CIA Director John Ratcliffe Declassifies Internal Tradecraft Review of 2016 Election ICA to Promote Analytic Objectivity and Transparency

Earlier this year, CIA Director John Ratcliffe tasked Agency career professionals with decades of experience to conduct a lessons-learned review of the procedures and analytic tradecraft employed in the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) conducted shortly after the 2016 election. Today, Director Ratcliffe declassified the results of this review.

The tradecraft review identified multiple procedural anomalies in the preparation of the 2016 ICA, such as a compressed timeline, uneven access to compartmented information, marginalization of the National Intelligence Council, and excessive involvement of agency heads. The review notes that adhering to established analytic processes and rigorous tradecraft is essential to ensure credibility, objectivity, and accuracy of CIA analysis.

Director Ratcliffe declassified this review in order to promote analytic objectivity and transparency. “Agency heads at the time created a politically charged environment that triggered an atypical analytic process around an issue essential to our democracy,” said Director Ratcliffe. “Under my watch, I am committed to ensuring that our analysts have the ability to deliver unvarnished assessments that are free from political influence.”

You see General Flynn, a highly decorated combat veteran, a real general, the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency that has defended us against China and Russia and many others in the real war and things that most people will never even know anything about and he's saying that this is do or die time. We have absolute proof and of course you're like, we heard you say this eight and a half years ago. Yeah, we already knew all this, we already had the pieces, we experienced it and we had different pieces of it from the whistleblowers and Congress and news and all of it and I already understood the state behind networks and what Obama set up in the legislation in the Defense Authorization Act to pay for his shadow government and do this to Trump.

There's New York Times articles in January of 2017 saying the CIA is running some secret operations against Trump to discredit him with Russia. Jones is crazy, the intelligence agencies aren't involved. Well, the hell they weren't.

I had people in the agencies telling me what they were doing who are on our side. I'll just leave it at that. We had the DEA give us secret documents because they have access to NSA and I gave it to Trump because they're like, we try to get to Trump, we give it to his people, they don't give it to him.

It's not that I'm that cool or that smart. I'm willing to do stuff that they come after you for. And you heard Flynn, they pissed off the wrong Irishman.

I don't know how this is going to end, but I don't roll over to this stuff. So they want to fight, they got one. That's why I try to explain to listeners, this isn't a regular show where you just cover the news and oh, what's interesting, and no, this is a war.

And that's why one of the greatest things I count in my life, beyond my relationship with God and integrity of my family, my children, my friends, is my enemies. World War II, they didn't have radar in the field. It had been invented, but England had it limited when the German bombers were coming in during the blitz.

But the bomber pilots, like my grandfather, in a B-17 on North Africa over Italy and then over Germany, they didn't have radar. They didn't have very good maps, but they knew to go where the flak was because the Germans would put their guns up over their factories and troops. So you flew into the exploding projectiles to drop your bombs.

And so I go into the flak. That's why I love when the globalists threaten me in different ways over the years and go, you know, we can really hurt you. I'm like, really? You didn't think I didn't go right to where the fight was? I want the fastest ship.

But the point is, is that there's strong women in history as well. So, and I'm not going to judge you at this point, 160-something days in, but it doesn't look good. With the Epstein files, nothing's going on with that.

All of it. And so, you heard Flint. He said he's all over the country.

People are beyond pissed off right now. Okay? And you can't have a Senate report with hundreds of pages with all the documents that we already knew four and a half years ago. It's not like I had to read the report and go, is it true? We had Chinese whistleblowers, postal workers, all of them.

They flew in all the damn ballots marked for Joe Biden, perfectly crisp, unfolded, brought it in the middle of the night. They stole it. And you have the CIA and the Democratic Party working with China and Venezuela and others to do this.

And it's in a Senate report. And then you've got all the crossfire hurricane and all that run by Obama. We already knew that.

I was the first to report on it eight plus years ago. But now the CIA has put out a report on itself admitting its director did this. The CIA is fingering its own former director.

You've not seen that in its history since 47. So, this is a big, big, big deal. And the evidence signifies that you are about to see action.

Now, listen to me carefully. From Bondi and Patel. That's why I've reserved judgment.

Because you don't put out reports like this. The director of national intelligence didn't put out her report with the same information, but now there's even more, a month ago for no reason. Pam Bondi didn't send out 14 plus terabytes of children being brutally raped by Epstein and others, hundreds of them, to the FBI field officers investigated if she was covering it up.

The question is, do we have enough men and women in those agencies? Because it's supposed to start at the low level. That's how you don't have it centralized. It goes out.

Do they have the will? This is all about what do you got? Who are you? Any FBI agent. They've all been told they can go on the case. If that's their area.

They know damn well going in there is going to be horrible. They know it's going to be horrible to look at. They know they're going up against the most evil people on earth.

I get it. But you go look in the mirror and you say a little prayer to Jesus, and you just ask yourself, this is your chance to save the country and the world, really. How would you turn down doing the right thing? How would you turn down the adventure of that? I mean, that is so exciting.

And you put this audacious timeline. You said you're going to pass it out of the House by Memorial Day.

I mean, some of you openly laughed at me when I said that. And then we said we would get it done by July 4th. We beat Memorial Day by four days, and we got this one done a day earlier.

So the question was, I mean, why? Why did you do that? Why did you think that was possible? Because it just sums up the words. It's belief. We had a vision for what we wanted to do as a group.

We believed in the election cycle last fall that we were going to be given this great blessing of unified government, that we would have the White House and the Senate and House aligned, in alignment, unified government. And we did not want to waste that opportunity, because we actually have a history that comes along with it, the opportunity that we can do for the country. And we believed that we would have that chance.
