The anti-nuke movement in Japan will have succeeded in shutting down all of that country’s nuclear energy plants by the end of next month but the Japanese government is seeking to restart these facilities.
Meanwhile, a massive raft of highly contaminated debris will start hitting the California sea coast by 2013.
