PG&E agrees to re-install an analog meter after a woman hired an electrician to remove the SmartMeter.
Timeline:
1: PG&E installs a SmartMeter against her will
2: She hired an alectrician to remove the SmartMeter and install a store bought analog meter in its place
3: After weeks of debating with PG&E and the CPUC, PG&E finally agreed to come out and install a GE analog meter on her home in place of the store bought analog meter.
So Demand an analog meter. PG&E has access to analog meters, so don’t let them tell you they don’t. This is proof that if you stick to your guns and demand an analog meter, PG&E will finally agree to install their own GE brand analog meter – don’t settle for less!
