Suspended FBI agent, Kyle Seraphin worked in the Washington DC Field office of the FBI working in Counterintelligence and on a specialty surveillance team.
After a voluntary transfer to Las Cruces, New Mexico, he provided a number of protected disclosures to the House and Senate Judiciary committee staff and was “indefinitely suspended” by the FBI in April, 2022.
