Is the European Union the best hope for the future, a chance for individual nations to regain prestige?
As financial crisis ravages Greece, the prime minister of the United Kingdom, David Cameron, has recently said, as reported in the Daily Mail, “he was not sure whether Germany and other countries had the political will to prevent a break-up of the single currency, but insisted they must be allowed to try –- even if that meant closer integration.”
Would the EU prevent a third European war?
Nothing, this documentary says, could be further from the truth.
