It’s kind of tough to make out exactly what he is saying (due to his accented English), but I’m pretty sure he ISN’T saying “billion DOLS”; what he is saying is “we made a hundred THOUSAND DOSE this year, how do we make a billion DOSE next year?” He says the employee (that he was talking to) looked at him like he was nuts, and then he says that he said “yeah, we have to make a billion DOSE next year, there’s GOING TO BE A PANDEMIC”. Moderna’s profit in 2020 was $266 million; they didn’t get into the billions ($17 of them) until 2021. I believe they had the “dose(s)” already in warehouses by 2019 and that he is just shoveling BS to fit the “official story” (which NEVER seems to match reality, and very apparently, never has).
