The tamper proof seal on bags of ballots were changed not once, but twice. He was told it doesn’t matter if the seals were broken, just run them though for counting.
“All we were doing was removing the ballots from the bag, counting the number of ballots in the bag, and then sending them right back through the voting machines…
“The first issue that I had was the first bag that came to my table, they walked it over, and on those ballot bags, they have a tamper-proof evidence seal. And what I noticed on the first bag is that the tamper-proof evidence seal was changed twice and I immediately raised my hand like, ‘OK, this is an issue. Something’s going on here.’…I brought it to everybody’s attention and I just got told, literally I was told that it doesn’t matter.”
There’s a purpose for the seal. It’s a chain of custody seal and he was told that it doesn’t matter – and he actually has it on video.
