  • No ‘BAU’? ‘Most’ ‘economic thinking’ is ‘short run’ and ‘redundant’? ‘It’ ignores the ‘supply side’? ‘Growth’ {and ‘civilisation’} depends upon ‘cheap’ F.F. – those so called ‘halcyon days’ are ‘over’. ? “The crisis now unfolding, however, is entirely different to the 1970s in one crucial respect… The 1970s crisis was largely artificial. When all is said and done, the oil shock was nothing more than the emerging OPEC cartel asserting its newfound leverage following the peak of continental US oil production. There was no shortage of oil any more than the three-day-week had been caused by coal shortages. What they did, perhaps, give us a glimpse of was what might happen in the event that our economies depleted our fossil fuel reserves before we had found a more versatile and energy-dense alternative. . . . That system has been on the life-support of quantitative easing and near zero interest rates ever since. Indeed, so perilous a state has the system been in since 2008, it was essential that the people who claim to be our leaders avoid doing anything so foolish as to lockdown the economy or launch an undeclared economic war on one of the world’s biggest commodity exporters . . . And this is why the crisis we are beginning to experience will make the 1970s look like a golden age of peace and tranquility. . . . The sad reality though, is that our leaders – at least within the western empire – have bought into a vision of the future which cannot work without some new and yet-to-be-discovered high-density energy source (which rules out all of the so-called green technologies whose main purpose is to concentrate relatively weak and diffuse energy sources). . . . Even as we struggle to reimagine the 1970s in an attempt to understand the current situation, the only people on Earth today who can even begin to imagine the economic and social horrors that await western populations are the survivors of the 1980s famine in Ethiopia, the hyperinflation in 1990s Zimbabwe, or, ironically, the Russians who survived the collapse of the Soviet Union.” ?

  • Very good talk covering the bulk of important topics.

One glaring omission is only decrying the financial costs of the phony covid crisis, and overlooking the loss of millions of lives based on enriching pharma and making population reduction murderers happy.

Perhaps he left that little tidbit out because Trump just put out a statement bragging about what a great job he did getting the shot produced and into peoples bodies, while bragging that it also stopped cancers, even though turbo cancers are killing those who took the shot at a tremendous rate.

  • Hallelujah!! This is the best summary of our real state of the union I’ve heard for quite a long while. I hope President Trump notices and refines his speeches to stick to the facts and principles that he has promoted for a long while and that seem to be so similar to McGregor.

  • I agree with most of what Douglas says. I just don’t agree with all his solutions. Beside closing the border, we need to deport the illegals. I don’t think that we can be isolationists. Sometimes wars are necessary to stop aggression. The difference is that when we go into war we go to win and have an exit plan. Also, I don’t believe that wind turbines and solar panels should be a part of our energy solutions. They are inefficient, expensive and impactable especially we have all the fossil fuels under our ground for our use and enough to export to other countries. I don’t believe that we can dig ourselves out of the hole the left has put us in, but we can try. With God anything is possible. http://www.mtnavarre.com/recession

  • Col. MacGregor is correct politically, but fails to prioritize religious contributions, both pro & con.
If you believe we have life after death, that is a long view requiring guiding your present life.
Without belief in and submission to a a good and loving GOD, human endeavors are doomed.
America was founded by Christian caucasians to be a Christian Nation, but has been subverted by a wealthy cabal of non-caucasian religious antichrists.
Christianity is the answer socially, politically, economically and morally… and like it or not, Caucasians have been the bearers of Christianity worldwide, despite our shortcomings in thought, word and deed.
Hum, something about throwing the baby out with the bath water… ?

  • surely very interesting , I wait for the full text version if someone does it.

The mock president biden made a mock state of the dis-union and as one readers noted the RINO behind him, another zionist bitch just confirmed what normally brain wired people know: this is a unique part regime and a banana republic.

Elections will change nothing, they are rigged anyway, we will either get blue puppet or red puppet, the country will still continue to fall while Russia and China get more and more attractive by the day.

Emigration will soon be the main US export.

The only hope for the URSSA is complete destruction, to be reborn again after a huge cleaning…

    • Tamerlap, the solution is a composite one, but there is no time fer it now. Recognize where the money is coming from, follow that trail and see about half goes to the Democrat selection and half to the Republican selection. It’s coming from the private sector, huge sums from the private investment firms run mostly by the club. We could wake the nation up real quick just by focusing on and exposing that alone, but I’m not holding my breath. Americans are too slow and too trusting to act until it’s too late to do anything. As you can see I’m not letting that hold me back. Many are called, but few are chosen.

  • Colonel Douglas Machregor’s State of the Union speech is absolutely incredible as he has succinctly articulated every major and significant challenge which faces our country now and in the near and distant future. If the USA is to remain a refuge of religious and material freedom seekers we must take this directive to heart and become proactive in any way possible to renew the American dream!

  • This man knows what’s going on. I hope he does team up with President Trump again, he’s got my vote.

    • Thomas, your idea is a good one, but I don’t think either he nor Trump has that in mind. I’m pretty sure Mac has Kennedy in mind, while Trump is teasing us now with a black Baptist preacher. Trump would be smart to select Kennedy as a life insurance policy. The Left hates him almost as much as Trump. I would love to know what neo-con Billy Kristol thinks about this proposal.

  • None of what he states can be disputed, however, it can NOT be accomplished without term limits for any elected position and/or appointments, such as judges!
Just as familiarity breeds contempt, likewise, longevity breeds corruption, being that if one’s integrity is purchased or compromised just one time, they are owned forever, whereas assured turn over hinders that process!
More so, and in line with the intent of our founding fathers, the mere existence of such a thing as a “Career Politician” is antithetical to the concept of a government of he people, by the people and for the people, as one who makes a career in politics is politicking for his best interest, their future in politics and NOT that of We the People!
All who serve in ANY office should do so knowing that they will have to return to whatever atrocity or conversely, pleasantry they created, as opposed to spending their lives in the bubble of politics, using their position to polish their own bubble for life!

  • I viewed this yesterday and was largely of the opinion that MacGregor is an honorable and principled American patriot now running for Vice President. I have followed him for maybe a year or more and vouch that he has been the voice of reason and wisdom. He’s got my vote!

Quite a contrast with the State of the Union Message, which Biden perverted into his raw campaign for re-election speech, cursing anyone who disagrees with him. It was disappointing to see the Republican House Speaker behind him nodding in agreement, but not unexpected as he has already announced his first loyalty is to the nation of Israel – come hell or high water! He has been marked by them like a dog marks a fireplug.
