Explosive testimony at the Senate elections and house oversight hearings in Arizona alleges that judges, cops and government officials have been bribed by the Sinaloa cartel and elections in Maricopa county have been rigged since at least 2004.
Governor Katie Hobbs and Runbeck election services have been specifically named as recipients of cartel bribes via deeds of trust and phony mortgages, the means of receiving untraceable bribes.
