Like Melissa Dykes, I’ve spent a lot of time researching MK Ultra, since before my first book was published centering on this topic in 2001. Like her, I’ve observed that it is much more all-encompassing than just the creation of “Manchurian Candidate” brainwashed assassins.
As Melissa puts it, “They call it a mind control research program, but really, it’s a control research program. Mind, behavior, individual, society, global.” I see it everywhere, especially in the narratives that are established by the Mainstream Media and how so many people are swept up in these lies.
Melissa introduces a long history of connections between the Rockefeller Foundation for Medical Research and MK Ultra. 1953 is the year that MK Ultra documents say the project was officially inaugurated. This was the same year that Nelson Rockefeller was appointed by President Dwight Eisenhower as Under Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, which was then funding some of the 100+ MK Ultra subprojects. 1953 was the same year that Allen Dulles was appointed as Director of Central intelligence, after his brother John Foster Dulles had already been serving as Chairman of the Rockefeller Foundation for 16 years. This is why she says that when information about MK Ultra leaked out into the public in the early 1970s, prompting Congressional inquiries that the 1975 Rockefeller Commission on CIA Activities within the United States was a complete joke. Especially because since its very founding in 1935, among the stated goals of the Rockefeller Foundation for Medical Research was to “Unlock the secrets of human behavior, as part of an effort to mitigate and even control humans’ impulse.”
I learned some new things here. Despite being well-acquainted with the history of MK Ultra, I was unaware of the successful use of radar directed towards the brains of monkeys to put them to sleep. If the signal was too strong, it was found that this would literally cook the monkeys’ brains. We also learn of the Soviet Union’s similar program, where experiments conducted with their “Radioson” generator on the city of Novosibirsk in 1973 showed that they could “…effectively ‘treat’ the city of about 100 square kilometers, plunging its inhabitants into a deep sleep – and at a distance of up to 55 kilometers away from the transmitter.”
Cold War blowhard politician, Vladimir Zhirinovsky referred to this weapon during his 2011 campaign, when he said that the US and EU were becoming irrelevant and that China was about to “explode”. Only Russia, he said would emerge triumphant, wielding its secret weapon with which he said, “WE WILL DESTROY any part of the planet within 15 minutes. Not an explosion, not a ray burst, not some kind of a laser, not a lightning, no, but a quiet and peaceful weapon. Whole continents will be put to sleep forever. And that’s all.”
