Over the holidays, many of you reading this have been gathering with family. There’s a likelihood that some of you have at least one family member who is suffering from cancer – or members who have either passed on or survived it. Possibly, that person is you or possibly, it’s all of the above.

In the United States, 1 out of every 2 men and 1 out of every 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer, with 1 out of every 2 of those diagnosed ultimately succumbing to this disease.

The US has the 6th highest rates of cancer. The top 5 highest rates of cancer are found in Denmark, urban France, Australia, Belgium and Norway. Rounding out the top 10 are Ireland, South Korea, the Netherlands and New Caledonia (where there were nuclear tests conducted in the 1980s).

It is currently estimated that the US numbers are set to double by the year 2050. Informing yourself of the role of estrogen in cancers and taking the necessary steps to avoid xenoestrogens is your best defense in not becoming a statistic. LEARN MORE AT: http://detoxestrogen.com

Dr. Nick Delgado discusses the role of hormones in cancer and some natural approaches for treating this disease. He describes a new treatment in Germany, where women with breast cancer are having plant-derived testosterone pellets placed around their lesions, with great results in shrinking them.

In the US, where some physicians have been prescribing estrogen to men with prostate cancer, he says that a new modality, which is having more success is to place testosterone pellets around the prostate, to shrink the affected area.

These biodentical hormones are derived from the Mexican wild yam and they are identical to the beneficial hormones produced by healthy young people. Bioidentical hormones are not the toxic forms of hormones found in environmental pollution, plastics and even in the most ethically-raised, free-range and wild meats.

Of course, this approach to treating cancer is not all “accepted” by the allopathic medical community and Dr. Delgado is only allowed to say that he helps people “strengthen their immune systems” or he would end up in jail, under the current laws.

However, modern medicine does acknowledge that “xenoestrogens” or estrogen-mimicking pollutants are real and that there is a very real link between these and the plague of hormone-driven cancers, now afflicting vast populations of the developed world. They’re largely derived from petroleum, such as plastics. They’re in the air, water and in our food supply. People today are exposed to over 150,000 environmental toxins, which were not present 100 years ago.

Dr. Delgado strongly urges people to adopt an organic, vegan diet for optimal health and longevity and also to avoid plastic bottled water and canned foods, as the cans are lined with a plastic that’s an estrogen-mimicking toxin, which can build up in the body and lead to serious health consequences.

He’s created a line of phytonutrient supplements, which provide powerful nutrition for the body and which block the uptake of these undesirable chemicals and can be found here.
