Madoff: “It’s unbelievable no one, Goldman has any convictions…the whole new regulatory reform is a joke. The whole government is a Ponzi Scheme.”
As to his victims, he says, they “…will make 50 cents on the dollar…These people would have lost all that money in the market.”
He added that he wasn’t trying to justify what he did. He’s currently serving 150 years in prison.
