    ***UPDATE***

UNFORTUNATELY, ALL VERSIONS OF THE COLBERT SEGMENT CITED ABOVE HAVE BEEN TAKEN DOWN BUT HERE IS A BROADCAST ABOUT WIRED.COM’S DANGER ROOM POSTING, WHICH LIKELY INSPIRED THE COLBERT REPORT PRODUCERS TO CREATE ONE OF FUNNIEST COMEDY TV SEGMENTS OF THE 21ST CENTURY — WHICH, ALAS CANNOT BE VIEWED AT PRESENT

In running this clip from the Colbert Report, I may be causing some unwanted quantum entanglement for myself but…perhaps resistance is futile!

Back in 2001, I published a book about the Philadelphia Experiment and Montauk Projects, where I discovered several interesting details in both stories that’d been totally overlooked by previous researchers, although by no means did I solving the mysteries of these pervasive and perturbing urban legends.

Silly me, I was trying to find the truth, without realizing that I was on the slipperiest slope known to man. The main result of my efforts was that I became a virtual magnet for High Strangeness, often in the form of people.

In 2004, I was contacted by Andrew D. Basiago, who wished to discuss his personal experiences in a secret space program called Project Pegasus, which bore resemblances to some allegations made by proponents of the Montauk Project.

Such resemblances included trips to Mars by means of some secret government teleportation technology. Make of that what you will. I have stayed in loose contact with Andy and we even made a little publishing deal where I translated a ground-breaking book about the Fatima Apparitions from the original Portuguese language into English.

Imagine my surprise to see Andy’s recent appearance on national television, in this segment of the Colbert Report, in which Andy alleges that Barack Obama
was roommate on Mars during Project Pegasus — which then Colbert writers proceeded to conflate with a hodge-podge of salacious Internet rumors about the President! I hope it makes you laugh as hard as it did me!

    COMMENTS FROM EXPOLITICS:

VIDEO: “The Colbert Report = Obama on Mars” Andrew D. Basiago’s historic revelations about Barack H. Obama’s participation in the 1980s CIA Mars Jump Room Program, aired on Oct. 11, 2012, the night of the Biden-Ryan VP debate.

Andrew D. Basiago’s response was, “All publicity is good publicity. The Colbert Report is a comedy show, and I don’t think I was actually hurt by showing that I was a good enough sport to go on it.”

Taken from the October 11, 2012 episode.

Is this guy Colbert is talking to being serious or is this just satire. I can never tell with these type of segments.
