kong.

In Shanghai, they ran into a very interesting situation where they had to import a Sikh as Officer Class down into noncoms, and they had to have other people as the actual soldiers. And then, they brought in British officers to run the whole operation. And they installed most of them in the Shanghai Police Department.

And they had to come up with, well, this was where WE Fairbairn got his start, the creator of Defendu, this ultimate martial art. This guy that analyzed, he was one of the first data analysts that we’ve ever seen that spoke publicly.

And he analyzed hundreds of reports about the Shanghai gangs and came up with tactics and strategies, as a result of his analysis that were successful in controlling them.

He was doing so for the City of London, although he didn’t know it. He thought of himself as a nationalist and that this was British territory.

And the gang operation, well, this actually brings us back to current stuff too. The gang operation in Shanghai and Hong Kong was brutal. Hundreds of murders a month, that kind of a thing, right?

And the Chinese police were not off limits. They were frequently targeted and killed by the gangs, Shanghai being the most brutal. And it’s from there – and this was where I first came across the City of London’s motto of “Power is visible when blood runs in the streets.” And so that’s their ultimate fallback.

And they were upset, because the Shanghai gangs were disputing their ability to run things. And so, the Shanghai gangs were nationalist Shanghaians or Chinese that didn’t want the outside City of London messing with them.

They had a good thing going. They were a nascent cartel. They were not as evolved as the Triads that ran Hong Kong. The Triads had a firm grip, a total lock on all life in Hong Kong from birth till death. If you spent money in Hong Kong during those periods of time, some portion of it went to a Triad.

Triads were secret societies that were bound by a religious and nationalistic ethos that allowed them to be very cohesive and to have people that were determined not to lose. And the Triads still exist to this day.

And there was an uneasy truce that was worked out when they came up with this idea of One Country Two Systems, as the Communist Chinese came in and took over Hong Kong. But that was like a 30-year process. It was not a single day sort of a thing, right? And so, the cartels were allowed to exist, as long as they paid tribute to the City of London.

They didn’t have that kind of nice, easy sort of thing within Shanghai. And so, in one case, the City of London exercised blood in the streets in Hong Kong, in order to get their way. People were killed, in order to create the illusion of the various different kinds of contention in Hong Kong at that time.

In Shanghai, the police were almost defeated repeatedly. The Brits were almost kicked out repeatedly, and the City of London lost all kinds of influence and money and control in Shanghai and they barely squeaked by in retaining it over the years, until the Communist Chinese Revolution – which they controlled, which was financed by the City of London. They chose who was coming in to create the Communist order, etc and when it came down and took over Shanghai and this sort of thing, it too ran into the gang issues.

And then the gangs, sensing the overwhelming population that they were facing, in terms of an enemy, they faded. Well, they didn’t go away. They just faded into the background kind of a thing and decided to take different tactics and still exist to this day, as do the Triads but they’re a much softer kind of a cartel than you find in Hong Kong.

Nonetheless, I don’t know who learned from who. Did the City of London learn how to control cartels from its interaction with Shanghai and Hong Kong in the 1900s through the 1930s? Perhaps.

I think they maybe were the model for those secret societies operating their own cartels, because they saw the City of London doing it. In other words, the upshot is that we’re back there now.

As the City of London, as the titular head of the enemy, the Head of the Demon – one of the three heads of the demon – the one with the brains – is being defeated by the operations of the nationalistic efforts everywhere around the planet. They will respond by taking the violence and letting it go down through the population to reappear in the streets.

They don’t have many tactics. They’re not very well-educated in this reality. They always come back to specific kinds of tactics, and they never change their strategy.

They will be defeated because of this and they can’t change their strategy without tearing themselves asunder, because they’re so hierarchically-controlled by Power Rules, Right is Might, even within the city of London. Whoever has the power can dictate, because it’s basically a tyranny.

This is going to come back out now. Part of their tactic will be to send these skirmishing troops from Canada into the US. They’re going to try and start a border war and harden Canada. They want Canada to separate from the US, remove the resources that the US nominally has access to, and to harden themselves up as an enemy of the US. It’s not going to happen, because the US response will not be as they suspect.

That’s one of the very few tactics they have within this overall strategy of Deception Until Rule. Even after ruling, they don’t want you to know who’s in charge and who’s running it because those individuals would be able to be taken-out. Then, it creates a vacuum, and they’ve got to go through all of the other problems. They’ve got to go through a huge amount of problems in replacing anybody in power within their structure.

Anybody we see in power, in terms of politicians and so on are simply figureheads. They’re not the actual ruling council or people within the City of London. If we wanted to get into the real Woo of it all, the City of London is a remnant from the last Great Reset. They are a remnant of a hereditary class of people that used to exist within the Great Tartarian Pan-Earth Empire.

Tartaria had an empire that was all around the entire planet. There was no one that was excluded from it. When Tartaria got old and the times changed and collapsed, these remnants emerged. What we call the City of London, the secret society there, was one of these deep societies that managed the money for the Tartarian Empire on a hereditary basis, that had evolved over hundreds and hundreds of years and they decided to retain power and exert themselves for themselves, not for the authority that had been in place during the time of the Tartars.

It gets very, very, very deep and very complex, but if you have a large enough vision, then all kinds of things make sense in our world that otherwise are put down to coincidence, happenstance, etc. None of which is factual. They’re all planned.

What I expect from my data over the years is that we will reach a point where the City of London will be so battered and so restricted, mainly their money system falling all apart, and that’s their big level of control, that their figureheads will start to rebel and drift away and they’ll start to appear to fracture.

At that point, they will push their main weapon, which is violence, down through the population to try and create violence as a distraction for government, trying to induce actions from the government to repress their own people, in order that they would have a base in that repressed people from which they could re-spring to power, unknown to the people that they’re manipulating.

Black Lives Matter was not an organic thing. It was created by the City of London. All of the lies that fed it were carefully crafted by the City of London and pushed out and shoved down everybody’s throats.

Actually, the point of the lies is not that people should believe the lies, but that there are so many lies out there that you’re not to believe anything. They want you to question everything, including your own nationalistic feelings or leanings or your political stance. All of this is something they want you to question, because in that questioning, you’re off balance and they can tip you – they think – the way that they want to in terms of how to run the planet. That’s their ultimate goal.

These individuals, as I say, inherited their power and position and they’re loath to release it, because they know that they can’t re-achieve it ever once they reach a certain point.

The worst in terms of the violence and so forth is ahead of us. It will be within the Western Five Eyes Republics, primarily, but it has far-reaching ramifications all over. It is basically the same playbook that the three-headed demon has always used, except that now they’ve removed organized violence in the form of armies and these kinds of things from the control of the City of London.

I think at some point, the City of London people will tell Canada, “Attack the United States,” and the Canadians will just say, the government will say, “No, we can’t do that.”

At that point, the City of London will then go to their sub-agents and they’ll activate the secret societies that are already in place in these various communities, such as the Sikhs, and say, “OK, you guys have to do this.”

Crypto Rich: I’m reminded of the CIA cut-outs in the war; ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and all those groups that were fostered by the CIA, which was grandfathered by MI6, is my understanding.

Clif High: Correct, OSS.

Crypto Rich: So that’s what I hear when you’re talking about this. And then I suppose, Dear God, please, Dear God, let the City of London be defeated! Enough of their tyranny! Let the Orange Man prevail. Let the Orangeness rule over!

Clif High: And it is going to be that way, but we’re not yet to the Promised Land. We’ve got a big desert full of bandits that we’ve got to go through, in order to get there. So I’m not planning on anything really calming down until after 2030.

We are into a Golden Age. As all of the degradation of the City of London is occurring, there will be a rising, a new and very happy, very focused, very profitable, very wealthy, new social order that will be emerging out of the chaos, very much like the Phoenix rising from its own ashes.

And it’s going to be a very weird world that way, because the people will be able to see that, “Oh, wow, these other fellows over here are living a very good life. They’re achieving all of these things because of themselves. And it has nothing to do with being granted power by governments or anything.”

So we’re going to get back to individualism, the Rugged Individualist who’s now able to go on out and deal with the world. This Rugged Individualist will have a different level of social ethos, but actually, it harkens back to Henry Ford and those first entrepreneurs that ultimately their organizations were co-opted into cartels but during the period of their inception, they were an entirely different model.

And as I say, they were co-opted, right? Rockefeller and all of these people were agents of the City of London. They saw the rise of this. They started forming the cartels. And so they ruled by deception. “By deception, Thou Shalt Make War” is the Mossad’s motto and that is direct from the City of London.

And the deception is, for instance, in the case of Rockefeller, they say that oil is scarce, that it comes from squashed-up dinosaurs, which is patently absurd, on so many levels. Turns out that the planet makes two fluids in volume. One is water, and the other is oil. Oil is the second most plentiful fluid on this planet and we’re about to see the results of Trump acting on these understandings of this reality.

And so, we’re going to get to the point where perhaps we’ll see gasoline fall to what we would think of as unimaginable levels of cost. So maybe a gallon for 20 cents, that sort of thing.

But it’s not 20 cents in our current dollars. The Federal Reserve note is dying. The Federal Reserve note is a creature of the City of London, just as the Second American Bank during Lincoln’s time was a creature of the City of London and had to be thrown out of the country.

Trump has a very elegant scheme for getting rid of the influence of the Federal Reserve and replacing it with Treasury dollars. Under those new conditions, it may be that one Treasury dollar is equal to 5,000 or 10,000 Federal Reserve notes.

Thus, it makes sense that with Treasury dollars that a gallon of gasoline would only be 20 cents in that line. So we have to be nuanced, in our discussion of prices, at this stage by saying which currency you’ll be dealing in.

And so, it may well be that we get one million dollar, one million Federal Reserve note Bitcoin. And so everybody that would have even a fraction of a Bitcoin will feel themselves to be very wealthy – in Federal Reserve notes – but the Federal Reserve note will only have one penny of purchasing power. It has theoretically three pennies worth of purchasing power now. That’s why the prices are all so high.

And I don’t think that Trump is attempting to reform the Federal Reserve and to put purchasing power back into that money. I think it’s a much broader approach to removing the Federal Reserve from our lives and these debt-based instruments.

I do suspect that over these next few years, we will lose the Income Tax here in this country and maybe that’ll spread to the former English colonies, Australia, Canada, etc. I do suspect that, in that period of time we will have an entirely different structure for pricing and it may be that we have multiple prices indicated on things.

So even going to a grocery store or Amazon, you’ll see prices indicated in whatever you prefer to pay in; cryptos or the new currency Treasury Dollars or Federal Reserve debt instruments, whatever you happen to have. And we’ll have this multiplicity of currency stuff, because software makes it easy to do that.

Makes it easy to make these arrangements behind the scenes, so that it becomes transparent to the customer. And it’s going to be easy that way and we’ll be able to see the effects of the battle, the war.

And so, when people say it’s a “spiritual war”, a “global war”, many of these individuals mean something like God vs Demons but it’s not that way. It is a spiritual war but it is a battle of spiritual viewpoints.

Are humans, is humanity independent and self-actualizing or are they slaves of the broader control structure that we’ve inherited since the last Great Reset with the destruction of Tartaria?

We know that this was a deliberate thing on the part of London, because they, London, were the ones that instructed their military arm in Washington, DC to totally destroy the city of Dresden. There was no, in World War II, there were no munitions, there were no tactical or strategic reason for Dresden to have ever been bombed.

The only reason it was bombed into rubble was because it was one of the last great Tartarian cities within the continent of Europe, totally untouched. They hadn’t even removed the bells out of the churches and stuff there. And so it was decided that those buildings could not exist, because, “We’re discarding Tartaria.”

The City of London said, “We don’t want anybody to recognize our roots in Tartaria and this greater pan-Earth species-wide empire that existed. We want all of that to be obliterated from the minds and we have to obliterate it from reality, in order for this to occur.”

The firebombing of Dresden was one of the most horrible acts of the war.

Crypto Rich: OK, Clif, thank you so much. I’m going to make a comment about you.

Clif High: Yeah, I know I’m bald!

Crypto Rich: No, no, no, no. I wish, I wish I had your ability that every book I’d ever read in my life I could just recall, right, like that. And I know you’ve mentioned that you do have this incredible memory.

I read a book and I’m like, “Oh yeah, I read something some time ago.” So, thank you so much for that journey.

I want to ask you about the Midterms that are coming up in November, right? Like, are they in some way a sort of marker of some of these events that you’ve talked about? How do you see that playing out?

Clif High: No, no, it’s a done deal. Trump’s already won the Midterms. That was a mind feint. They want you to think that there’s anxiety. They want you to think that there’s things that are uncertain.

There are so many tactics as part of the broader strategy that the Trump-and-allies have, that we’re only on like one or two of the tactics to eliminate or dampen-down the City of London impact on our elections.

It’s been said that, absent fraud, no Democrat could be elected and that’s a factual thing. What they don’t do is they don’t take it back even far enough and say that absent the propaganda, the narrative, the manifestation work of the City of London, no Democrat would exist. And that’s really the case.

So Democrats now have concentrated into this hardcore of what they call the Democratic Socialists of America, but it’s really Communism, which again, was also created by the City of London. They paid Marx to come up with the ‘Communist Manifesto”. They paid Engels to make it readable and both of those individuals were sexual deviants and their money came from the City of London.

The City of London promotes, always, constantly those people that they can control via blackmail. And they do it by choosing deviant personalities, because the deviant personality has inbuilt paranoia. They don’t want people to criticize them, etc, etc, etc and so, that was one of their tactics.

Absent the City of London, the Democratic Party here would be such a minor thing that it probably wouldn’t even have a single representative in the, in the House of Representatives. Maybe they would have some level of authority in the, in the state elections and stuff.

In my State in Washington, three generations back, they put in the control of the voting system, by way of the machinery from Venezuela and China and they fought for that and three elections back,

Crypto Rich: Three elections back.

Clif High: No, no,no, three generations, 60-plus years back. So I remember the last time a Republican was elected to Governor here and he was what we would consider a liberal Republican. After that, it’s always been Democrats and so, no Republican can win. It’s pretty much a foregone conclusion.

I think it was two governor elections back, here there were, the Republican was swamped by 900,000 ballots that suddenly appeared. And so he lost by – and, and if you actually examine it, there were more votes than there were residents of the state. Even worse, we have the same kind of problem as, uh, Minnesota with foreign communities.

The Somali community in Washington state is large, numerous, tightly-controlled by the City of London and is a giant sinkhole for all things government largesse. And they’re, they’re a huge source of fraud, including voter fraud.

And so this is a very mixed-up, screwed-up, trashed electoral system here in the United States and this is going to be corrected.

Now, in my opinion, as we go forward into the future, voting is going to have – it’s going to have a different kind of a flavor and a result, because there will be many ways of voting, not simply voting for elections, but also voting by way, in a backhanded sense, by way of your choices.

And so, you can think of everybody that decides to dump Federal Reserve notes and concentrate their lives around Treasury Notes or cryptocurrency as voting with their money and that in doing so, you remove power from the Federal Reserve, which removes power from the Government that hands out those Federal Reserve Notes to people that, then donate to the Democratic Party.

And so, the Somalis are huge donators to the Democratic Party in this state. They get the illegal money from all of their fake hospices, fake adult day care centers, and all of these kinds of things. And a very large portion of that goes to Democratic candidates, here in the United States or in Washington state.

These Democratic candidates are all deep Socialists that are in their pockets and are allied with them through this strange connection between the deviant communities here and the imported Islamic communities. This forging, this linkage has been forged by the City of London. It’s not a natural, organic thing.

Crypto Rich: Now, I can get the Somalis, with a very dark skin as a defense against the brutal Sun of Somalia. Why would they go to Washington [State]? But I can say the same about me, as a Punjabi living in England, right? In Southern England.

Clif High: Why are they going so North? Exactly. And the same thing in Sweden, you know, these people are not, basically not designed by Universe to deal with the lack of Sun.

Crypto Rich: Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. OK.

Now then, cause one of the things that I think is missing from your Web Bot reports, either deliberately or you never focused on it or the Web Bots didn’t pick it up, are the conflicts and in particular right now, there’s the war between Ukraine and Russia, which I think the Europeans and the Britons or the City of London are desperate to stoke-up as a cover for default, so they can, you know, pursue their control grid and kill more people, use the war to kill more people.

Clif High: Yeah. It was not missing. It was the interpretation, because it was never, it’s never a war. It’s not Russia versus Ukraine. It’s another piracy thing.

So, the City of London finances pirates. They agree to give loans to people like the Somalis and they, the Somalis nowadays buy the boats, the weapons and so on in order to go attack tankers in order to pay back that loan.

So the City of London gets this percentage and they get the loan paid back. And they also get a portion of the booty. They’ve worked this way ever since the killing of the Cathars in the 12- and 1300s and finally, the burning alive of the Templar Knights.

And so, they financed privateers that were then told, “You can go to the Caribbean and you can sack any vessel and, and we’ll buy your boat. We’ll pay you the money to pay your crews. But we not only get this loan paid back, we get a portion of the booty that you haul back out of this, because the pirates of the Caribbean are attacking our slave vessels. They’re attacking our transport vessels for sugar, for tobacco,” and all of these things that were coming from the Americas and they’re seizing this.

Well, the pirates of the Caribbean were the Cathars that were driven first out of France into Spain, out of Germany and France into Spain, a million and a half were killed. When they were in Spain, another crusade against them was begun and they were forced into Portugal and from Portugal they went to the Azores and at last, when they, the remnants of the Cathars were attacked in the Azores, they fled to the Caribbean. This is in the 1200s. So supposedly before America was even discovered, right?

And so you can’t believe our history. If you want to understand history, you need to start looking into the work of Anatoly Fomenko, the Russian chronologist and understand that what he is saying is he’s piecing together this great detective story to undo all of the lies that the City of London, the Vatican and Washington DC have been pumping out ever since their existence; trying to describe the world in a way that does not reference any of these old Tartarian understandings.

And so, we find that if you examine it, you find the remnants of Tartaria everywhere, including in Mexico and anywhere there are pyramids. You know – Thailand, everywhere – these were all part of Tartaria.

When the Empire broke up, a decision was made by the City of London to craft a narrative that would sever the link, so that the City of London would be seen as its own power base, rather than simply the remnants of a particular hereditary class of money handlers that dealt with money for the Tartarian Empire.

But anyway, so we can’t trust the history we’ve been given. Throughout my life, I ran into issues with some school districts until I finally wised up and never brought it up, because my parents, my father was a German Cathar by extraction and ultimately went from the Caribbean to the Mississippi River; sailed up the Mississippi and his people settled in the hills and hollows of Missouri.

And so we had a large Catharic community there. My mother was French Cathar. And again, their people were driven out of the Azores into the Caribbean in the 12- and 1300s, a hundred years-plus before the nominal discovery of America.

And so I would bring this up in school papers and stuff, because this was a family history and, you know, I accepted what my parents told me – and of course I got real sh¡t from the school district for going against the official line.

And then, I just discovered, “Oh, OK. It’s a scam. Schooling is not intended to educate. It’s intended to regurgitate.” And so, OK, I can regurgitate with the best of them, right? I’ve got a good memory. I read that I’ll regurgitate it to you and I’ll get an A on that test.

So I understood, at a very young age, like seven and eight, that the education system was basically a scam and a scheme, but you could play this scheme and get what you want out of it.

And so I did, right. So I was able to graduate out early out of high school, all of this kind of thing, because I understood the nature of what of the beast I was dealing with. It was an organization very much like the military.

And so, I was grew up as a Military Brat, in order to get certain things done. It was a question of who you knew that owed you a favor, not what the official regulations were supposed to offer.

Crypto Rich: Absolutely. And I think I have told you that my 22 year old, 19 year old never went to school. And that was in part because I saw, schooling has been used by the ruling class and by the Imperialists as a way of subjugating and indoctrinating future generations.

Now, I want to take it back to Ukraine and Russia, because one of the things that you have said in the past is that Russia will save the world.

Now, at the time, this didn’t make sense to me, but I can see it.

Clif High: It’s happening in real time, now.

Crypto Rich: Yeah. With how Russia and Putin, in particular is dealing with the Ukraine War and dealing with its backers, the European union and the City of London in the background.

Clif High: There is no European Union. It’s the City of London by extension, right?

And you’re correct. So, Putin is saving the world through Russia by not having World War III, by not falling for the continuous aggravation and assaults. Rather, following a very strategic plan for dealing with the city of London here.

He may, indeed have to come to the point where he attacks sites in England, but I bet you it will be very strategic.

But the City of London is attempting to start World War III. It’s another one of their piracy things. So, they told Ukraine and put all their, their deviants in control in Ukraine and they told him, “You guys are pirates. We’re going to fund you. We want you to attack Russia. You will owe us all of this money and we get part of Russia after you win.”

Well, they’re not going to win and there won’t be this settlement, because they’re not going to be able to get Russia into a World War III stance, here.

There is actually an alliance between Xi, Putin and Trump and they’re all going after the City of London and at that larger geopolitical scale, it’s the three of them against the Three-Headed Dragon from the City of London, that rules outward.

And so it was always another one of their pirate ventures. They’re financing the pirates in Ukraine to attack the soft underbelly of Russia and cause problems to the point where they thought they could induce Putin into making a strategic mistake, employing the wrong tactics and they would have him.

And once it got to a full operation, they knew, at that point they could get the United States, against all of our better interest to go along and attack Russia, in a full-blown nuclear war and then, they’d come on in and carve up the spoils, because Russia would not be able to withstand the might of the United States, relative to nuclear war.

And we now see that that nuclear war is continually threatened. And nowadays, who pays any attention to them screaming “World War III!”? Very few people, indeed.

And it’s becoming less and less of a threat. It’s seemingly disappearing under its own heavy, non-active weight. And so, every time they repeat, “Oh, we’re headed to World War III!” and it doesn’t happen, it loses strength in the grander narrative.

And that’s where we’re at now. The grander narrative is being taken over. It’s being split into fractions and each fraction is being taken, on itself.

And then the tactics that Trump, et al are taking are exposing all of this. And so people are believing it less and less. And they’re ultimately coming to the point where the lies and the cohesion of the lies, uh, are being shown to be just that.

And they’re offering, self-exploration. This is Samizdat. The Russian idea of self-publishing where, as the Russian Revolution was crashing, the Russian people would, would find information, they would do a surreptitious copying of it by hand or through Xerox kind of machines, copy machines; mimeographs, really and they would distribute all of this stuff.

So it was self-publishing, but it was never for sale. It was never really published. It was this hand-to-hand passing of information from one citizen to another that ultimately led to the collapse of the Communist social order within Russia.

And even the leaders at the time knew they could do nothing against it, that Samizdat had – they even tried putting codes and all the mimeograph machines and this sort of thing so they could track it all down.

Now, we have the internet and it’s really wild that way. Globally, more people are paying attention to a post with lots of comments that they can actually find individuals, not simply bots.

And so, we’re even analyzing, we’re being taught to analyze by this war. We’re being taught to analyze statements and who is saying what, to whom, and then how factual other people think this actually is.

And so it becomes just the messiest possible war, because there’s no bullets involved. It’s all language. But language is the ultimate precursor to our material reality. And so even that is getting the back to the City of London is attacking the City of London in a way that they can’t defend against and it’s got them really freaked out.

And so in my opinion, we’re getting close and I think it’ll be late ‘26, early ‘27 that the Powers that Be, the City of London, the Deep State will come to the realization they have to have blood in the street to try and demonstrate that they’ve got power and that will be one of their big undoings at that stage.

It’s not going to be good. It’s not, it’s going to be incredibly ugly. There won’t be civil war, so to speak, because it won’t be a naturally-arising sort of a situation.

But even the Civil War in the United States was not naturally-arising. The South was backed by the City of London and they gave them the loans to form the Confederation and in exchange, they got vast quantities of cotton, tobacco and slaves and assets.

And so, all of this stuff has always been engineered. This engineering is coming out now and will be exposed to people and many people, as a result of seeing this will naturally fall away.

And so I’ve seen, I’ve witnessed this over these last, let’s say seven years, here in Washington State, the number of blue-haired, liberal white women is decreasing radically. The women are growing their hair out, not re-dying it.

And that’s a sign of allegiance, just as though I would, just by paying in Bitcoin as a sign of allegiance to an independent, self-validating, technical money and not the Federal Reserve.

And so, every action you make shows where your stance is, where you stand and how you’re approaching this reality. And I’m seeing subtle signs everywhere of the crack-up of the support for the City of London’s Socialist agenda here, in the United States.

It’s glorious. It’s really cool to see. I don’t ever discuss this. I never bring it up with these individuals because many of them are likely not aware or would be embarrassed by having to acknowledge that they’re abandoning something that was the core of their being for the past 10 or 20 years.
