The Indigenous People’s Technology and Education Center, a Christionary missionary, says they want to enable indigenous churches to step past educational and tech obstacles deterring independence.
They developed an airboat-like flying car completely legal to fly, with the largest allowed parachute. Since its introduction in 2008, it has many laud — with the developer hoping to help people be more independent.
