Science educator Bill Nye points out that the zodiac, central to astrology, does not align with the modern astronomical elements it claims as inspiration.
Since the signs of the zodiac were concocted in ancient times, the earth has actually shifted somewhat on its axis. You can confirm what Nye says by waking up really early on your birthday and seeing if the appropriate zodiac sign is about to fall in the sun’s path through the sky.
