Arizona GOP Gubernatorial Candidate Kari Lake joins Kristi Leigh to break down the lawsuit she just filed against her opponent Katie Hobbs and several other Maricopa County election officials. Hear how Lake responds to what’s next if the lawsuit doesn’t go her way and if Trump has asked about Lakes interest in being his running mate.

The 70-page lawsuit alleges voter suppression and disenfranchisement, with major vote machine problems on election day. It features multiple whistleblowers -including one working for the county’s third-party vendor -which it relied on for essential election functions. The lawsuit reveals signature verification and chain of custody issues-including a vote total discrepancy. An additional 25-thousand votes were added to Maricopa County’s totals AFTER election day. A cyber expert cited in the lawsuit says, “problems of this magnitude could not arise absent intentional misconduct. “

  • Failure to report a crime is a felony. Kari Lake, Abe Hammadeh, Mark Finchem and Sonny Borelli have reported the crimes of the Election board and others. The defendants are playing games with arguing about the scheduling time allotted, in other words, stalling the process. God bless Kari and the others for being true patriots.

  • “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” – John Adams, 2nd US President

Adams was of Puritan stock, but he had become a Unitarian Universalist. As such he still held to the same principles of just government in opposition to top-down authoritarian rule. Yet he too yielded to the temptations of rule, the people saw it and quickly voted him back out of office.

The founders and framers of the US Constitution likely could not have imagined that the nation they founded would someday fall away from its moral and religious roots as indeed it has from the state house to the school house to the church house it has fallen away!

Humanly speaking, only the family house remains as a meaningful obstacle to a total sweeping away forever of our founding moral and religious roots and that institution is rapidly bleeding to death from a thousand well placed cuts!

Reading the Constitution, it is astonishingly devoid of moral and religious judgments having presumed the people would have been rightly taught them.

This, then is the dilemma moral and religious people face.

The courts have become the allies of social change agents and their dilatory nature undermines redress of grievances, so that by the time a judgment is arrived at, its too late, the ship has sailed. Or as an alternative the court simply dismisses the complaint on grounds of “no standing”, the one size that fits all situations that might well jeopardize jurists cushy occupations.

We persist in forgetting that todays courts have been politicized. Lawyers and judges are political animals, reliant upon political unions for their own advancement and well being. Lawyers are proud word parsers and therein lies treachery.

Moral and religious judgments went out the window when the US Courts threw out Blackstone’s Commentaries on law. Joe Biden, as head of the Senate Judiciary Committee drove the final nail in Blackstone’s coffin when he declared we cannot allow any judge to sit on the bench as SCOTUS who believes in natural law.

Biden threw down the gauntlet and Republicans were sound asleep.

These are but a few of the reasons why I have no confidence in the current crony capitalism which enjoys seemingly unlimited funds to string out all opposition to its agendas until its too late – the ship has sailed..
