This is not an April Fool’s joke! Bloom Box customers currently include eBay, Wal-Mart, Coca-Cola, Staples and Google…I don’t know why I’ve never heard of this before!
The Bloom Box is essentially a box filled with multiple solid oxide fuel cells that directly convert fuel and oxygen into electricity, without the need for a heat engine and mechanical generator.
