Deborah Tavares, best known as an activist against SmartMeters and Chemtrails is in fact, an activist against US Government genocidal practices against its own people.
In 2013, Tavares discovered a document posted on the website of the White House, entitled, “Realizing the Full Potential of Government-Held Spectrum to Spur Economic Growth,” produced by the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) and published on July 20, 2012.
The paper presents itself as a strategy for growing the US economy, by allowing certain frequencies to be used in the private sector. Tavares, for her part, described it as a “Frequency attack plan” against the citizens of the US, where a tiny percentage of the population would profit economically.
Her instincts were borne out in this interview with retired Royal Navy Microwave Weapons Expert, Barrie Trower, who was sent a copy of this US Government report and is interviewed here by Dr. True Ott about its significance. In sum, Trower’s reaction was the following:
Back to 1976, it was already known and considered Top Secret information by United States research scientists that the frequency range described in the 2012 memo was shown to cause “up to 4,500 different illnesses in human beings, depending on stage of growth and state of health.” These findings were later confirmed by a study conducted by the UN.
Trower claims that a paper was sent to most of the Western governments, saying that these findings must be covered-up, as it would damage the enrmous potential industrial profits (i.e., the cellphone and personal computer insutries – and it would help avoid personal injury lawsuits, while also helping to grow the pharmaceutical and medical industries, due to the wide range of illnesses caused by pulsed electromagnetic technologies, in the radio- and microwave ranges.
Barrie replied, “I would think that about 100 [individuals] of 1% of the country will become immensely rich from this new technology, but most of the rest of the population, certainly half of the children exposed will become quite sick, in fact, very sick, and some of them will die, and of course all of that requires medicines, and time off work, and the rest of the population will become poorer whilst you have just these very few, the people in power here, becoming super rich.”
