Native Virginian, from a son of Virginians, I partially agree isofaras Corso was carrying their water, but he being a Roman Catholic didn’t quite stack up for me.
Corso is brilliant, but maybe lacking discernment. A common Intellectual weakness. I had a brilliant Mensa sister-in-law who suffered from this deficiency. I mean a gal who earned a Phd in less time than most earn a BS degree, she was that smart. She was also a flaming leftist in her youth, but by the time she had gone onto her reward she had mellowed out and I actually liked her a lot and she liked me, its called “brotherhood”, loving our neighbor as ourselves and that is what is missing in Israel having been replaced with tribal-hood there and here.
