If you can’t get away from your job or your computer or cellphone, or don’t have time to walk in a park or to lay in the grass; or to get to a beach, to walk or to lay on the sand or (my favorite) to swim in a conductive natural body of water, such as a lake, pond, river or ocean; if you live in a city or are in a nursing home and are too infirm to go outside, there is actually a solution for you, to get the benefits of grounding.

If you can’t do it the natural way, for reasons of work, the hours in a day or if you are quite weak and infirm – you can still receive the wonderful health benefits of grounding, via a grounding pad or sheet, which is plugged into the grounding plug of any household socket (it’s the third hemispherical slot, beneath the two vertical electrical circuit slots of a conventional electrical outlet).

You can put it on your bed and sleep on it at night and receive the benefits of grounding all night long, or you can wrap it around your shoulders, during the day, if you’re joined at the waist to a computer, like I am.

Here is a scene from the soon-to-be-released feature film, ‘The Grounded 2,’ Directed by Steve Kroschel and Co-Produced by me, Alexandra Bruce. More teasers to come before the official release – we’ll keep you posted!
