Flashback to January 2021:

Most posts I made here, on my website during that month referred to videos on accounts that were soon de-platformed and so was I, in January and February 2021, from Twitter and Facebook, where I’d had accounts without problems for 16 and 13 years, respectively.

The US Government’s Artificial Intelligence program that illegally de-platformed millions of US social media users during that time is so pervasive, that I was even de-platformed by Donald Trump’s TRUTHSocial platform in mid-2022, where I was not active and mostly “liked” and “re-truthed” a few posts from others and whereI barely posted, at all!

However, unlike Facebook and Twitter, TRUTH did reinstate me.

After Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter/X.com, I attempted to be reinstated three times, without success, so whenever I hear that Elon has “Restored Free Speech in America”, I cringe. I honestly have no idea why I was so viciously de-platformed. I was never shown the “offending” post or was given the opportunity to censor myself, as was customary. They just wanted me gone.

I have been de-monetized, de-platformed, de-banked, shadowbanned, blacklisted and/or algorithmically disappeared by Facebook, Twitter, Google Adsense, Venmo, Amazon, Wikipedia, Pinterest, MailChimp, ConstantContact and Ezoic, many with whom I’d had longterm relationships, as either a user or a high-paying client.

That’s why, the only thing I can think, if Kabala is installed as POTUS is that what’s next for me is that they’ll de-platform me from my own body.

To anybody out there, who is actually voting for Kabala or who is otherwise not actively voting against her: You will be in my final thoughts, if her folks come after me. I am dead serious.

I, Prof Alfio D’Urso, lawyer at 6 Via Vittorio Emanuele II, Catania, do hereby provide the following affidavit of facts as conveyed in several meetings with a high-level army security service officials:

Arturo D’Elia, former head of the IT department of Leonardo SpA, has been charged by the Public Prosecutor of Naples for technology data manipulation and implantation of viruses in the main computers of Leonardo SpA in December, 2020.

Under instruction and direction of US persons working from the US Embassy in Rome undertook the operation to switch data from the US election of 3rd November 2020 from significant margin of victory from Donald Trump to Joe Biden, in a number of states where Joe Biden was losing the vote totals.

Defendant states that he was working at the Pescara facility of Leonardo SpA and utilizing military-grade cyber warfare encryption capabilities to transmit switched votes via military satellite from Fucino Tower to Frankfurt, Germany.

The defendant swears that the data, in some cases may have been switched to represent more than total voters registered.

The defendant states he is willing to testify to all individuals and entities involved in the switching of votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden when he shall be in total protection from himself and his family.

Defendant states he has secured, in an undisclosed location the backup of the original data and data switched, upon instruction to provide evidence at court in this matter.

I hereby declare and swear the above-stated facts have been stated in my presence. Dated 6 November, in January 2021 at Rome, Italy.

D’Urso, the Catanian Trumpist icon: «They rigged the elections in the USA»

Catania – “The professor is not here,” they answer at the intercom of the office of an ancient building, on Via Vittorio Emanuele, almost at the corner with Piazza Martiri della Libertà. The mother of all conspiracies, sparked by the assault of ultra pro-Trump on Capitol Hill in Washington last January 6, is simmering in this crater under the Volcano.

He, “the professor,” has disappeared into thin air. His cell phone, turned off for days, goes straight to message. But WhatsApp messages (and calls) reach him: no answer. Those who spoke to him, just before Christmas, say that the person on the other end answered by saying that he was “in Rome, where I’m staying a few more days for something important.” But this year, under the tree of his closest friends, his gifts were missing: the fig and chocolate sweets and, above all, the Battipaglia mozzarella that he went to buy, returning by car from the capital, personally “from the dairy where the buffalo are raised listening to classical music”.

They say that this property is all his and that inside it, he keeps “a warehouse of very precious period furniture and works of art of inestimable value, enough to furnish ten houses”. It is here, in Catania, that there is the law firm of the administrative lawyer Alfio D’Urso, 69 years old, the man who says he has an affidavit, a sworn statement, from a former official of Leonardo SpA, in which the scam of electronic votes moved from Donald Trump to Joe Biden is revealed.

D’Urso’s witness is the former head of Leonardo’s IT Department, arrested because he was accused by the Naples Prosecutor’s Office of manipulating technological data and planting viruses in the main computers of Leonardo SpA in December 2020. His name is Arturo D’Elia. It is he who allegedly told the Catania lawyer that he had “handled,” on the instructions of US people working at the US Embassy in Rome, the data of the November 3, 2020 elections by transferring votes from Trump to Biden. All this by exploiting the encryption capabilities of military-grade cyber warfare to transmit preferences via a military satellite from the Fucino Tower in Frankfurt, Germany. D’Urso told the story in a video of less than a minute in which, reading the text in broken English, he claims that his source, Arturo D’Elia (in prison since December 5 because he was accused of stealing sensitive data and information from Leonardo), claims to have proof of what the now almost ex-US president has been repeating for weeks and which has pushed his fans to attack government buildings. A video that has become a cult in the circles of the Trumpian far-right and of the Qanon and deep state conspiracy theorists who support the theory that the elections were stolen from The Donald.

The Catania lawyer claims that D’Elia would also be willing to talk and hand over the backup of the original US vote data “in exchange for protection for himself and his family”. The first flaw is that Nicola Napoliello, the arrested technician’s lawyer, interviewed by La Stampa, completely denies it: “There is no affidavit, it is not true that there is stolen data, and I exclude that D’Elia has information on what happened”. But, even if it were true that D’Elia made revelations to the lawyer D’Urso, the reconstruction presents other inconsistencies. Such as the reference to the satellite (civilian and not military) in question and to the fact that D’Elia worked, but until 2018, in Pomigliano d’Arco and not in the Pescara site cited in the document. The ItalyGate theory has gone around the world also because it was relaunched for example by Sidney Powell, Trump’s lawyer, among the hawks of his defense team. The tycoon himself is said to be aware of D’Urso’s theory.

But who is D’Urso really? In Catania, despite some caricatured descriptions that have emerged in the media in recent hours, they call him “a serious professional”. A highly regarded jurist, who began his academic career in Catania, as assistant of Private Law to Professor Mario Ricca, before moving to Catanzaro, where he took the associate chair in Labor Law. His colleagues call him “very prepared, with sometimes disconcerting theses, but always the result of study and an uncommon legal imagination”. But D’Urso also has a political life. Which, as a young Christian Democrat university student with liberal sympathies, sees him initially conditioned by the militancy of his wife (Santuzza Gennaro, well-known and highly esteemed in Catania) in Benito Craxi’s PSI, with a strong relationship with former minister Salvo Andò.

And then, the lightning strike for Raffaele Lombardo‘s autonomism [aka anti-federalism]. D’Urso is among the wise men who write the founding act of the Mpa [Movimento per l’Autonomia – anti-Federalist, “Make Sicily Great Again”-type of political party] and immediately becomes one of the guarantors of the movement, as well as a point of reference (ideological, but also operational for legal affairs and contacts with certain circles) for the leader. Lombardo, for example, in addition to placing him on the Board of Directors of the BdS Foundation [Fondazione Sicilia], entrusts him with the very delicate task of managing on his behalf the “war in the skies” being fought in Fontanarossa between Ivan Lo Bello and Pietro Agen. The lawyer-professor remains for a long time (until 2012) on the Board of Directors of SAC [management company of Catania’s local airport], a company in which he will be among the legal consultants, also with Nico Torrisi as CEO. At the airport they remember [D’Urso] for “the Mephistophelian genius, but in a good sense, that is, for the ability to win cases by looking at the facts from a point of view that is never taken for granted”, as well as for a “clear anti-communist vision of life and the world”.

But Fontanarossa, for D’Urso, is also a source of legal trouble. The latest is an investigation for stock market manipulation, shelved in 2016 by the investigating judge of Catania, Sebastiano Di Giacomo Barbagallo, at the request of prosecutors Alessia Natale and Giuseppe Sturiale. In the register of suspects, together with D’Urso and Torrisi himself, also Fausto Piazza, Giovanni Spampinato and Luciana Giammanco (former commissioners of the Chamber of Commerce and Asi appointed by Lombardo), Giuseppe Giannone (former president of SAC) and Vito Riggio (former president of ENAC). The file opens after a double complaint, from 2013 and 2014, with a triple signature at the bottom: those of Lo Bello (at the time national president of Unioncamere), Enzo Taverniti and Gaetano Mancini, in those years respectively president and CEO of SAC. In the complaints, the prosecutors effectively summarize, it is assumed that “in the recent past, news (false, but particularly credible) had been spread through the media regarding the value of Sac, capable of negatively influencing the value of its shares”. The documents heavily involve Riggio. CEO Mancini states that “it does not seem normal to me that a public body is trying to advocate privatization by organizing a meeting with a private individual and spreading press reports”. The reference is to a meeting in December 2011. With Riggio were Lombardo and the then councilor Pier Carmelo Russo. D’Urso, in that context, is the strong man of the MPA in the “cockpit” of Fontanarossa. In front of them is Roberto Naldi, right-hand man of Eduardo Eurnekian, an Argentine entrepreneur, an octogenarian who is a close friend of Matteo Renzi’s friends, as well as the owner of shares in the airports of Florence, Pisa and Trapani. But the investigation is shelved, because the investigating judge believes that the reported facts “did not influence the evaluation of the shares of Sac”.

But D’Urso, as a banker under-government, also ends up in a trial. With the accusation of abuse of office for the “in house” assignment in 2007 of the cleaning service of the Catania airport to Pubbliservizi della Provincia. The professor is initially acquitted due to supervening statute of limitations, together with Lombardo himself and the top management of SAC (in addition to the “Trumpian” professor, also Stefano Maria Ridolfo, Michele Sineri and Sebastiano Paladino) and Publiservizi (Giuseppe Gitto and Giacomo Di Blasi) of the time. Then, on appeal by Ridolfo and Paladino, the Court of Cassation annuls on the merits with a sentence of acquittal because the fact does not exist, finally applied by extension by the Court of Catania on the other defendants, including the former governor and his most faithful ideologist-legal-follower.

But D’Urso remained with both feet in Pubbliservizi until last December, with the role of Sole Director. Always with a very low profile: zero media events, not even a press release as a legacy of his invisible (but only externally) presence. Silent, polite and operational. Always a staunch banker, with a relationship so strong that it ended up in the request for a preventive measure of assets, in 2010, in a report from the Guardia di Finanza which, at the beginning of his legal troubles, contested Lombardo’s provenance of some assets, including paintings, works of art and a phantom boat, of which the former president of the Region denies any attribution, recalling that «I love the countryside and I suffer from seasickness».

The other, more suggestive, link is between D’Urso and the Link University of Malta. The same as Professor Joseph Mifsud (the man of RussiaGate, wanted by police and secret services around the world) and Trump’s other advisor, George Papadoupolos, but above all, former minister Enzo Scotti, the putative father of grillismo, including Conte’s tendency. Link University also has its own Etna branch, an academic fireplace where former mayors and former champions of the anti-mafia movement, but also entrepreneurs and magistrates, often meet in the presence of former minister Scotti (a prestigious member of Lombardo’s MPA from 2007 to 2010). And in this context, D’Urso, without ever overdoing it, is there. And so it turns out that that “mild and friendly professor, with a very low profile despite his very high-level knowledge” can be much more than a simple “liberal” brand Liotru, perhaps fallen, due to excessive political passion, into the trap of the unbearable lightness of hoaxes. Not the music-loving ones of Battipaglia mozzarella, to be clear. There are even some among his friends who fear for his life.

But in the meantime #ItalyDidIt (Italy did it) is the hashtag that is becoming popular on Twitter and on the social media of Ultra MAGA Trump supporters which, of course has also implicated former Prime Minister Matteo Renzi as a protagonist of the plot together with Barack Obama (and – listen to this – with Sergio Mattarella, “agent of the US secret services”). Only Pope Francis is missing. And then there is everyone. Or almost. But now D’Urso is missing. Untraceable.
