DEA Head Impotent as Agents Solicit Cartel Prostitutes

Testifying before a House committee, DEA administrator Michele Leonhart says bureaucracy stifled her ability to fire or reprimand agents who as long ago as 2001 began enjoying the services of prostitutes purchased for them by drug cartels at “sex parties.” South Carolina Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy is incredulous as Leonhart claims her hands were tied from punishing the alleged Johns with sentences stricter than paid vacations.
