New Info from the C3 Subcommittee Hearing on UFOs

During the May 17th 2022 Open House Intelligence Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence, and Counterproliferation Subcommittee hearing on UFOs (“UAPs”), a 15-page document was entered into the public record.

This document consists of notes about a 2002 meeting between physicist, Dr Eric Davis and former DIA Director and US Navy Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson.

This document also contains a letter to Dr Davis from retired Navy Commander Will Miller – who appears to be standing in front of his house in this GoogleMaps Street View image (same white goatee!)

In his letter, Commander Miller invites Dr Davis and/or Dr Hal Puthoff to a May 30th, 2002 meeting with Dr Bob Beckwith to discuss the latter’s Force Model of the Universe and his upcoming experiments in “LTT” (levitation, teleportation and time travel).

This 15-page document had been uploaded to the image-sharing site, Imgur on April 19, 2019 in what Richard Dolan called “The UFO leak of the century” and it was rumored to have come from the estate of the late astronaut, Edgar Mitchell, who is mentioned in the document and who passed away in 2016.

Among many other things, the document confirms the existence of an “MJ-12-like cabal”, the 1947 UFO crash at Roswell, alien bodies and an ultra secret UFO crash retrieval and back-engineering program operating completely outside of government oversight and which was still active as of 2002.

The document also refers to something similar to what Tore Maras mentioned in a recent podcast about how the DHS’ Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is “dictated to from above” by non-government employee contractors, rather than the other way around.

In 1997, the extremely secretive agency handling UFO crash retrievals and the back-engineering of alien technology was a top aerospace/defense contractor that defied Admiral Wilson’s authority to be read-in to the details of their projects.

At the time, Wilson was Deputy Director of the DIA and Vice Director for Intelligence (VJ2) at The Joint Staff in the Pentagon but they told him that his regulatory and statutory authority was not relevant or pertinent to the nature of their program!

This left him completely livid but when he complained about it to the Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC), he was told that unless he immediately dropped he matter and let it go, he would not be promoted to DIA Director and would “lose one or two stars along the way.”

Davis’ notes on what Wilson told him read: “No USG personnel are to gain access unless they met the criteria – to be administered by contractor committee (program director, attorney, security director) irregardless of tickets and positions USG personnel possessed.”

Wilson told Davis the agency had 400-800 workers, most of whom were civilians and were not government employees.

In the past, Admiral Wilson has denied the authenticity of the document. When Dr Davis was asked about it during a Skype interview, he said he couldn’t discuss it, on pain of being prosecuted. But as of two and a half weeks ago, this document is now a matter of congressional record.

I was oblivious to all of this until last Friday, when it was brought to my attention that I had interviewed the same Dr Beckwith referenced in Commander Miller’s letter to Dr Davis that appears on page 3 of the document.

Indeed, I had several conversations with the late Dr Beckwith in the year 2000 and our interview was published in my first book, The Philadelphia Experiment Murder.

The post below was originally published on FKTV on February 29, 2016 and it refers to some of the details of my book, including those pertaining to Dr Beckwith.

In January 2001, my first book was released, The Philadelphia Experiment Murder. It originally centered on the covered-up murder of Deep State whistleblower, Phil Schneider but it unexpectedly veered into the terrain of parallel universes when I serendipitously befriended the late Glen Pruitt while writing it.

Glen was the son of the alleged director of the Montauk Project, Jack Pruitt, as recounted in several installments of the book series published by Sky Books. Jack’s name was mentioned by Preston Nichols, Stewart Swerdlow and by the late Al Bielek, the latter claiming that Jack still owed him $500,000.

Jack was allegedly in charge of hiring, firing and paying personnel and I’m probably the only person who’s ever written a book about the Montauk Project who’s ever had a sociable lunch with him but unfortunately, I wasn’t allowed to discuss Montauk, I was told, due to the presence of Jack’s wife.

As it happens, Jack’s father, Lee Pruitt (Glen’s grandfather) had been Nikola Tesla’s intern while he was studying at the University of Colorado. Lee claimed that when Tesla visualized a particular molecule that was needed for the filament inside a vacuum tube to amplify EM fields, he was able to synthesize the required alloy for those filaments. Years later, Lee would brag to his grandson that his special Thomson tubes were used in the Philadelphia Experiment.

Mind you, when I met Glen, he had no clue about his father’s possible involvement in the Montauk Project and he was highly annoyed by such claims, until he made Preston and Al pick out his father from a group photo from his job in the Dallas, TX office of Republic National Bank of New York. They all easily picked Jack out of a group of 50 people.

There are even crazier details around Glen, Jack and Lee Pruitt but this article is getting too long.

This video’s version of the Philadelphia Experiment hews closely to Al Bielek’s version of events that I and others believe was a psychological operation run by the Office of Naval Research, starting in 1955, when they hired the Varo Publishing Company to print about 100 copies of an annotated version of ‘The Case for the UFO’, by Morris K Jessup.

Within the margins of the book are the details which would eventually coalesce into the urban legend of the Philadelphia Experiment, its most recognizable details being a “radar invisibility test” in the Philadelphia Navy shipyards with the USS Eldridge Destroyer Escort and multiple sailors ending up embedded in the steelwork of the ship.

In the course of my investigation, I was introduced to an elderly man who had a very similar story to tell but with many significant divergences. His name was Bob Beckwith and he was still working at Beckwith Electric, the successful company that he’d founded.

Bob had been an electronics wunderkind who at 23, invented a telemetry protocol, which enabled the power generated by the Hanford nuclear plant in Washington State to travel further, in order to supply power for the Manhattan Project in Los Alamos, New Mexico.

Bob was working at Bell Labs in Massachusetts when he was personally commandeered by the Navy for the war effort, where they had him working on experimental sonar projects, to help with the problem of German mines being laid off the East Coast of the US and which were blowing merchant ships out of the water.

Bob always maintained to me that the urban legend’s version of the Philadelphia Experiment story, about the US Navy’s need for “radar invisibility” was bogus, as radar was not the pressing problem that needed to be solved at the time. He said it was sonar invisibility against German mines that was needed.

These mines were anchored on the seafloor and held down by a motion-sensitive device that was triggered by the movement of ships passing overhead to release the mines and to bomb the ships on the surface.

In the summer of 1943, Bob worked on an experimental minesweeper in Block Island Sound, putting out from New London, CT where there was a Naval Underwater Sound Laboratory, as well as from Newport, RI, where there is still a large Navy Base. The only name or number associated with this experimental ship that Bob could recall was “IX-97”.

In trying to track down this vessel, I had a Navy friend scour the local libraries, where he found a Samuel Eliot Morison book which contained a brief history about a private yacht, which had been commandeered from its wealthy Connecticut owner and outfitted with experimental equipment and re-christened the USS Martha’s Vineyard. The information is now available online but I made photocopies of the picture in Morrison’s book, which was reproduced in my book. Bob was delighted to see the picture after all those years.

He was a civilian but there were of course enlisted sailors aboard, who would share what he called “scuttlebutt” with him about a previous experiment that had been conducted on that ship. He reminded me that the National Security Act hadn’t been passed yet, which had an eerie effect on me, realizing that I’d only lived in the National Security State my entire life.

Bob said the sailors talked about a previous experiment, during which they looked out of the windows and recognized the Philadelphia shipyards, where they’d been 2 weeks previously and about how it was a zoo inside the ship; everyone was panicking. One (not several) unfortunate sailor found himself merged with the ship’s metalwork, near the bottom of a doorway. His body had been cut out and the rest sanded down and painted over.

Bob describes being taken by the sailors to the spot, where one could see the fresh coat of paint over the “splash cowling beneath the sliding doors.” When you look at the USS Martha’s Vineyard, you can see the sliding doors he was talking about.

In his own self-published book, Bob expounded on his theory about “Divided Space” and how it could be created with counter-rotating EM fields of enough force. “Bubbles” of Divided Space could be created, separated from what he called “Universal Space”. This, he says, is what enables UFOs to take 90º and 45º turns at thousands of Gs without breaking up.

He went on to say that by the late ’90s, this technology had become very advanced and that the Osprey Class of minesweeper had this capability and that they could literally blip themselves to anywhere on the world that they wanted to go and could put themselves a second ahead of Universal Space/Time while cruising and thereby go unseen.

He said he’d taken a tour of one of these ships and there didn’t seem to be any secret about this among the crew. He gave me the official laminated press release from a ship christening (which made no mention of this exotic technology).

Bob also wrote about being a contactee of a beautiful brunette humanlike ET, who was was thousands of times more brilliant than he (the wunderkind). They would talk about neutrinos and how these are so small and mass-less, that they pass through everything in the universe.

He believed that these subatomic particles could be seen as the “Communications Network of Space”, because they’re modulated and informed by everything through which they pass and they carry all of that information with them, similarly to how some believe that water does…

The book gets a much, much weirder than this – but you’ll have to buy it, as this article has gotten way too long!
