During Wednesday’s Hearing on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, former FBI Staff Operations Specialist, Marcus Allen choked back tears, while testifying to the Subcommittee about the retaliation against him by the FBI, after he raised questions about some of the Bureau’s actions.
Here is his very powerful written statement.
He testified before the subcommittee in May of 2023 and recently (in June of 2024) received some vindication regarding his claims, reaching a settlement with the agency, though it appears his awarded back pay has yet to be disbursed to him.

TRANSCRIPT
Dan Bishop (R-NC): And everybody in the Minority Party, they’re fearing what Donald Trump would do in the next administration, while they sit here and they look at the guy who’s been persecuted by the FBI. And everybody in the room understands it. Mr. Allen, do you have comments you wish to make? I’ll give you about a minute, minute and a half, and then I want to turn to the rest of my time to Mr Jordan.
Marcus Allen: Yes, sir. I would just say that I consider the hearing today my last act of service as a Public Servant for the United States of America.
And I’ll give you my professional opinion. I was an intel professional for our country for many years, and I would give recommendations and I’d also look at indications and warnings.
So, I would offer this to the American people as my warning to them. This is a warning to the American people. I say, I personally have no confidence that the FBI will rein-in its own conduct.
I’ve been persecuted along with Garrett, Steve, and Kyle, and countless other whistleblowers. It is my opinion that the Bureau used reprisal and fear to control the workforce. It has been a seemingly-effective tactic.
I personally believe that there are no current effective checks-and-balances against them conducting lawless action, with any type of correction, in a legitimate time frame.
I welcome the work of the IG [Inspector Genereal], but I think any type of lawless action, there’s no legitimate time frame to rein them back in. Their ability to overclassify information can allow them to stonewall, forever.
To the American people, you have a duty as a citizen to vote, and I strongly urge you to do so. It’s how you participate in the American Experience. I know people have doubts about election integrity, but you must vote. It is your claim. Stake your claim, and don’t forfeit it, willingly. Have your voice heard.
My other recommendations are in the natural order: 1) First, vote; 2) The second is the Second Amendment: Arm yourself and know how to defend yourself; 3) Make three to four friends in your neighborhood and promise to come to each other’s mutual aid, in times of hardship; 4) During the Great Depression, people stocked-up a pantry. I think that’s a good practice, especially in our economic times, and make sure you have three- to four months of food. 5) As a person of faith, I’d say, “Pray the rosary, go to the First Friday devotions.”
That’s for everybody. All my Brothers and Sisters, of all faiths, and I know I’m Catholic and read the Gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and live it every day.

Dan Bishop (R-NC): You know, Mr Allen, the fact that there are servants like you who have borne up under persecution; that a lot of political leaders in this country do not care about – is the thing that heartens the American People, and I’m confident the American People will resolve the situation.

This intelligence-agent, Marcus Allen, suggests:
ad 1) cast your spell (consent to the system) and will evil (the lesser of the two) into existence for four more years
ad 2) give more money to those who own the system you vote-in every four years and who make profit from arms sales you are regularly triggered into buying through emotion manipulation (the 2nd Amendment triggering), and consent to live in fear of other people like you (defend from them)
ad 3) try recruiting more people (friends) into sharing “your” mindset (actually if you follow this agent’s five “recommendations” you are adopting his mindset as yours by becoming an agent of proliferation of the mindset):
casting spells of consent;
living in fear of all others just like you (who are not privy to partake in your small circle of friends), thus fostering micro-location isolationists’ boxed-mind paranoia;
and giving more money to the War-corporations
ad 4) his Great-Depression “inevitability” is emotional triggering … misused as fishing hook, to heighten your reactivity potential by triggering stockpiling toilet paper reflex which will surely keep you in permanent-pandemonium fear-mode,

All this points to a conclusion that this is some kind of psi-operation by the agency on the public (out of pure desperation, I guess), a sob story of yet another government three-letter agency “whistleblower” paraded in the MSMedia, an staged event to reignite voters’ zeal.

Is he saying publicly to vote for the candidate X because the voting games are rigged in favor of candidate Y? No.
Is he saying that the voting games are rigged against the voters, no matter who the candidate is? No.
He is saying: vote!
Regardless of the voting games being rigged (“seemingly-effective”) so that the will of the people can’t be heard.
He is back on the job now, all is well within the agency, voters are expected to give their consent/vote so that the self-perpetuating people’s soul-eating system could go on for four more years of staged events and made-up “news” stories.
Very important to rightly understand what this agent is saying, that the transcript doesn’t convey his voice inflections to wit:

There is nothing wrong with the transcript, it just doesn’t carry the speakers intended meaning, namely that after giving his testimony as a practicing Catholic he is then telling all listeners to live it every day. In other words walk in the gospel instructions every day. Good advice!
