Many kids who are now identifying as trans are on the autism spectrum, probably because they’re vaccine-damaged. The Irish-born Miami-based Dr Gallagher is cashing-in on the growth industry of “gender-affirming” surgery upon this embattled generation of patients.
She specializes in performing elective double mastectomies aka “Top surgery” on gender dysphoric young women at a cost of around $9,000-12,000:

As early as 2017 she was offering female clients a double whammy – top surgery and hysterectomy at the same time. NO PROBLEM.
