Although the United States power-elite are currently crying foul over possible use of chemical weapons by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, the truth is that the United States has been knee-deep in chemical weapons use for the last decade.
The U.S. military uses depleted uranium shells in order to penetrate metal or concrete. When depleted uranium, or DU, shells strike hard targets, they aerosolize, or turn into a gas. In turn, that gas enters the atmosphere, pregnant women breathe it in.
The results for Iraq’s most vulnerable is incredibly disturbing. Viewer discretion is advised.
