The above video, is awfully curious, indeed! It’s showing that Google Earth/Sky has apparently excised the exact coordinates which corresponded with a previously leaked (and withdrawn) photo of a red celestial body surrounded by moons.
NASA has NOT officially admitted to the discovery of “Nibiru” in 1983, as suggested by Mark Brander in the article below. However, there is certainly a lot of confusion being propagated on the Internet between the passage of Comet Elenin later this year with what may be the brown dwarf twin to our Sun – another celestial body which NASA has also NOT announced.
A brown dwarf twin to our Sun has been predicted for decades and potentially detected, by SLU astronomers John Matese and Daniel Whitmire in perturbations of the Oort Cloud. They’d expected for it to be revealed by NASA’s WISE infrared telescope study, which recently concluded its data-gathering phase. The data is still being analyzed and the announcement may or may not be forthcoming. It is likely that NASA is being less than transparent on the topic – hence the confusion.
The wild speculation is about Elenin and “Nibiru” are probably less of an organized disinformation campaign than an expression of poor educational standards (which NASA is paid to elevate). Most people don’t know the difference between the characteristics and orbital behaviors of comets and brown dwarf stars in a binary solar system – which Brander accurately differentiates below. So much for the vaunted 60+-year-old “Space Age!”
