One scientist, David Servan-Shreiber, got into a brain-scanning machine.
Despite initial denial, Servan-Shreiber learned that there wasn’t something wrong with the machine. A fellow doctor warned him that he had brain cancer.
When they looked at the images, it looked like a brain tumor. He knew that it wasn’t good. There’s not much that can be in your brain that can be good.
But despite his fear, he learned how a Western-based diet was directly fueling this kind of cancer.
