In 1976 Thomas Sheppard saw photos and documents in a top-secret MAJIC file about extraterrestrial biological entities at White Beach Naval Facility in Japan.
Now Sheppard is going on the record with Howe. The aliens look like the ones down in the Roswell museum, he says, with what appeared to be like white snake skin.
These ETs did not have scales but rather “bumps,” he says. The sockets were almond-shaped, fatter at the top before “skinnying down.”
