Cars are piled up and carried by a deluge, warnings sirens sound and nearby residential structures begin to take on water. By the end of the clip, the third story of a nearby building appears to have been engulfed.
This is the most dramatic and amazing footage of the Japan tsunami I’ve seen. Not even Hollywood special effects can replicate this.
