Yoel Roth Perjures Self, Lauren Broebert (R-CO) Goes Nuclear!

During the House Oversight Committee hearings Wednesday, former Twitter executives, James Baker, Vijaya Gadde, Yoel Roth and Anika Collier Navaroli were questioned about their targeted censorship of conservatives.

Under oath, Twitter’s former head of Trust & Safety, Yoel Roth denied having shadowbanned Colorado Representative Lauren Boebert’s account – but she had already received confirmation from current Twitter 2.0 employees that her account had, indeed been shadowbanned, plus they provided her with documents that it was Twitter’s corporate policy that all such actions taken against Members of Congress were required to be performed personally by Roth.

So, Roth committed perjury (18 USC §1621) and the conviction for perjury is up to five years in prison, plus fines.

There were several other choice moments on Wednesday. Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene confronted all the former Twitter execs for permanently banning her account during the middle of her re-election campaign, violating 52 USC §10101, the Voting Rights of US Citizens.

Then, MTG tore Roth a new cloaca for de-platforming her, a US Congresswoman, while allowing 44,000 child pornography accounts to remain active, in alignment with certain pedophilic statements that he made in his college dissertation (of all places), which she cited.

Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna gave her star turn, confronting Roth about his communications with Federal Agents on a private cloud server called Jira:

Luna: “Do you remember communicating on a private cloud server [with government entities] to remove a posting? Yes or no.”

Roth: “I wouldn’t agree with the characterization that –”

Luna: “– Well, I’m gonna tell you, right now that you did and we have proof of it. This, Ladies and Gentlemen is joint action between the Federal Government and a private company to censor and violate the First Amendment.

“This is also known as…’Joint State Actors’ [42 USC §1983]. It’s highly illegal. You were all engaged in this action and I want you to know that you will all be held accountable.”

Louisiana Representative Clay Higgins then told the former Twitter executives to prepare to be arrested for interfering in the 2020 Election:

“This is the investigation part, later comes the arrest part, your attorneys are familiar with that…I’d like to spend five hours with these ladies and gentlemen doing depositions, surely yet to come.”

One wonders how the former Twitter executives will be held accountable by Federal prosecutors at the DOJ, when Twitter was largely acting on the orders of the Federal Government via the FBI, DHS, CIA and the State Department’s Global Engagement Center.

But every US State has Citizens affected by election interference and violations of their 1st Amendment rights. State Attorneys General can – and should – prosecute. We have to petition our State AGs to do this.

As angry as Lauren Boebert and MTG were in this hearing, I am 10 times angrier!

F* these Communist pieces of sh!t!
