The late Bill Uhouse claimed to be a project engineer at a secret underground base in Nevada. He’s one of several sources of urban legends about certain Black Projects in the American Southwest during the 1990s.
In this interview, he discusses technology exchange programs, his job in designing flying disc simulators and what it was like to work with an extraterrestrial named “J-Rod”.
With all due respect, some of his his information is best taken with a grain of salt.
